Penelitian ini mengkaji model pengembangan perangkat lunak berorientasi service (Service Oriented Architecture / SOA) menggunakan metodologi berorientasi objek (Unified Process / UP). Rincian dari model pada penelitian ini terdiri dari: Proses, Notasi, dan Alat Bantu. Dimana Proses menggunakan Rational Unified Process (RUP); Notasi menggunakan Business Process Modeling (BPM); Alat Bantu menggunakan Business Process Management System (BPMS). Untuk melakukan validasi terhadap hasil rancangan, digunakan validasi pada teori dasar pendukung penelitian dan expert judgement guna pembuktian hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktifitas-aktifitas dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak berorientasi service dapat menggunakan metodologi berorientasi objek dengan melakukan penambahan aktifitas, yakni analisis service dan perancangan service dari konsep BPM. Melalui analisis dari proses bisnis saat ini (as-is) maka akan teridentifikasi rancangan kandidat-kandidat service sesuai model service (to-be) yang akan dikembangkan. Aktifitas tambahan ini dilakukan pada kerja proses Design dan akan terus disempurnakan sesuai iterasi dari setiap fase RUP.

Abstrak :
PT XYZ TBK merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki bisnis utama menyewakan ruang pada site sebagai tempat pemasangan antenna dan peralatan lain untuk transmisi sinyal nirkabel yang tertera di dalam skema perjanjian kontrak jangka panjang dengan perusahaan operator telekomunikasi nirkabel. Sesuai dengan bisnis utama tersebut maka PT XYZ TBK melakukan pembangunan site di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia. Pembangunan site tidak terlepas dari kebutuhan material menara yang menjadi komponen utama. Logisitc Section dari Procurement and Plan Operation Department sebagai pihak yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan material menara yang meliputi proses alokasi, pemesanan, relokasi, dan pendistribusian material menara masih belum mampu menjalankannya secara optimal dikarenakan adanya permasalahan dari aspek proses, sumber daya manusia, dan biaya. Sebagai solusi terhadap tiga aspek permasalahan tersebut diajukan sebuah pengembangan sistem informasi terintegrasi yang mampu membantu proses alokasi, pemesanan, relokasi, dan pendistribusian material menara. Penelitian ini melakukan perancangan sistem informasi logistik pengelolaan material menara yang akan dimasukan sebagai sebuah modul baru pada enterprise resource planing (ERP) bernama TBGSys dan Vendor Portal. Analisa manajemen rantai pasokan berdasarkan supply chain framework pada komponen information system dilakukan untuk menganalisa penggunaan sistem informasi yang saat ini digunakan dimana dari hasil analisa tersebut didapatkan kebutuhan fungsionalitas sistem yang tidak tersampaikan oleh stakeholder namun memiliki peran penting untuk membentuk sistem informasi yang mampu mendukung proses logistik agar strategi supply chain perusahaan dapat dieksekusi. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi adalah rational unified process (RUP) dengan mengadopsi RUP Reduced Model. Discipline RUP yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Requirement dan Analysis and Design. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah dokumen dari kedua Discipline RUP tersebut yang kemudian akan menjadi panduan dalam proses pengembangan sistem informasi logistik pengelolaan material menara.

PT XYZ TBK is a company that has a major business rents out space on the site as the installation of antennas and other equipment for wireless signal transmission are listed in the scheme of long-term contractual agreements with corporate wireless telecom operators. In accordance with the main business of the PT XYZ TBK perform site development in several regions in Indonesia. Site development can not be separated from the material needs of the tower which is the main component. Logistic Section of Procurement and Plant Operations Department as the party responsible for the management of material tower which includes the process of allocation, ordering, relocation, and distribution of material towers are still not able to run optimally because of the problems of the aspects of the process, human resources, and costs. As a solution to the problem posed three aspects of a development of an integrated information system that can help the process of allocation, ordering, relocation, and distribution of material tower. This research did the logistics management information system design tower material that will be included as a new module in the enterprise resource planing (ERP) named TBGSys and Vendor Portal. Analysis of supply chain management based supply chain framework on component information system performed to analyze the use of information systems that are currently used in which the results of the analysis obtained the needs of system functionality that is not conveyed by the stakeholders but has an important role to establish an information system that is capable of supporting the logistics process in order corporate supply chain strategy can be executed. The methodology used in the design of information systems is a rational unified process (RUP) by adopting RUP Reduced Models. Discipline RUP conducted in this study is a Requirements and Analysis and Design. Results from this research is a document of both the RUP Discipline which will then serve as a guide in the process of logistics management information system development of material tower.

