"Marketing plays an important role in determining an enterprise’s success. Inappropriate marketing strategy can lead to various risks, especially for SMEs that have not prepared their risk management. This research aims to identify and specify marketing strategy priorities in the production of potato chips, and to decide anticipationary action in determining risk mitigation. The research is a case study of XYZ company. The method used for risk analysis was Fuzzy FMEA, and that used to specify the strategic priorities was ANP. The results indicate that the most potential risks in potato chip marketing are promotion risk, which is caused by inappropriate steps with regard to promotion targets, and the absence of a brand image. The primary strategy in market risk mitigation is to improve sub-strategy promotion, which increases the effectiveness of promotion facilities and infrastructure, complies with the development of information and communication media, and maintains service quality in the sub-criteria of building and maintaining good relations with customers."

"ABSTRAK
Meningkatnya persaingan bisnis memotivasi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengantisipasi ketidakpastian dalam aktivitas rantai pasok. Untuk dapat survive dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif, sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk memiliki manajemen risiko rantai pasok yang tepat. Fokus manajemen risiko rantai pasok adalah memahami dan mencoba untuk meminimalisir efek gangguan bisnis yang mungkin terjadi pada aktivitas rantai pasok. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan metode House of Risk HOR yang terbukti merupakan suatu pendekatan proaktif yang dapat memitigasi risiko yang terjadi. Namun, HOR masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan diantaranya belum adanya pembobotan bagi masing-masing kejadian risiko sehingga memungkinkan terjadi bias, belum adanya pengujian korelasi antar kejadian risiko dan korelasi antar sumber risiko. Salah satu metode yang dapat dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP yang dapat membantu memberikan proporsi berbeda pada masing-masing kriteria maupun kejadian risiko dan adanya penambahan top roof atap atas dan side roof atap samping untuk membantu memberikan korelasi yang dibutuhkan.

ABSTRACT
Increased business competition motivates companies to improve efficiency and anticipate uncertainty in supply chain activity. In order to survive in a competitive business environment, it is imperative for a company to have an appropriate supply chain risk management. The focus of supply chain risk management is to understand and try to minimize the possible business interruption effects on supply chain activity. In this research, the House of Risk HOR method was developed which proved to be a proactive approach that can mitigate the risks. However, HOR still has several weaknesses such as lack of weighting for each risk occurrence to allow for bias, no correlation test between risk events and correlation among source of risk. One method that can be done to solve the problem is Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP which can help to give different proportions on each criterion or risk occurrence and the addition of top roof and side roof to help provide Correlation required."

"ABSTRAK
Praktik penyalahgunaan transfer pricing yang semakin marak terjadi membuat pemeriksaan transfer pricing semakin meningkat. Namun, hasil pemeriksaan ternyata berujung kepada sengketa dan akhirnya menimbulkan kerugian bagi Direktorat Jenderal Pajak, Wajib Pajak dan Pengadilan Pajak. Oleh karena itu, kriteria pemeriksaan yang diterapkan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dan mitigasi risiko sengketa transfer pricing melalui solusi administratif perlu diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kriteria seleksi yang diterapkan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dalam memeriksa Wajib Pajak didasarkan pada pemeriksaan rutin dan pemeriksaan khusus. Kriteria seleksi yang berlaku saat ini menyebabkan pemeriksa kurang bukti sehingga mengurangi kualitas hasil pemeriksaan. Administrasi pajak menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Di sisi lain, mekanisme mitigasi risiko sengketa transfer pricing melalui solusi administratif di Indonesia, yaitu pembetulan Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan, keberatan, transfer pricing documentation dan Advance Pricing Agreement, masih menemui beberapa kendala dan belum secara penuh dapat memitigasi risiko sengketa transfer pricing. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah kriteria seleksi pemeriksaan harus berdasarkan pada bukti dan konsep self-assessment. Selain itu, perlu adanya perbaikan administrasi pajak untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi DJP dan Wajib Pajak berupa revisi peraturan terkait dan pelaksanaan secara bertahap.

