"Karyawan terkadang menghadapi situasi dilematis dalam pelaksanaan tugas di tempat
kerja, sehingga mendorong untuk terlibat dalam mengambil keputusan etis. Perilaku
pengambilan keputusan etis karyawan dapat diprediksi oleh intensinya. Penelitian ini
terdiri dari 2 studi yaitu studi penelitian korelasional (studi 1) dan studi penelitian terapan (studi 2). Studi 1 bertujuan mengeksplorasi faktor yang berperan terhadap intensi pengambilan keputusan etis dari perspektif Teori Perilaku Terencana. Selanjutnya, studi 2 bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas intervensi dalam meningkatkan intensi pengambilan keputusan etis. Survei dilakukan pada 250 orang Karyawan di Organisasi X dengan menggunakan metode analisis korelasi dan regresi linear berganda. Pada studi 1 digunakan alat ukur Skala Ajzen dan Fishbein, serta diperoleh hasil bahwa sikap terhadap pengambilan keputusan etis dapat memprediksi intensi untuk mengambil keputusan etis (r = .42, β = .42, p < .05, signifikan pada l.o.s 0,05), sedangkan norma subyektif dan kendali perilaku tidak dapat memprediksi intensi mengambil keputusan etis. Pada studi 2 diajukan intervensi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yaitu dalam bentuk pelatihan, coaching dan mentoring. Intervensi yang telah dilakukan adalah pelatihan daring, sedangkan coaching dan mentoring secara tatap muka merupakan intervensi lanjutan yang direkomendasikan pada Organisasi X. Pelatihan daring bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pengambilan keputusan etis, yang diharapkan menjadi langkah awal untuk mengubah sikap karyawan menjadi semakin positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan etis. Pelatihan daring diikuti 27 orang karyawan yang memiliki skor terendah pada variabel sikap dan menerapkan metode pre test dan post test. Ditemukan bahwa pelatihan efektif menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta tentang pengambilan keputusan etis. Pembelajaran yang diperoleh peserta setelah pelatihan dilihat dari nilai rata-rata post test yang lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata pre test, yang dievaluasi melalui uji paired sample t-test dan uji wilcoxon sign rank test.

Employees sometimes face dilemma situations in carrying out their duties in the
workplace, thus encouraging them to be involved in making ethical decisions. Employees' ethical decision-making behavior can be predicted by their intention. This research consists of 2 studies, namely correlational research studies (study 1) and applied research studies (study 2). Study 1 aims to explore the factors that contribute to ethical decisionmaking intention from the perspective of the Theory of Planned Behavior. Furthermore, Study 2 aims to look at the effectiveness of the intervention in increasing ethical decisionmaking intention. The survey was conducted on 250 employees in Organization X using the method of correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. In Study 1, the Ajzen and Fishbein Scale measuring instruments were used, and the results obtained that attitudes towards ethical decision making can predict the intention to make ethical decisions (r = .42, β = .42, p < .05, significant at 0.05), while subjective norms and
perceived behavioral control can not predict ethical decision-making intention. In study 2, human resource management interventions were proposed, namely training, coaching and mentoring. The intervention that has been carried out is online training, while faceto-face coaching and mentoring are further interventions recommended for Organization X. The online training aims to provide knowledge and understanding of ethical decision making, which is expected to be the first step to change employees’ attitude to become more positive towards ethical decision making. The online training was attended by 27 employees who had the lowest score on the attitude variable and it applied the pre-test and post-test methods. It was found that the training was effective in increasing the participants' knowledge and understanding of ethical decision making. The learning gained by the participants after the training was seen from the post-test average value which was higher than the pre-test average value, which was evaluated through the paired sample t-test and the Wilcoxon sign rank test.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong niat boikot terhadap restoran fast food yang mendukung atau berafiliasi dengan Israel pada konsumen Generasi Z di Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain konklusif deskriptif. Sampel terdiri dari 199 konsumen di Indonesia yang diperoleh melalui teknik non-probability sampling dan purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM) pada aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Subjective Norm dan Perceived Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap niat boikot. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu organisasi atau gerakan boikot dalam memahami mekanisme pengambilan keputusan untuk berpartisipasi dalam boikot di kalangan konsumen Generasi Z.

This study aims to identify the factors driving boycott intention toward restaurants that support or affiliate with Israel among Generation Z consumers in Indonesia using a quantitative approach with a conclusive and descriptive design. The sample was distributed among 199 Indonesian consumers using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The collected data was assessed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the SmartPLS 4 application. The results indicate that Subjective Norm and Perceived Efficacy positively influence boycott intention. This study is expected to assist organizations or boycott movements in understanding the decision-making mechanisms of boycott participation among Generation Z consumers."

