"ABSTRAKFokus tesis ini adalah analisis berdasarkan Best Practices dan Empiris mengenai penetapan pasar bersangkutan dalam Putusan Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha No. 09/KPPU-L/2009 tentang Akuisisi Alfa Retailindo oleh Carrefour. Analisis best paractices dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan sistematika penetapan pasar bersangkutan yang ditetapkan oleh Majelis Komisi dalam Putusan tersebut dengan teori pasar bersangkutan, pedoman tentang Pasar Bersangkutan dari otoritas pengawas persaingan usaha di negara lain dan praktik terbaik dalam menetapkan pasar bersangkutan sektor ritel di negara lain.Selain analisis best practices, penelitian ini juga menggunakan analisis empiris melalui survey konsumen untuk mengumpulkan informasi terkini mengenai pasar bersangkutan di sektor ritel berdasarkan preferensi konsumen. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa metode penetapan pasar bersangkutan dalam Putusan tersebut secara garis besar telah mengikuti kelaziman proses identifikasi pasar bersangkutan dalam kerangka teoritis dan guideline, serta hasil praktik terbaik negara lain. Disarankan agar analisis pasar bersangkutan dapat ditingkatkan kualitasnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang lebih terukur, baik secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif.

ABSTRACTThe focus of this study is to analyse the relevant market which defined in Commission on Supervision of Business Competition rsquo s Decision No. 09 KPPU L 2009 about Acquisition to Alfa Retailindo by Carrefour based on best practices. Best practices analysis by comparing the methodology used on relevant market delineation in the Decision with the perspective of economics theory, guidelines of relevant market from competition authorities other countries and best practices in determining the relevant market retail sector in other countries. This research also using empirical analysis for gathering information present about relevant market on the retail sector based on consumer preferences through surveys. The result shows that relevant market rsquo s delineation process is mainly has followed the prevalence of theidentification process either from theory nor guidelines perspectives. It is suggested to make some improvement on the process by using quantitative and qualitative scientific method."

"ABSTRAKKarya Akhir ini berisi analisis biaya relevan antara pembelian pesawat baru dan pesawat bekas berdasarkan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan sejak pengadaan pertama hingga analisis perbandingan efisiensi biaya dalam lima tahun melakukan operasional dengan pesawat yang dipilih. Hasil dari analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa pesawat bekas lebih efisien dari segi biaya. Faktor kualitatif juga mendukung keputusan untuk membeli pesawat bekas dibandingkan pesawat baru.

ABSTRACTThis final project contains relevant cost analysis on buying new aircraft and used aircraft according to the cost to be incurred by the company from the procurement procedures to cost efficiency analysis in five years of operational with the chosen plane. The result of this analysis shows that used planes are more efficient in term of cost. Qualitative factors also support the decision to buy used aircraft rather than new aircraft."

"Archaeological relevance for the present has become an important issue in the world of archaeology. This paper aims to examine how the biography of artefacts of pottery fragments from the old Banten site, the site of Banten Sultanate of the sixteenth century AD, became a marker of the cultural identity of Banten people today. These pottery fragments were studied using Michael Thompsons rubbish theory (1979), which observes how the value of objects shifts from transient to rubbish to durable. Using the rubbish theory, archaeological practices that have only been aimed at scientific purposes can be useful for the people of Banten today. This paper will also discuss how people who have been ignored become an important part of archaeological practice and how archaeology can have an economic impact on todays society."

"ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang dapat mendorong konsumen untuk menyampaikan electronic word of mouth pada restoran Union, Loewy, dan Skye. Variabel yang di uji pada penelitian ini di antaranya self-relevant value reflected appraisal of self, conspicuous value dan self-image congruence dan restaurant relevant value restaurant quality dan price fairness dengan variabel moderasi opinion leadership. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 445 responden, pria dan wanita dengan rentang usia 17 ndash; 35 tahun, yang pernah mengunjungi restoran tersebut. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS 22 , dengan metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif secara langsung pada variabel self-relevant value reflected appraisal of self, conspicuous value dan self-image congruence terhadap electronic word of mouth sedangkan, pada variabel restaurant relevant value restaurant quality dan price fairness terbukti tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap electronic word of mouth. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan variabel opinion leadership tidak memoderasi kelima variabel independen terhadap electronic word of mouth.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this is to examine the factors wich drive consumer to spread Ewom on Union, Loewy, and Skye. The variables tested in this study are selfrelevant value reflected appraisal of self, conspicuous value and self image congruence and restaurant relevant value restaurant quality and price fairness also opinion leadership as moderating variable. The data is collected using questionnaire to 445 respondents, man and woman from 17 to 35 years old. Who have visited the restaurant mentioned. The data in this research is run by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS 22 with multiple regression method. The result shows that there is a direct positive influence on self relevant value reflected appraisal of self, conspicuous value and self image congruence towards electronic word of mouth meanwhile restaurant relevant value restaurant quality and price fairness is proven having no influence on electronic word of mouth. This research is also proven that opinion leadership has no moderating effect on all independent variable toward electronic word of mouth."