ABSTRAK
The practice of increasingly widespread transfer pricing abuse has made transfer pricing audit increasing. However, the results of the audit turned out to lead to disputes and ultimately incur losses for the Directorate General of Taxes, Taxpayers and Tax Court. Therefore, the audit criteria applied by the Directorate General of Taxes and risk mitigation of transfer pricing dispute through administrative solutions should be investigated. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with qualitative data analysis technique. The result of this study is the selection criteria applied by the Directorate General of Taxes in auditing the Taxpayer based on routine audit and special audit. Selection criteria that apply today cause the auditor less evidence so as to reduce the quality of audit results. Tax administration becomes less effective and efficient. On the other hand, the risk mitigation mechanism of transfer pricing dispute through administrative solutions in Indonesia, namely the correction of the Annual Tax Return, objections, transfer pricing documentation and Advance Pricing Agreement, still encounters several obstacles and has not fully mitigated the risk of transfer pricing disputes. Suggestions to be given are the selection criteria for examination should be based on evidence and self assessment concept. In addition, it is necessary to improve the tax administration to overcome the constraints faced by the DGT and Taxpayers in the form of revisions of related regulations and the step by step implementation. "

"Stasiun elevated atau biasa disebut stasiun layang mempunyai sistem tenaga listrik dengan catu
daya utama 20KiloVolt dengan tegangan nominal sebesar 750volt beserta tegangan fasilitas
operasi stasiun sebesar 380volt stasiun laying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode inspeksi
dengan melakukan pengamatan sesuai dengan instruksi kerja dan manual instruksi kajian
pemeliharaan prasarana perkeretaapian. Beberapa diidentifikasi terkait dengan permasalahan
kualitas daya dengan inspeksi sesuai perkembangan dan manual instruksi yang sesuai. Tujuan
utama dari penelitian ini, yaitu Mencegah adanya masalah gangguan tegangan lebih dengan cara
merekomendasikan mitigasi risiko dengan metode-metode analisis investigasi dan simulasi
menggunakan software Electric Transient and Analysis Program (ETAP) yang dapat membantu
evaluasi dan memperkirakan langkah strategis dengan memperhatikan peraturan-peraturan dan
acuan standar serta mendeteksi adanya rugi-rugi pada gangguan pola operasi karena gangguan
kondisi kualitas daya yang disebabkan lonjakan tegangan lebih pada sistem gardu traksi stasiun
dengan metode investigasi dan simulasi menggunakan software Electric Transient and Analysis
Program (ETAP). Tegangan lebih ini dilakukan dalam rangka penelitian menjaga pelayanan
terhadap publik dan pencegahan kegagalan sistem dengan menggunakan mitigasi risiko serta
metode-metode investigasi dan simulasi menggunakan software Electric Transient and Analysis
Program (ETAP) yang memperhatikan aspek-aspek lingkungan, keselamatan, teknis dan
ekonomi dengan peraturan-peratuan dan acuan standar. Penelitian ini berupa analisa mitigasi dan
menjabarkan rugi-rugi yang berdampak dengan melihat suatu kondisi kualitas daya dan tindak
lanjut yang diberikan untuk mencegah adanya tegangan lebih maupun komponen sarana listrik
Ligh Rail Vehicle (LRV). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa dengan rekomendasi, strategi untuk
mitigasi risiko dengan analisa risiko, dan kebijakan-kebijakan yang dari adanya permasalahaan
kenaikan tegangan yang terekam oleh log SCADA OCC dan relai dengan nilai 893.88 Volt DC.

This research is in the form of mitigation analysis and describes the losses that have an impact by looking at a power quality condition and the followup
provided to prevent overvoltage and components of Ligh Rail Vehicle (LRV) electric facilities.

"This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of disaster mitigation in Bantul, Indonesia. The expected
utility theory and impact of regional characteristics on individual perceptions was used to
describe the disaster risk management process. The regional mapping based on hazard level was
conducted by a Geographical Information System (GIS). Data used in this research were primary
and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaire to some respondents.
Sample amounts used were 395 respondents. The research empirical contribution was to
economic valuation method used towards safety and efforts to link regional characteristics, individual
perception and also their willingness to conduct mitigation. The research practical contribution
was to identify some key obstacles in disaster risk management. Based on multiple regression
analysis, this study found that educational level, risk aversion degree, trust towards earthquakeresistant
building, control ability, income level, classification of hazard area contributes to higher
Willingness To Pay (WTP) for mitigation. It also found that perception towards central governmental
roles variable did not affect to WTP for mitigation. However, the income levels of the communities
in Bantul positively correspond to WTP for mitigation suggesting that the findings were consistent
with the expected utility theory."