"This study investigates the factors affecting borrowing intention among young entrepreneur of Indonesia TDA community based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). About 100 questionnaires were accepted and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) in determining the relationships. The results show that borrowing intention amongst young entrepreneur of Indonesia TDA community is influenced by attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, self identity, situational temptation, and past behavior. The young entrepreneur of Indonesia TDA community believe that they have complete control of their behavior in borrowing as they perceived to be equipped with the knowledge about the personal financing. In addition, because of their experience in students’ loans since undergraduates’ level, the result explains why situational temptation were found to be a significant predictor. The findings offer implications for researchers and government.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi
PNS Badan Kepegawaian Negara RI dalam membayarkan zakat profesinya pada
BAZNAS. Theory of Planned Behavior yang dimodifikasi dengan tambahan
variabel Literasi Zakat PUSKAS BAZNAS menjadi dasar landasan teori penelitian
ini. Metode penelitian berupa kualitatif survey dan menggunakan SEM-PLS
(Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) sebagai alat analisisnya.
Sampel berupa 119 orang PNS BKN yang bertugas di BKN RI Pusat. Hasil dari
penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan zakat tidak berpengaruh secara
langsung terhadap intensi membayar zakat ASN, namun secara bersama-sama
dengan variabel lainnya, yaitu Attitude Towards Behaviour, Subjective Norms dan
Perceived Behavioral Control mempengaruhi intensi membayar zakat PNS BKN.
Variabel Attitude Towards Behaviour dan Perceived Behavioral Control
mempengaruhi intensi membayar zakat PNS BKN sedangkan variabel Subjective
Norms tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi membayar zakat PNS BKN

This study studies the factors that influence the intention of the Civil Servants of Badan
Kepegawaian Negara RI in paying their zakat profession at BAZNAS. The Theory of
Planned Behavior which is modified with the addition of Zakat Literacy by PUSKAS
BAZNAS’s variable, form the basis of this research theory. The research method using
qualitative survey and SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) as
an analysis tool. The sample consisted of 119 BKN civil servants who were assigned at
BKN RI Pusat. Results indicated that zakat knowledge had no direct effect on BKN
civil servants’s intention to pay zakat, but jointly with other variables, Attitude
towards behaviour, Subjective norms dan Perceived Behavioral control, had
significant effects on BKN civil servants’s intention to pay zakat. Attitude towards
behaviour and Perceived Behavioral control had significant effects on ASN
intention to pay zakat. Subjective norms had no significant effects on BKN civil
servants’s intention to pay zakat.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap, norma subyektif, dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan pada ilmu komputer dan niat mahasiswa teknik komputer untuk melamar pekerjaan di perusahaan game online menggunakan teori perilaku terencana yang terdiri dari tiga variabel (sikap, subjektif norma, kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan). Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan game online tentang tren niat siswa untuk melamar pekerjaan di industri game online.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap siswa sains komputer dan teknik komputer dan kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat siswa untuk melamar kerja di perusahaan game online, maka faktor norma subyektif tidak memiliki dampak positif terhadap niat melamar kerja di perusahaan game online.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control in computer science and the intention of computer engineering students to apply for jobs in online game companies using planned behavior theory consisting of three variables (attitudes, subjective norms, behavior control perceived). This research also provides insight into online game companies about trends in student intentions to apply for jobs in the online game industry.
This research uses quantitative methods and uses multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the attitude of students of computer science and computer engineering and behavioral control perceived positive influence on student intentions to apply for work in online game companies, then the subjective norm factor does not have a positive impact on the intention to apply for work in online game companies.

"ABSTRAK
Pertumbuhan Situs Jejaring Sosial telah membawa perhatian, terutama meningkatnya penggunaan Facebook.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara penggunaan Facebook secara kompulsif dan
loneliness dalam teori tingkah laku terancang (TPB) oleh Ajzen. Sebanyak 160 mahasiswa University of
Queensland direkrut secara sukarela. Kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari Ajzen (2006) digunakan untuk mengukur
variabel TPB (attitudes, subjective norms, dan perceived behavioral control) dan niat untuk menggunakan
Facebook secara kompulsif. Kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari Russell, Peplau & Cutrona (1980) digunakan untuk
mengukur loneliness. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah seluruh faktor TPB dan loneliness berkorelasi positif dengan
niat penggunaan Facebook secara kompulsif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa attitudes, subjective norms, dan
loneliness berkorelasi positif dengan niat penggunaan tetapi tidak untuk perceived behavioral control. Studi ini
menunjukkan bahwa loneliness membuat individu menggunakan Facebook mereka secara berlebihan, serta
kontribusi lebih lanjut dalam penerapan model TPB khususnya dalam penggunaan Facebook secara kompulsif

