Ansietas klien yang dirawat di rumah sakit karena penyakit fisik ditandai dengan rasa tidak nyaman, sedih, gelisah, khawatir. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk melaporkan penerapan terapi generalis dan terapi spesialis (penghentian pikiran, relaksasi otot progresif, psikoedukasi keluarga) terhadap tanda dan gejala klien ansietas dengan penyakit fisik. Karya ilmiah ini menggunakan pendekatan konsep ?Caring? Swanson dan model stres adaptasi Stuart terhadap 90 klien yang dirawat di rumah sakit umum. Penerapan terapi generalis dan spesialis (penghentian pikiran dan psikoedukasi keluarga) menurunkan respons kognitif, afektif, dan sosial (n=34). Penerapan terapi generalis dan spesialis (relaksasi otot progresif dan psikoedukasi keluarga) menurunkan respons afektif, fisiologis, dan perilaku (n=11). Penerapan terapi generalis dan spesialis (penghentian pikiran, relaksasi otot progresif, dan psikoedukasi keluarga) menurunkan respons kognitif, afektif, fisiologis, perilaku, dan sosial (n=45). Kombinasi terapi generalis dan spesialis (penghentian pikiran, relaksasi otot progresif, dan psikoedukasi keluarga) direkomendasikan untuk diberikan pada klien ansietas dengan penyakit fisik di rumah sakit umum.ABSTRACT The Anxiety occurs on a client who admitted to hospital because of physical illness with discomfort, sadness, anxiety, worry. The Purpose of this scientific writting was to report the results of the application of generalist and spesialists therapy (Thought Stopping, progressive muscle relaxation, and family psycho education) in order to reduce signs and symptoms for clients anxiety with physical illness. This scientific writting used the concept of the "Caring" Swanson and stress adaptation model of Stuart to 90 clients with anxiety were treated in a public hospital. The application of generalist and spesialists therapy (Thought Stopping and family psycho education) have reduce cognitive, affective, and social respons of clients anxiety (n =34). "Latar belakang. Ibu-ibu postpartum sering mengalami depresi, sebagai akibat gangguan adaptasi psikologis pada periode postpartum, sehingga sangat diperlukan tindakan keperawatan dalam mencegah terjadinya depresi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektifitas intervensi psikoedukasi yang diberikan kepada ibu-ibu postpartum terhadap pencegahan terjadinya depresi postpartum dan adanya pengaruh usia, paritas, pekerjaan, pendidikan dan dukungan keluarga terhadap efek intervensi dalam mencegah depresi postpartum. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimentai dengan post test only design. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Gunung Sitoli dan di lima Puskesmas di Kabupaten Nias. Sampel adalah ibu yang melahirkan normal, didampingi suami, ibu dan bayi dalam kondisi sehat tanpa komplikasi sebanyak 85 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Edinburg Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS) dan intervensi yang diberikan adalah psikoedukasi dengan media booklet.
Hasil kejadian depresi postpartum berhubungan dengan faktor pendidikan dan dukungan keluarga. Intervensi psikoedukasi efektif secara signifikan (p= 0,001), Odds Ratio (OR) : 5,924 (95 % CI : 2,081-16,868) mencegah terjadinya depresi postpartum. Faktor dominan yang berpengaruh pada efektifitas intervensi psikoedukasi adalah dukungan keluarga dengan nilai p x,001, OR : 80 (95 % CI : 6,069 - 1054,570).
Simpulan. Intervensi psikoedukasi efektif secara bermakna mencegah terjadinya depresi postpartum setelah dikontol oleh faktor dukungan keluarga.
Rekomendasi : Psikoedukasi perlu diimplementasikan disemua tatanan pelayayan keperawatan matemitas dengan memberikan booklet sebagai media. Perlu juga dikembangkan program suami siaga dan keluarga siaga dalam memberi dukungan bagi ibu selama periode postpartum.