Analisis risiko dan evaluasi risiko pada fasilitas industri gas digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko yang dapat berdampak pada aspek keselamatan, pencemaran lingkungan, finansial dan reputasi perusahaan. Demikian juga pada fasilitas Liquid to Compressed Natural Gas (LCNG Station), analisis risiko dan evaluasi risiko harus dikaji dan dievaluasi secara kontinyu untuk mengetahui apakah level resiko masih berada pada tingkat yang aman atau tidak, serta digunakan sebagai acuan dalam menentukan langkah-langkah mitigasi risiko secara efektif dan tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini melakukan kajian analisis risiko pada fasilitas operasi LCNG Station dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Risiko Semi Kuantitatif (SQRA) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor risiko dan mengevaluasi risiko pada fasilitas operasi LCNG Station menggunakan perangkat lunak Crystall Ball. Penentuan faktor-faktor risiko mengacu pada data sekunder LCNG Station dan merujuk pada standar internasional sebagai data pendukung dalam penelitian ini. Perhitungan nilai risiko dilakukan dengan menjabarkan faktor-faktor risiko kedalam kriteria likelihood dan consequence yang dirangking dari nilai skala 1 sampai 5 sesuai dengan Matriks risiko skala 5 x 5. Hasil perhitungan nilai risiko menggunakan perangkat lunak Crystall ball menunjukkan bahwa nilai resiko fasilitas operasi LCNG Station masih berada dalam level "low risk" dan acceptable.

ABSTRACT
Risk analysis and Risk evaluation on industrial facilities is used to see the risk value and the risk level that may impact on worker safety, environmental pollution, operating facilities, financial, and company credibility. Thus, risk analysis and risk evaluation on LCNG Station operating facilities must be assessed and evaluated continuously to know whether the risk level is at a safe level or not, and to determine strategic steps to be taken to reduce the critical risk effectively. This study conducted a risk analysis study on LCNG Station operating facilities using the Semi Quantitative Risk Assessment (SQRA) method to determine risk factors and evaluate the risk level of LCNG Station operating facilities using Crystall Ball software. Determination of risk factors using secondary data of LCNG Station and international standards as supporting data that used in this study. Risk value calculation is carried out by describing risk factors into Likelihood and Consequence criteria that be ranked from ​​1 to 5 values using a 5 x 5 scale Risk Matrix. The results of risk value calculation and Crystall ball simulation show that the risk value on LCNG Station operating facilities is at the level of "low risk" and "acceptable" category."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendampingi manajemen usaha Ayam Aliong (skala menengah) untuk mengurangi risiko operasional usaha melalui pengembangan model bisnis inovatif. Peneliti menggunakan metode Business Coaching (BC) dengan kerangka Kanvas Model Bisnis. Pengumpulan data dan periode penelitian akan dilakukan dari bulan Desember 2022 hingga Maret 2023. Pada Kanvas Model Bisnis Ayam Aliong terdapat kelemahan pada key activities dan key resources. Untuk key activities lebih dikarenakan kurangnya karyawan Ayam Aliong akan risiko operasional sehingga nantinya akan dilakukan pemetaan dan mitigasi risiko operasional melalui metode matriks risiko. Salah satu risiko operasional yang akan peneliti tindak lanjuti adalah tingkat kematian ayam di kandang Ayam Aliong yang cukup berbiaya tinggi dan untuk risiko ini, peneliti mengajukan Standard Operational Procedur (SOP), yang berhubungan dengan key resources, agar dapat meminimalisir angka kematian. Dengan meneliti Ayam Aliong, Diharapkan dapat membantu Ayam Aliong mengelola masalah risikonya dan memitigasi risikonya sendiri serta dapat mengembangkan model bisnisnya kedepan.
......The purpose of this research is to assist the business management of Ayam Aliong (medium scale) to reduce business operational risk through the development of innovative business model. Researcher uses the Business Coaching (BC) method with the Business Model Canvas framework. Data collection and the research period will be carried out from December 2022 to March 2023. In Ayam Aliong’s Business Model Canvas, there are weaknesses in key activities and key resources. For key activities, it is more due to the lack of Ayam Aliong employees in detecting operational risks so that operational risk mapping and mitigation will be carried out later through the risk matrix method. One of the operational risks that researcher will follow up on is the mortality rate of chickens in Ayam Aliong cage which is quite costly and for this risk, researcher proposes a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), which is relate to key resources, in order to minimize mortality. By researching Ayam Aliong, it is hoped that it can help Ayam Aliong manage its risk problems, mitigate its own risks and be able to develop its business model in the future."