ABSTRACT
The growth of Social Networking Sites has brought concerns, particularly the increased use of Facebook. This
study aims to explain the correlation between the compulsive use of Facebook and loneliness within Ajzen`s
Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). A total of 160 University of Queensland students were voluntarily recruited.
A questionnaire adapted from Ajzen (2006) was used to measure TPB determinants (attitudes, subjective norm,
and perceived behavioral control) and intentions to compulsively use Facebook. The questionnaire adapted from
Russell, Peplau & Cutrona (1980) was used to measure participants loneliness levels. This study predicts that all
TPB determinants and loneliness are positively correlated with the intention of compulsive Facebook use. Our
results indicate that attitudes, subjective norms, and loneliness are positively correlated with behavioral intention
but not for perceived behavioral control. This study suggests that loneliness makes individuals use their Facebook
excessively, as well as further contributions in the application of the TPB model, particularly in compulsive
Facebook use."

"ABSTRAK
Studi ini membahas mengenai peran kesadaran lingkungan yang dimiliki masyarakat Universitas Indonesia terhadap perilaku berkendara mereka. Hubungan perilaku tersebut diprediksi dengan bantuan model theory of planned behavior (TPB) dengan mengikutsertakan variabel kebiasaan berkendara dalam model. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Ditemukan adanya hubungan kesadaran lingkungan dengan keinginan masyarakat Universitas Indonesia secara umum untuk menggunakan transportasi umum. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan negatif kebiasaan berkendara masyarakat Universitas Indonesia yang menggunakan transportasi pribadi dengan keinginannya untuk menggunakan transportasi umum. Studi ini merekomendasikan pendekatan koersif untuk menekan kebiasaan berkendara pengguna transportasi pribadi agar beralih ke transportasi umum.

ABSTRACT
This study discusses the role of the environmental concern of University of Indonesia society on their commuting behavior. The behavioral relationship is predicted with the help of the theory of planned behavior (TPB) while including driving habits variable to the model. There is a relationship between environmental concern and intention to use public transportation in the society of Universitas Indonesia, found in this study using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. Furthermore, this study also finds a negative relationship between the driving habits of Universitas Indonesia people, particularly those who use private transportation, in their intention to use public transportation. Therefore, this study recommends a coercive approach to suppress the driving habits of private transportation users and switch to public transportation."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap terhadap perilaku, norma subjektif, dan perceived behavioral control terhadap intensi individu untuk mengantre dan menyela antrean. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi kuesioner Theory of Planned Behavior yang dikembangkan oleh Ajzen 2006 . Sebanyak 140 partisipan dengan kriteria ldquo;pernah mengantre rdquo; terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan teknik statistik regresi berganda, diketahui Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa sikap, norma subjektif, dan perceived behavioral control secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi intensi mengantre dan intensi menyela antrean. Walaupun sikap, norma subjektif, dan perceived behavioral control mempengaruhi intensi, namun variabel sikap memberikan pengaruh yang sangat kecil pada intensi mengantre dan variabel norma subjektif yang memberikan pengaruh sangat kecil pada intensi menyela antrean.

ABSTRACT
This study aim to examine the influence of attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on intention to queueing and intention to intrusions. The measurement of all the variables is made by adapting the Theory of Planned Behavior TPB Questionnaire that was develop by Ajzen 2006 . Have 140 participants with the criteria ldquo had been queue before ldquo . Based on regression statistical technique, the result showed that the null hypothesis is rejected. Based on the results, we can conclude that attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control influence the intention to queueing and intention to intrusions. Although the attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control affect the intention, attitude toward behavior variable have a small impact the intention to queueing, and subjective norms variable have a small impact the intention to intrusions.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat mengkonsumsi produk makanan halal bagi konsumen muslim milenial yang berada di Indonesia. Sebanyak 200 sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdomisili di DKI Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner online dan diisi secara individu oleh responden. Data
telah diperoleh diolah menggunakan software SPSS 22 dengan metode linier bergandaregresi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut adalah Konsumen Muslim Milenial Indonesia yaitu sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan, identitas diri agama, dan kewajiban moral berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat mengonsumsi produk makanan halal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan para pelaku bisnis bergerak di bidang produk makanan halal.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence intention consuming halal food products for millennial Muslim consumers in Indonesia. A total of 200 samples used in this study are domiciled in DKI Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. The data were collected by distributing online questionnaires and filling in individually by the respondents. Data
has been obtained processed using SPSS 22 software with multiple linear regression method. The results obtained from this study indicate that these factors are Indonesian Millennial Muslim Consumers, namely attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, religious identity, and moral obligations have a significant effect on the intention to consume halal food products. This research is expected to be a reference in making decisions for business people engaged in halal food products.
