Abstrak :
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor (performance expectancy, effrt expectancy, subjective norm, facilitating conditions, price value, perceived security, dan perceived privacy) terhadap behavioral intention untuk menggunakan dompet digital pada generasi Z (lahir pada tahun 1997-2005) di Indonesia, khususnya wilayah Jabodetabek. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat variabel financial awareness sebagai variabel moderasi yang dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara subjective norm dan price value terhadap behavioral intention. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 205 responden melalui survei cross sectional yang selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). Model penelitian ini merupakan hasil modifikasi UTAUT2 dengan menambahkan variabel perceived security, perceived privacy, dan financial awareness. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, dan price value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Effort expectancy berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Subjective norm, perceived security, dan perceived privacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Terakhir, hubungan antara subjective norm dan price value terhadap behavioral intention tidak dimoderasi oleh financial awareness. ......This study aims to determine the influence of factors (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, subjective norm, facilitating conditions, price value, perceived security, and perceived privacy) on the behavioral intention to use a digital wallet in generation Z (born 1997-2005). ) in Indonesia, especially the Jabodetabek area. In this study, there is a financial awareness variable as a moderating variable that can strengthen or weaken the relationship between subjective norm and price values on behavioral intention. The data used in this study were 205 respondents through a cross-sectional survey which were then processed and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). This research model is the result of modification of UTAUT2 by adding the variables perceived security, perceived privacy, and financial awareness. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and price value have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Effort expectancy has a negative and significant effect on behavioral intention. Subjective norm, perceived security, and perceived privacy have no effect on behavioral intention. Finally, the relationship between subjective norm and price values on behavioral intention is not moderated by financial awareness.

Dalam konteks pemasaran, teknologi dan internet telah memberikan dampak lintas batas dan menciptakan paradigma baru untuk para pelaku bisnis dimana internet dan teknologi sebagai sarana pemasaran dalam pasar, pelaku bisnis maupun perusahaan dapat memenuhi willingness to buy dan customer satisfaction yang dimiliki oleh konsumen. Tercatat, faktor yang dapat memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen tersebut ialah kesesuaian informasi dengan produk pada saat produk tersebut sampai ke tangan konsumen. Produk kosmetik merupakan salah satu pasar konsumen yang berkembang paling pesat di e-commerce dan menjadi kategori produk yang paling banyak dicari pada e-commerce, termasuk Shopee. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh augmented reality terhadap customer satusfaction dan willingness to buy yang dimediasi dengan customer experience, serta efek moderasi trust dan trade-off between price and value dan trust pada generasi Z yang mengkonsumsi Maybelline di aplikasi Shopee. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik purposive sampling pada 150 responden yang didapatkan melalui online questionnaire. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa augmented reality berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap willingness to buy dan customer satisfaction. Selain itu, customer experience memediasi pengaruh augmented reality dengan customer satisfaction dan willingness to buy. Selanjutnya, trade-off between price and value dan trust tidak memoderasi hubungan antara. augmented reality dengan customer experience. ......In the context of marketing, technology and the internet have had a cross-border impact and created a new paradigm for business people where the internet and technology support towards marketing in the market, business people and companies can meet the willingness to buy and customer satisfaction. It is noted that the factor that can fulfil the wants and needs of these consumers is the gap between perceived and expectation of the information of the product. Cosmetic products are one of the fastest growing consumer markets in e-commerce and are the most sought product category in e-commerce, including Shopee. This study aims to analyze the effect of augmented reality on customer satisfaction and willingness to buy mediated by customer experience, as well as the moderating effect of trust and the trade-off between price and value in the Zs who consume Maybelline in the Shopee application. The study used a quantitative approach through purposive sampling technique on 150 respondents obtained through an online questionnaire. The results showed that augmented reality had a significant effect on willingness to buy and customer satisfaction. In addition, customer experience mediates the effect of augmented reality on customer satisfaction and willingness to buy. Furthermore, the trade-off between price and value and trust does not moderate the relationship between. augmented reality with customer experience.

