"Pelaksanaan Diskusi Refleksi Kasus (DRK) merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilakukan oleh perawat. DRK sebagai salah satu bentuk pelaksanaan Pendidikan Keperawatan Berkelanjutan (PKB) harus terus dilaksanakan di rumah sakit secara rutin dan berkesinambungan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan berpikir kritis dan profesionalisme perawat. Penerapan DRK perlu dilakukan di semua layanan rumah sakit karena sebagai bentuk pendidikan keperawatan berkelanjutan yang memiliki banyak manfaat bagi perawat. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengidentifikasi pengalaman perawat dalam melakukan diskusi refleksi kasus di Rumah Sakit X Kota Tangerang. Desain yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, menggunakan metode wawancara semi strutur. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dengan indepth intervie. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 10 perawat. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu eksplorasi pengalaman perawat dalam diskusi refleksi kasus (DRK) menggambarkan 4 tema yaitu 1) Bentuk Kegiatan Diskusi Refleksi Kasus, 2) Manfaat Pelaksanaan Diskusi Refleksi Kasus (DRK), 3) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan DRK dan 4) Faktor penghambat Pelaksanaan DRK. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah menjadikan pelaksanaan DRK sebagai salah satu Indikator Kinerja Individu (IKI). Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi perawat dalam melaksanakan DRK.
......Implementation of the Case Reflection Discussion (CRD) is an important thing for nurses to do. CRD as a form of the implementation of Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) must continue to be carried out in hospitals regularly and continuously to improve knowledge, critical thinking skills and professionalism of nurses. The application of CRD needs to be carried out in all hospital services because it is a form of continuous nursing education that has many benefits for nurses. The purpose of this study is to identify the experience of nurses in conducting case reflection discussions at Hospital X Tangerang City. The design used is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach, using a semi-structured interview method. Sample selection was done by using purposive sampling. Data retrieval with in-depth interview. The sample used is 10 nurses. The results of this study are the exploration of nurses' experiences in case reflection discussions (CRD) describing 4 themes, namely 1) Forms of Case Reflection Discussion Activities, 2) Benefits of Implementing Case Reflection Discussions (CRD), 3) Supporting factors for CRD implementation and 4) Inhibiting factors for CRD implementation. The recommendation from this research is to make the implementation of CRD as one of the Individual Performance Indicators (IPI). It aims to increase the motivation of nurses in implementing CRD."

"Kajian ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran yang jelas tentang pemakaian istilah oleh kalangan profesional kedokteran dan profesional keuangan. Penelitian ini mencoba menggabungkan sosiolinguistik dan terminologi, yang disebut sosioterminologi. Data dijaring melalui penyebaran kuesioner ke kalangan dokter dan profesional keuangan. Kerangka teori yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini ialah teori perencanaan bahasa, yakni tentang pembakuan istilah, dan pembentukan istilah.
Pembakuan istilah merupakan proses yang kompleks yang memerlukan sejumlah proses, seperti penyeragaman konsep dan istilah, definisi istilah, pengurangan kehomoniman dan kesinoniman, penetapan penyebutan (designation), termasuk singkatan dan lambang serta penciptaan istilah baru. Dari dasar tersebut, saya mencoba membandingkan pemakaian istilah di kalangan profesional kedokteran dan keuangan. Bagaimana tingkat keseragaman istilah yang digunakan oleh kedua kalangan itu, baik dengan orang seprofesi maupun dengan orang tak seprofesi? Bagaimana sikap kedua kalangan profesional tersebut terhadap istilah Indonesia? Istilah serapan atau terjemahankah yang lebih cenderung dipilih?
Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keseragaman pemakaian istilah di kalangan dokter, baik dengan orang seprofesi maupun dengan orang tak seprofesi tinggi, yakni 97.50% dan 90%. Sementara itu, tingkat keseragaman pemakaian istilah di kalangan profesional keuangan dengan orang seprofesi dapat dikatakan rendah (60%) dan dengan orang tak seprofesi sangat rendah (45%). Sikap dokter dan profesional keuangan terhadap istilah Indonesia positif. Namun, dari tingkat kepositifannya, sikap dokter lebih positif daripada sikap profesional keuangan. Ihwal istilah serapan dan terjemahan, keduanya cenderung memilih istilah serapan daripada terjemahan.

The aim of this study is to obtain a description of the usage of terminology by medical and financial professionals. The research has tried to combine two disciplines, i.e. sociolinguistics and terminology and thus it could be named socioterminology. The theoretical framework for in this study is the theory of language planning, especially the standardization of terminology, and term formation.
Standardization of terms is a complex process that entails a number of operations, such as the unification of concepts, the definition of terms, the reduction of homonymy, the elimination of synonymy, the fixing of designations, including abbreviations and symbols, and also the coinage of new terms. For these reasons, I have tried to compare the usage of terminologies between medical and financial professionals. To what extent is the usage of terminologies by each professional uniform? How does she or he think about the Indonesian terminologies? Which terminology has he or she chosen? Does he or she prefer borrowed terms or translated terms?
The results indicate that the degree of uniformity in the usage of terminology by the professionals varies. The uniformity degree among the medical professionals is higher (97.50%) than that among the financial professionals (60%). A medical professional uses a different form when talking to his or her colleagues compared to the occasion when talking to someone who belongs to a different profession. The attitudes of both groups towards the Indonesian terms are positive, but the doctors' attitudes are more positive than those of the financial professionals. They prefer the borrowed terms to the translated terms.

"ABSTRAK
Pemberlakuan Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean tahun 2016 untuk sektor pariwisata berakibat pada persaingan bebas tenaga kerja pariwisata, sehingga perlu adanya penguatan daya saing tenaga kerja pariwisata Indonesia melalui sertifikasi. Namun, hingga saat ini jumlah tenaga kerja pariwisata tersertifikasi masih sangat rendah. Guna mengatasi hal tersebut, Kementerian Pariwisata menyelenggarakan program sertifikasi kompetensi tenaga kerja pariwisata. Dalam implementasinya program tersebut masih menghadapi permasalahan seperti ketidaksesuaian realisasi dengan rencana program, keberadaan Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi bidang pariwisata yang tidak merata, dan kesadaran industri pariwisata masih rendah. Skripsi ini membahas implementasi program sertifikasi kompetensi tenaga kerja pariwisata oleh Bidang Fasilitasi Sertifikasi Kompetensi Kementerian Pariwisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara Post Positivist dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program ini belum sepenuhnya berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip implementasi kebijakan model Van Meter & Van Horn.

ABSTRACT
Asean Economic Community enforcement in 2016 in the tourism sector resulting labour free competition in tourism industry, makes it necessary to strengthen the competitiveness of the Indonesian tourism professionals through certification. However, the number of certified tourism professionals so far is still very low. To overcome this, the Tourism Ministry held a competency certification program. But in the implementation of the program is still facing problems such as incompatibility between plan and realization of the program, location of Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi is uneven and industry awareness of the importance of certification is still low. This thesis discusses about the implementation of competency certification program for tourism professionals by Facilitation Competence Certification Division of Tourism Ministry. This study is done in Post Positivist model with a descriptive design. The results of this study show that the implementation of this program is not entirely based on Van Meter & Van Horn policy implementation model."