"The purpose of this research is to analyst the influence of participative budgeting toward managerial performance, whether through budget goal commitment or job-relevant information as intervening variable. Inconsistency of the results of the prior research, become a motivation of this study- Data used in this study is obtained from perceptions of managers who has filled the questionnaires. Data collected by sending 700 qusetionaires to managers of manufacturing companies that listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. 168 questionnaires out of 700 were received or about 24 % response rate and structural equation modeling was used to analyzed the data using software Partial Least Square called Smart PLS. The result of these study shows that budget goal commitment and budget participation have significance influence on the managerial performance and also budget participation has significance effect on job relevant information."

"Skripsi ini membahas bagaimana Undang-Undang No. 5 Tahun 1999 dan Peraturan Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha mengatur tentang penetapan pasar bersangkutan terhadap perkara hukum persaingan usaha di Indonesia melalui sebuah analisis yuridis terhadap putusan Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha perkara nomor 10/KPPU-I/2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridisnormatif menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penetapan pasar bersangkutan yang ditetapkan oleh KPPU memiliki sebuah permasalahan hukum dilihat berdasarkan data faktual terkait industri sapi yang dikaitkan dengan teori pendekatan pasar produk dan pasar geografis dan ketentuan hukum persaingan usaha di Indonesia.

This bachelor thesis discusses how the Act No. 5 Year 1999 and Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha Regulations No. 3 Year 2009 define the determination of the relevant market concept against competition law cases through juridicial analysis on Decision of Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha Case Number 10/ KPPU - I/ 2015. The study is normative-juridicial using primary and secondary data.

The results of this study indicate that the determination of the relevant market defined by Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha conduct a legal issues seen by factual data of cattle industry related to the theory of relevant market approach to product and geographic market and Indonesia's regulation of Competition Law."

"Penelitian ini melihat kontribusi penggunaan gaya pengasuhan autonomy dan conformity terhadap kemampuan anak memahami kondisi mental orang lain dalam situasi yang terkait dengan moralitas (morally-relevant theory of mind atau MoToM) dan melakukan penilaian moral. Pemahaman MoToM dan penilaian moral diukur dengan morally-relevant theory of mind task dan prototypic moral transgression scale (Killen, Mulvey, Richardson, Jampol, Woodward, 2011) kepada 122 partisipan anak usia 4 hingga 6 tahun. Gaya pengasuhan orangtua diukur dengan Parenting Attitudes Inventory (PAI) (Vinden, 2001; O'Reilly & Peterson, 2014). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gaya pengasuhan orangtua dan theory of mind anak berkontribusi sebanyak 35% terhadap pemahaman morally-relevant theory of mind anak. Kemampuan theory of mind berkontribusi terhadap kemampuan anak dalam melakukan penilaian moral akan situasi pelanggaran moral yang terjadi secara intensional (prototypic transgression). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya pegnasuhan orangtua dan penilaian moral anak.

This study aims to explore autonomy and conformity parenting style contribution to children's understanding of others mental state in a moral situation (morally-relevant theory of mind or MoToM) and doing moral judgments. MoToM understanding and children's moral judgments were measured by morally-relevant theory of mind task and prototypic moral transgression scale (Killen, Mulvey, Richardson, Jampol, Woodward, 2011) to 122 children aged 4 - 6 years old. Parenting style was assessed by Parenting Attitudes Inventory (PAI) (Vinden, 2001; O'Reilly & Peterson, 2014).

The result of this study showed that parenting style and children's theory of mind contributed to children's morally-relevant theory of mind understanding by 35%. Theory of mind understanding also contributed to children's moral judgments in an intentional moral transgression situasion (prototypic transgression). However, there was null significant links between parenting style and children's moral judgments."

"ABSTRAKDemokrasi dituntut dengan adanya masyarakat yang aktif dalam berpartisipasi politik. Namun partisipasi politik sendiri diukur dengan pengetahuan politik. Sudah sejauh mana pengetahuan politik pemilih pemula di Kota Depok. Studi ini ingin mencari tahu faktor apa saja yang membentuk pengetahuan politik di masyarakat Kota Depok.Penelitian ini menggunakan enam konsep yang dikembangkan oleh Penny S Visser. Konsep self-interest, social identification, value-relevance, media use, attitude-importance dan attitude-relevant knowledge. Dengan menggunakan metode path analysis dalam pengujiannya, penelitian ini menghasilkan modifiikasi model yang telah dikembangkan.Setelah menghitung koefisien model fit, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel self-interest dibuang dari model dikarenakan tidak signifikan. Jadi dapat ditetapkan bahwa pengetahuan pemilih pemula Kota Depok dipengaruhi oleh empat faktor utama.

ABSTRACTDemocracy is demanded by a society that is active in participating politics. Yet political participation itself is measured by political knowledge. The extent of the political knowledge of newbie voters in the city of Depok. This study wants to find out what factors make up the political knowledge in the people of Depok City.This study uses six concepts developed by Penny S Visser. The concept of self-interest, social identification, value-relevance, media use, attitude-importance and attitude-relevant knowledge. By using path analysis method in testing, this research resulted modifiikasi model that has been developed.After calculating the fit model coefficients, this study found that the self-interest variable was removed from the model because it was not significant. So it can be determined that the knowledge of beginner voters in Depok City is influenced by four main factors."