"Merebaknya pandemi COVID-19 di akhir tahun 2019 telah melumpuhkan semua sektor baik sosial, budaya dan perekonomian. Tidak terlepas dari dampak tersebut, industri migas Indonesia juga merasakan dampak dari COVID-19 khususnya pada sektor hulu. Penelitian ini akan membahas implikasi COVID-19 pada salah satu proyek pengembangan di sektor hulu migas dengan mengidentifikasi dampak- dampak secara spesifik di masing-masing fase proyek dan keterkaitannya terhadap time & cost overrun. Melalui research question yang disusun, didapat dampak secara spesifik pada masing masing fase proyek (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation) antara lain overrun pada labor cost, biaya cancellation akibat early termination pada chartered vessel, biaya extension untuk penyimpanan material dan biaya remobilisasi kembali untuk marine spread pada offshore campaign berikutnya. Berdasarkan penelitian didapat dampak terhadap proyek 8- 14 bulan keterlambatan dari sisi schedule dan 25%-27.5% dampak overrun terhadap cost.
......The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic at the end of 2019 has impacted all social, cultural and economic sectors. As part of the outbreak, oil and gas industry in Indonesia is also experience the impact of COVID-19, especially in the upstream sector. The study will discuss the implications of COVID-19 as case study the development project in the upstream oil and gas sector by identifying specific impacts in each project phase and their relationship to time & cost overrun. Through the research questions, specific impacts of each phase of the project (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation) are obtained, including overrun in labor costs, cancellation costs due to early termination of the chartered vessel, extension costs for material storage and costs. remobilization for marine spread in the next offshore campaign. Based on the research, there is 8-14 months impact on the project schedule and 25%-27.5% overrun on cost impact.

Pertumbuhan penggunaan Windows 11 mendorong perlunya evaluasi terhadap sistem operasi ini. Meski merupakan pembaruan dari Windows 10, fokus utama tetap pada risiko keamanan karena meningkatnya serangan siber. Banyak serangan terjadi di tingkat endpoint, sehingga perlindungan pengguna dan data sangat penting. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kerentanan keamanan dan potensi serangan pada Windows 11 Home dan Enterprise menggunakan metode Information System Security Assessment Framework (ISSAF). Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya kerentanan signifikan pada protokol SMB dan RDP, dengan Windows 11 Enterprise lebih rentan terhadap serangan tertentu seperti SMB Relay Attack. Risiko lain termasuk potensi instalasi backdoor. Rekomendasi mitigasi meliputi pengaktifan SMB Signing, kebijakan kata sandi kompleks, penonaktifan RDP jika tidak digunakan, dan pengaktifan antivirus. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk meningkatkan keamanan Windows 11


The growth in Windows 11 usage necessitates an evaluation of this operating system. Despite being an update from Windows 10, the main focus remains on security risks due to the increasing complexity of cyber attacks. Many attacks occur at the endpoint level, making user and data protection crucial. This study evaluates security vulnerabilities and potential attacks on Windows 11 Home and Enterprise using the Information System Security Assessment Framework (ISSAF) method. The results show significant vulnerabilities in the SMB and RDP protocols, with Windows 11 Enterprise being more susceptible to certain attacks such as SMB Relay Attack. Other risks include potential backdoor installations. Recommended mitigations include enabling SMB Signing, implementing complex password policies, disabling RDP if not in use, and activating antivirus software. This research provides valuable insights for enhancing the security of Windows 11.
