"ABSTRAKPenyakit asma adalah salah satu penyakit yang banyak ditemukan pada anak-anak terutama dengan kondisi lingkungan yang kurang sehat yaitu anak- anak yang tinggal di daerah perkotaan dan industri. Jumlah penderita asma pada anak usia 6-12 tahun atau yang masih duduk di SD mengalami peningkatan. Jakarta adalah salah satu kota dengan tingkat kejadian asma yang tinggi dimana terdapat 1194 kasus baru dan 301 kasus asma berulang. Anak yang mengalami asma mendapatkan berbagai perawatan antara lain terapi inhalasi, fisioterapi dada, batuk efekif. Salah satu tugas perawat melakukan fisioterapi dada sebagai bagian dari asuhan keperawatan dalam menyelesaikan masalah bersihan jalan nafas. Tujuan fisioterapi dada yaitu mengeluarkan sekret pada saluran nafas sehingga mencegah terjadinya obstruksi ke organ pernafasan yang lain. Pemberian terapi fisioterapi dada ini disertai pemberian pendidikan kesehatan kepada anak dan orang tua supaya mengetahui serta mengenali sumber alergen, membantu orang tua memodifikasi lingkungan dan penggunaan inhaler.

ABSTRACT Asthma is one of disease many found in children, especially with unhealthy environmental conditions for example the children lives in an urban areas and industry. The number of asthmaticson child aged of 6 12 year have been improving. Jakarta is one of the cities with the incidence of high asthma where there are 1194 cases asthma new, and 301 cases asthma recurring. Children were having asthma to get various care among others therapy inhalation, physiotherapy the chest and coughing effective. One of the nurse duty is perform chest physiotherapy as part of nursing care in problem solving airway clearance. Interest chest physiotherapy is discharging the airway, preventing obstruction to other respiratory organs. Therapy is accompanied by chest physiotherapy provision of health education to children and parents to know and identify the source of allergens, helping parents to modify the environment and the use of inhalers."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan nilai kapabilitas proses pelayanan dengan mengurangi waktu tunggu di Klinik Fisioterapi Sasana Husada. Kecepatan pelayanan menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan penyedia jasa. Faktor yang dipertimbangkan untuk mengukur kapabilitas proses pelayanan di klinik ini adalah waktu tunggu. Waktu tunggu di klinik ini relatif lama berdasarkan nilai Service Capability Index (SCI) nya yang bernilai negatif. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa kecepatan pelayanan di klinik ini tidak berada dalam zona toleransi pasien. Fluktuasi kedatangan pasien salah satu penyebab rentang waktu tunggu yang lama. Solusi yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan waktu tunggu ini adalah penerapan sistem perjanjian dan alokasi terapis yang tepat untuk masing-masing shift. Tahap selanjutnya, untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem tersebut, dirancang sebuah model simulasi dengan bantuan Software Promodel. Setelah dilakukan proses pengaturan pada sistem di klinik dengan menggunakan simulasi Promodel, didapatkan nilai SCI yang baru. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan nilai SCI stelah diterapkannnya sistem yang baru sehingga bernilai positif.

The aim of this study is to improve service process capability in Klinik Fisioterapi Sasana Husada. Speed of service is one of the important parameter for service providers. Waiting time needs to be considered to define service process capability at this clinic. Based on observation, the value of Service Capability Index (SCI) is negative, which means that the average of waiting time in the clinic is long. This negative value indicates that the speed of service in the clinic is outside patient’s zone of tolerance. Fluctuation of patients’ arrival causes long waiting time.

The proposed solutions based on this problems are the implementation of appointment system and the best therapist allocation for each shift. This situation will be designed using ProModel Software simulation. The evaluation will know how this new system affects to the clinic. The new value of SCI is measured after it’d been processed on ProModel. Result of this research is the SCI value become positive after the implementation of new system."
