"Apoteker adalah profesi yang memiliki peranan penting di institusi kefarmasian. Dalam rangka menciptakan tenaga apoteker yang profesional, salah satu hal yang penting untuk dilakukan adalah berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam dunia pekerjaan nyata di institusi kefarmasian, seperti industri farmasi dan apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) diselenggarakan untuk memberikan bekal dan pengalaman bagi calon apoteker untuk menghadapi dunia kerja, sehingga kelak setelah lulus, apoteker mampu bekerja dan melaksanakan perannya dengan baik di institusi kefarmasian yang menjadi tempatnya berkarya. Laporan PKPA ini berisi gambaran pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan di dua sarana kefarmasian, yaitu : PT. Dankos Farma pada periode 11 Januari-5 Maret 2021; dan Apotek Roxy Poltangan pada periode 8 Maret 2021-3 April 2021. ......Pharmacists are professions that have an important role in pharmaceutical institutions. In order to create professional pharmacists, one of the important things to do is to participate directly in the real world of work in pharmaceutical institutions, such as the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) is held to provide knowledge and experience for prospective pharmacists to face the real field of work, so that after graduation, pharmacists are able to work and carry out their roles well in the pharmaceutical institutions where they work. This PKPA report contains a description of the work carried out in two pharmaceutical facilities, namely: PT. Dankos Farma for the period 11 January-5 March 2021; and Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy for the period 8 March 2021-3 April 2021."

Profesi apoteker merupakan salah satu profesi dalam tenaga kesehatan yang penting untuk melakukan layanan kefarmasian. Pelayanan kefarmasian adalah suatu proses yang mendukung terciptanya layanan kesehatan yang paripurna. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk melakukan praktik kerja profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker, serta meningkatkan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan standar kompetensi apoteker dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia Periode Maret - April 2022, dan di Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda Periode Mei 2022. Melalui praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Rumah Sakit dan Apotek sebagai fasilitas layanan kesehatan, mahasiswa apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmasict is one of profession in healthcare professional, and have important role in pharmaceutical care. Pharmaceutical care is a process that supports complete healthcare process. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence in pharmaceutical care. Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at Universitas Indonesia Hospitals for March – April 2022 period, and Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda for May 2022 period. Through the activities in the hospital and apotek or pharmacy, as healthcare facilities, pharmacist students are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledge, skills and experience suitable to perform pharmaceutical care.

"ABSTRAKBerdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016, Apotek adalah tempat dilaksanakannya praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Apoteker harus memiliki kompetensi dalam melakukan manajemen dan pelayanan farmasi klinik di Apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan mengingat pentingnya peran Apoteker di Apotek. Tujuan dari Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini adalah untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Apotek, memperolah pengetahuan dan pengalaman terkait praktik kefarmasian di Apotek, serta memperolah gambaran nyata permasalahan praktik kefarmasian di Apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Analisis Rancangan Klinik Pratama Kerjasama BPJS dengan Tiga Dokter Umum dan Waktu Pelayanan 24 Jam. Pharmacist should have competencies in conducting management and clinical pharmacy at a Pharmacy. Internship for Pharmacist is held in order to understand the roles of Pharmacist in a Pharmacy. The aims of the Internship are to understand the roles and responsibilities of Pharmacist, gain knowledges and experiences about pharmaceutical practices and get to know the real condition of pharmaceutical practice rsquo s problems at a pharmacy. The special assignment rsquo s title that was given is Design Analysis of First Degree Clinic in collaboration with National Medical Insurance, Three Doctors and Twenty Four Hour Service Time. "Pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit kepada masyarakat memerlukan tenaga kesehatan, salah satunya adalah Apoteker. Apoteker memiliki tugas dalam melakukan praktik pekerjaan kefarmasian di rumah sakit yang berpartisipasi langsung sebagai profesional yang memahami mengenai obat dan alat kesehatan. Selain itu, Apoteker profesional juga memiliki fungsi penting di Apotek sebagai penanggung jawab Apotek untuk menyalurkan obat yang berkhasiat, bermutu, dan aman. Penyaluran obat tersebut diregulasi oleh Badan POM, sehingga Apoteker profesional harus memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang berkaitan dengan Badan POM. Untuk menjadi apoteker yang profesional sebelum masuk dunia kerja, perlu adanya pengalaman dalam bentuk praktik kerja profesi apoteker sebagai modalnya. The distribution of these drugs is regulated by the FDA, so professional pharmacists must have knowledge and experience related to the FDA. The Professional Pharmacist Practice is held at the University of Indonesia Hospital (RSUI) for the period January – February 2022, the FDA for the March 2022 period, and Kimia Farma Margonda Pharmacy for the May 2022 period. Through the PKPA process, prospective professional pharmacists are expected to gain insight, knowledge, skills, and new experiences that are not found outside of PKPA and become appropriate provisions and capital in carrying out pharmaceutical work."

"ABSTRAKApotek merupakan salah satu sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukannya praktik kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Selain tempat dilakukannya praktik kefarmasian, apotek juga merupakan suatu tempat bisnis. Oleh karena itu, selain berperan dalam pelaksanaan tugas profesional pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek, apoteker juga dituntut untuk berperan dalam hal manajerial dan retail sehingga apotek sebagai suatu unit bisnis mampu berjalan dengan baik. Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek dan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek; serta memahami permasalahan yang dapat terjadi dalam pelaksanaan praktik kefarmasian dan strategi untuk menghadapinya. Praktik kerja profesi dilaksanakan selama satu bulan yang secara garis besar terdiri atas manajemen apotek dan pelayanan kefarmasian. Pada pelaksanaan praktik kerja terdapat tugas khusus berupa survey kepuasan pelanggan yang dilakukan dengan metode SERVQUAL.

ABSTRACTPharmacy is one of pharmaceutical care facilities where pharmaceutical practice is held by pharmacists. Pharmacy is also considered as a business unit. Therefore, in addition to implementation of pharmaceutical care in pharmacy, pharmacist are also required to take role in managerial, including retail terms, so that pharmacy as a business unit could run well. The aims of internship at Kimia Farma Pharmacy were to know about the functions and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmacy rsquo s managerial and pharmaceutical care to have knowledge and experience about pharmaceutical practice and to understand the challenges and their solutions in pharmaceutical practice. The internship was held for one month which was divided into two sub majors pharmacy rsquo s managerial and clinical pharmaceutical care. The spesific assignment was about customer satisfaction survey by using SERVQUAL method."