Background : Postpartum mothers have experienced many postpartum depression frequently, as a result of psychological adaptation disturbances at postpartum period, therefore nursing care for postpartum mothers in preventing depression is needed. This research purposes to prove the effectiveness of psycho-education intervention effect which is given to postpartum mothers in preventing the existence of postpartum depression and effect of age, parity, occupation, education and family support to affect an intervention in preventing a postpartum depression. This research used a quasi experimental with post test only design. Research was implemented at public hospital of Gunung Sitoli and five community health centers in Sub-Province of Nias and used 85 mothers with normal childbirth as samples, they were accompanied by their husband, condition of mothers and their babies were healthy without complication. This research used an Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale questionnaire as instrument and psycho-education intervention was given with a booklet as media.
Result: The incident postpartum depression related to education and family support. This research showed that psycho-education intervention was effective significantly (p= 0,001), Odds Ratio (OR): 5,924 (95 % Cl : 2,081-16,868) to preventing a postpartum depression occurrence. The most dominant variable on effectiveness of psycho-education intervention is family support variable with p-value is p = 0,001, OR : 80 (95 % CI : 6,069 - 1054,570).
Conclusion: Psycho-education intervention is very effective for preventing a postpartum depression occurrence after controlled by family support factor.
Recommendation: Psycho-education is important to implement in maternity services and use a booklet as media. It is also important to develop an alert husband and family program in supporting mother during postpartum period.

Gangguan jiwa berat selain berdampak terhadap diri sendiri,juga berdampak pada keluarga. Teridentifkasi berbagai beban keluarga saat merawat klien gangguan jiwa,termasuk beban sosial yaitu stigma.Stress yang dialami keluarga dalam merawat klien gangguan jiwa dalam jangka waktu lama, akan membuat keluarga menggunakan berbagai strategi koping yang sangat bervariasi, baik yang positif maupun negatif. Strategi koping yang digunakan keluarga dalam memberikan perawatan pada klien gangguan klien gangguan jiwa, memberikan dampak bervariasi dalam kesembuhan klien. Tujuan : menjelaskan family empowerment dalam manajemen kasus isolasi sosial dan harga diri rendah dengan pendekatan teori Peplau,Henderson dan King. Analisis dilakukan pada 7 klien dengan Cognitive Therapy (CT), Commitment Therapy(ACT) dan Social Skills Training(SST) sedangkan keluarga dengan Family Psycoeducation(FPE) dan Triagle Therapy. Hasil penerapan family empowerment meningkatkan peran serta keluarga dalam meningkatkan kemampuan klien dalam mengembangkan harga diri dan ketrampilan sosial, lebih mandiri dan produktif.ABSTRACT Severe mental disorder not only affecting the individual client but also the family. "Harga diri rendah merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya halusinasi pada klien skizofrenia yang mempengaruhi pikiran dan perilaku klien. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan melihat manfaat terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap peningkatan kemampuan klien dan keluarga serta penurunan tanda dan gejala halusinasi dan harga diri rendah pada 4 klien laki-laki berusia dewasa melalui pendekatan case series.
Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan seluruhnya mengalami peningkatan dalam mengendalikan halusinasi dan harga diri rendah hingga berdampak pada penurunan tanda dan gejala. Seluruh klien sudah tidak mendengar suara-suara lagi dan berpikir positif terhadap dirinya. Terapi kognitif perilaku yang diberikan juga menunjukkan hasil bahwa seluruh klien mampu mengendalikan pikiran negatif, 3 klien diantaranya berhasil menghilangkan pikiran negatif dan seluruhnya dapat mengubah perilaku negatif. Pada masing-masing keluarga klien mengalami peningkatan kemampuan setelah diberikan Psikoedukasi Keluarga.
Kedua terapi ini direkomendasikan dilakukan bersamaan pada klien halusinasi dan harga diri rendah, karena dukungan caregiver memberikan kontribusi pada kemampuan klien mengatasi masalahnya. Penelitian selanjutnya diperlukan untuk melihat efektivitas terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga pada halusinasi dan harga diri rendah dengan jumlah visit lebih lama dan menggunakan kelompok kontrol.

Low self esteem was one of factors caused Schizophrenia that influence the mind and behavior of clients. This case reports looked at the benefits of cognitive behavior therapy and family psycho education therapy to improved client and family ability and decreased sign and symptoms of hallucinations and low self esteem in 4 adult male clients through a case series approach.
The results showed that all of them have increased in controlling hallucinations and low self esteem to have a decrease in sign and symptoms. The whole client has not heard voices and think positively. The therapy also shows that all clients are able to control negative thoughts and 3 clients of them managed to eliminate negative thoughts and can completely change negative behavior. In each client's family had increased ability after given family psycho education therapy.
Both of these therapies are recommended to perform simultaneously on the hallucination and low self esteem clients, as caregiver support contributes to the client's ability to resolve the problem. Further study is needed to see the effectiveness of cognitive behavior therapy and family psycho education therapy on hallucinations and low self esteem with longer visit and with control group.
