ABSTRAK
Secara umum, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemitraan yang dibangun oleh Polresta Depok dengan Bikers Depok Anti Kekerasan Melalui Pemolisian Komunitas dalam Upaya Pencegahan Perampokan Kendaraan Bermotor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif untuk menggambarkan bagaimana kemitraan tersebut dibangun untuk mencegah perampokan kendaraan bermotor di Kota Depok. Dalam melihat fenomena perampokan kendaraan bermotor ini, peneliti menggunakan teori aktivitas rutin dan teori gaya hidup untuk melihat kerentanan korban potensial terhadap kejahatan perampokan kendaraan bermotor. Selain itu, peneliti juga menggunakan pendekatan pencegahan kejahatan berbasis komunitas sebagai dasar pembenar kemitraan dalam pemolisian komunitas. Terakhir, peneliti juga menggunakan teori pertukaran sosial dalam melihat potensi dari kemitraan yang telah dijalankan.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan diwujudkan melalui aksi kolektif dari komunitas motor yang berperan serta dalam mencegah perampokan kendaraan bermotor melalui kegiatan patroli bersama Polresta Depok. Warga masyarakat yang terlibat dalam kemitraan tersebut berperan sebagai pengamat di lingkungannya untuk memaksimalkan kegiatan pencegahan dan pengurangan kejahatan perampokan kendaraan bermotor di Kota Depok.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research, in general, is to understand the partnership that was built by Polresta Depok and Bikers Depok Against Violence Through Community Policing in Preventing Motor Vehicle Robbery. This research used qualitative method with descriptive type analysis to describe how these partnership was built to prevent motor vehicle robbery in Depok city. In viewing this crime phenomenon, the researcher used routine activity and lifestyle theory to see the vulnerability of potential victims in motor vehicle robbery. Furthermore, researcher also used community-based crime prevention as a basic justification of partnerships in community policing. The last, researcher used social exchange theory to see the potential of the partnerships that has been built by the police and society.

The result of this research showed that the partnership was realised through the collective action from the motorcycle community in Depok city, or also known as BIDAK, who has been participated in the motor vehicle robbery crime prevention by joining patrol activities with Polresta Depok specialized patrol units. The role of citizens themselves in these partnerships are to observe their environment in order to maximize the crime prevention strategy applied and to reduce the robbery of motor vehicle in Depok city. ;

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar gula darah puasa dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya pada Satlantas dan Sumda di Polresta Depok. Disain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional yang dilakukan pada 143 responden. Penelitian dilakukan pada April sampai Mei 2012. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah kadar gula darah puasa, pendidikan terakhir, suku, riwayat diabetes melitus, umur, IMT, RLPP, asupan karbohidrat, asupan serat, asupan protein, asupan lemak, pengetahuan, aktivitas fisik, dan kebiasaan merokok dengan cara pengukuran kadar gula darah puasa, pengukuran antropometri, pengisian kuesioner, dan wawancara (food recall). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara umur, suku, RLPP, dan asupan protein dengan kadar gula darah puasa (nilai p < 0,05). Disarankan untuk melakukan intervensi melalui program pencegahan penyakit degeneratif berupa penyuluhan, pemeriksaan kesehatan, dan konsultasi gizi terutama tentang kadar gula darah. ......This study aims to know the description of fasting blood glucose levels and the factors that influence in Employees of Satlantas and Sumda Polresta Depok. The design study is a cross sectional study conducted on 143 respondents.The study was conducted from April to May 2012. Data collected were fasting blood glucose levels, the latest education, ethnicity, history of diabetes mellitus, age, BMI, WHR, carbohydrate intake, fiber intake, protein intake, fat intake, knowledge, physical activity, and smoking habits by measuring fasting blood glucose levels, anthropometric measurements, filling questionnaires, and interview (food recall). The results of this study showed significant correlations between age, ethnicity, WHR, and protein intake with fasting blood glucose levels (p value < 0.05). It is recommended to intervene through programs of prevention of degenerative diseases of education, health, and nutrition consultation, especially on blood glucose levels.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas tentang Implementasi Kebijakan Peraturan KabareskrimPolri Nomor 1 Tahun 2012 terkait kajian mengenai pemeriksaan pelaku anak yangmelakukan tindak pidana perbuatan cabul di Unit Pelayanan Perempuan dan Anak PPA Polresta Depok. Tindak Pidana Perbuatan Cabul yang terjadi di Depok cukuptinggi dengan 45 kasus dengan 7 anak sebagai pelaku sepanjang tahun 2017.Peraturan Polri Nomor 1 Tahun 2012 merupakan langkah nyata Polri terhadapperwujudan hak anak karena berisi Standar Operasional Prosedur SOP penanganananak yang berhadapan dengan hukum. Pemeriksaan pelaku anak dilakukan denganadanya perlindungan khusus. Perlindungan khusus membuat hak anak tetapdiutamakan meskipun dalam hal ini anak tersebut merupakan pelaku tindak pidana. Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai kajian pemeriksaan pelaku anak karena padatahap pemeriksaan penyidik berkomunikasi langsung dengan pelaku anak sehinggarawan terjadi pelanggaran hak anak. Penelitian ini juga membahas mengenai dampakadanya implementasi kebijakan Peraturan Kabareskrim Polri Nomor 1 Tahun 2012terhadap proses pemeriksaan pelaku anak di Polresta Depok. Pemeriksaan pelakuanak yang melakukan tindak pidana perbuatan cabul dilakukan oleh penyidik UnitPPA Polresta Depok mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentangPerlindungan Anak demi tercapainya hak anak sebagai pelaku. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukan adanya kendala dari segi komunikasi, sumber daya manusia, saranaprasarana, pendanaan, dan struktur birokrasi. Kendala yang ada diharapkan dapatdiatasi dengan perbaikan internal Polri, selain itu harus adanya kerjasama antaraPolri dan Kementrian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak.

This study is to examine the implemetation of the policy of Indonesian NationalPolice of criminal investigation division law No. 1 year 2012 related with theinvestigation of children offenders on criminal offense of obscenity in Women andChildren Services Unit of Depok Police Resort. The criminal offense of obscenitycommitted in Depok itself is quite high with 45 cases with 7 children as perpetratorsthroughout 2017. The Indonesian National Police law No. 1 year 2012 is a realaction of Polri towards the realization of children rights related on the content ofStandard Operational Procedures SOP on handling children against law. Theinvestigation of children offenders is hold in the presence of special protection.Special protection allows the children rights remain a priority even though, in thiscase, the child is a criminal offender. This study is to analyze the review on the investigation of children offenders since the the investigators communicate directlywith them at the inspection stage, in which it is vulnerable to occur violation ofchildren rights. Furthermore, it discusses the effects of the implementation of tbepolicy of Indonesian National Police of criminal investigation division law No. 1year 2012 related to the investigation process of children offenders in Depok PoliceResort. The examination of children offenders on criminal offense of obscenity isconducted by investigators of PPA Unit of Depok Police Resort referring to Law No.35 of 2014 on Child Protection for achieving the rights of children as perpetrators.The results of this study indicate some obstacles in terms of communication, humanresources, infrastructure, funding, and bureaucratic structure. The existing obstaclesare expected to be overcome by the internal improvement of the Police. And inaddition, the need for cooperation between the Police and the Ministry of WomenEmpowerment and Child Protection should be improved.