Masalah pencemaran lingkungan yang terjadi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir memaksa sektor transportasi untuk mempercepat adopsi kendaraan listrik yang ramah lingkungan. Indonesia merupakan pasar yang besar untuk kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat. Walaupun demikian, adopsi kendaraan listrik di Indonesia masih tergolong sedikit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi niat pembelian (purchase intention) kendaraan listrik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan landasan Theory of Planned Behavior dan Technology Acceptance Model dengan tambahan lima variabel yaitu price value, perceived risk, environmental self-image, infrastructure barrier, dan financial incentive policy untuk lebih menjelaskan niat pembelian kendaraan listrik di Indonesia. Data penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dengan cara non-probability sampling. Data diolah menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan software SmartPLS. Berdasarkan data sampel 242 responden, didapatkan hasil bahwa perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan price value secara positif mempengaruhi attitude terhadap perilaku pembelian kendaraan listrik. Temuan lain adalah attitude terhadap perilaku pembelian, price value, dan financial incentive policysecara positif mempengaruhi purchase intention sementara perceived risk dan infrastructure barrier berpengaruh negatif terhadap intensi tersebut. ......Environmental pollution problems that have occurred in recent years have forced the transportation sector to accelerate the adoption of environmentally friendly electric vehicles. Indonesia is a large market for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. Even so, the adoption of electric vehicles in Indonesia is still relatively small. This study aims to determine the relationship between the factors that can influence the purchase intention of electric vehicles in Indonesia. This study uses the basis of the Theory of Planned Behavior and Technology Acceptance Model with the addition of five variabels, namely price value, perceived risk, environmental self-image, infrastructure barrier, and financial incentive policy to better explain the intention to purchase electric vehicles in Indonesia. Research data was taken using a questionnaire distributed online by means of non-probability sampling. Data is processed using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS software. Based on sample data of 242 respondents, the results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and price value positively influence attitudes toward electric vehicle buying behavior. Another finding is that attitude towards buying behavior, price value, infrastructure barrier, and financial incentive policy positively affect purchase intention while perceived risk negatively affects this intention.

Kenyamanan dalam mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman kini semakin menjadi kebutuhan dan populer di perkotaan. Hal tersebut terjadi karena pada umumnya disebabkan oleh kondisi masyarakat perkotaan yang merasa waktunya untuk makan semakin berkurang sehingga dalam hal makanan ataupun minuman membutuhkan variasi, cepat disajikan, dan kenyamanan tempat. Kondisi ini membuat toko-toko seperti 7-Eleven dan Lawson semakin berkembang di Jabodetabek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana customer perceived value dari 7-Eleven dan Lawson yang keduanya berlokasi di Bintaro sektor 5, Tangerang Selatandan bagaimana perbedaan antara keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 100 orang responden yang pernah mengunjungi dan juga bertransaksi di 7-Eleven dan Lawson Bintaro sektor 5. Penelitian ini menggunakan dimensi nilai harga, nilai kualitas produk, nilai kualitas layanan, nilai emosional, dan nilai sosial dalam melakukan pengukuran terhadap customer perceived value pada convenience store. Hasil penelitian menunjukan customer perceived value 7-Eleven lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Lawson. ...... Convenience store as a trend has entered into the realm of lifestyle that becomes a phenomenon which occurred in the urban consumer. The trend is also moving frequently with the development of the middle class, stronger purchasing power, improved distribution, and rapid information in the modern era. In addition, comfort in consuming is now increasing and became popular in urban areas. It's because in general due to the conditions of urban societies that have a little time to eat, so in terms of food requires variation, quickly served and convenient place. This condition makes convenience stores such as 7- Eleven and Lawson increasingly growing in Jabodetabek. The purpose of this study was to determine how high the customer perceived value of the 7 - Eleven and Lawson that both located at Bintaro sector 5, South Tangerang. This study used a quantitative approach to 100 respondents who had visited and also transacted at 7 - Eleven and Lawson Bintaro sector 5. This study used the dimensions of pricing value, product quality value, service quality value, emotional value and social value in measuring the customer perceived value on convenience stores. The results showed the customer perceived value in 7 - Eleven is higher than Lawson