Pusintek sebagai penyedia jasa layanan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi TIK Kementerian Keuangan telah menyediakan 20 dua puluh jenis layanan TIK. Pusintek menerapkan kerangka kerja Information Technology Infrastructure Library ITIL sebagai salah satu praktik terbaik pengelolaan layanan teknologi informasi guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan TIK kepada pengguna. Dalam mendukung pelaksanaan pengelolaan layanan TIK, Pusintek telah memiliki aplikasi Sistem Pengelolaan Layanan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Sipelantik yang digunakan untuk melakukan pencatatan permintaan layanan dan laporan gangguan TIK di lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan. Pengguna TIK Kemenkeu harus menghubungi Service Desk Pusintek melalui telepon, surat elektronik, maupun datang langsung untuk meminta layanan, melaporkan gangguan TIK di lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan, maupun saat ingin mengetahui tindak lanjut dari tiket permintaan dan gangguan yang telah dilaporkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat rancangan kebutuhan fungsional sistem informasi pengelolaan layanan TIK berbasis self-service yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna mengikuti alur kerja proses pada Rational Unified Process RUP. Hasil penelitian ini berupa dokumen kebutuhan fungsional sistem informasi pengelolaan layanan TIK berbasis self-service, yaitu melibatkan pengguna dalam proses melaporkan gangguan, melakukan permintaan layanan, melakukan pengecekan status tiket, mencari informasi terkait TIK, dan beberapa fitur perbaikan Sipelantik.

Pusintek as a provider of Information and Communication Technology ICT Ministry of Finance has provided twenty types of ICT services. Pusintek implement the framework of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library ITIL as one of the best practices of information technology service management in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ICT services to users. In supporting the implementation of the management of ICT services, has had an application Pusintek Management System Service Information and Communication Technology Sipelantik used to record service requests and bug reports ICT in the Ministry of Finance. MoF ICT users should contact the Service Desk Pusintek by telephone, electronic mail, or come directly to request services, report the disruption of ICT in the Ministry of Finance, as well as when they want to know the follow up of ticket requests and incidents have been reported. The purpose of this study is to design functional needs ICT service management information system based self service according to user needs to follow the workflow process on the Rational Unified Process RUP. The results of this study are the functional requirements document ICT service management information system based self service, which involves the user in the process of reporting interference, perform service requests, check the status of a ticket, searching for information related to ICT, and some improved features Sipelantik.

PT XYZ telah menjalankan banyak kontrol TI untuk menjaga agar proses bisnis yang dijalankan dapat terhindar dari risiko-risiko kesalahan dan kecurangan. Kontrol tersebut diuji keefektifitasannya oleh Internal Audit Group IAG . Terdapat area dan kontrol yang diujikan secara berulang setiap tahun yang dilakukan secara manual oleh auditor menggunakan metode sampling. Selain itu, IAG juga melakukan pemantauan secara berkala terhadap temuan-temuan audit yang dikeluarkan. Pemantauan audit dilakukan berdasarkan dokumen tertulis oleh setiap divisi dengan mengacu pada timeline yang disepakati dengan Auditee.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari permasalahan pengujian kontrol dan pemantauan hasil audit, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan spesifikasi kebutuhan Sistem Pengujian Kontrol dan Pemantauan Hasil Audit yang dapat digunakan oleh IAG PT XYZ. Spesifikasi kebutuhan sistem dirancang menggunakan proses rekayasa perangkat lunak Rational Unified Process RUP pada satu iterasi fase inception dan dua iterasi fase elaboration dengan ruang lingkup business modeling workflow dan requirements workflow. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan 18 stakeholder request STRQ , 19 NEED, 27 fitur FEAT , 33 kebutuhan spesifikasi sistem SRS dengan 10 kebutuhan fungsional UCS dan 28 kebutuhan non-fungsional SUPP . Seluruh hasil tersebut didokumentasikan pada artefak Requirement Management Plan, Stakeholder Request, Vision, Software Requirement Specification, Use Case Specification, Supplementary Specification, dan Glossary.

ABSTRACT
PT XYZ has implemented many IT controls to prevent the business process from risk of fraudulent. The effectiveness of the controls are tested by conducting audit activities performed by the Internal Audit Group IAG . There are recurring audit of controls that are performed manually by the auditor using sampling method. In addition, IAG also conducts regular monitoring of audit findings. Audit monitoring is done manually by each division based on the agreed timeline with Auditee.Based on the problem analysis of control testing and monitoring audit results, this study aims to make the requirement specification design for continuous auditing and monitoring system that can be used by IAG PT XYZ. The requirement specification is designed using the Rational Unified Process RUP software process through inception and elaboration phases with the scope of business modeling workflow and requirements, analysis and design workflow.The result of this research are 18 stakeholder request STRQ , 19 NEED, 27 features FEAT , 33 software requirement specifications SRS that consist of 10 functional requirements UCS and 28 non functional requirements SUPP . All the results are documented in Requirement Management Plan, Stakeholder Request, Vision, Software Requirement Specification, Use Case Specification, Supplementary Specification, and Glossary artifacts.

Proyek akhir ini berisi tentang perancangan sebuah sistem informasi; yaitu sistem informasi manajemen nota dinas, yang akan diimplementasikan pada sebuah perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Perancangan sistem menggunakan metodologi Rational Unified Procees (RUP), sebuah metodologi rekayasa perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan oleh Rational Software Corporation. Perancangan sistem kali ini hanya fokus pada 3 (tiga) proses kerja yang terdapat dalam RUP, yaitu: pemodelan bisnis, kebutuhan sistem, dan analisis & desain. Hasil pemodelan sistem digambarkan dengan menggunakan notasi Unified Modeling Language (UML), sebuah bahasa grafis yang digunakan untuk proses visualisasi, perancangan, dan pendokumentasian sebuah sistem. Pada proyek akhir ini dilakukan analisis terhadap kondisi eksisting penggunaan nota dinas sebagai sarana komunikasi dan koordinasi antar unit bisnis di organisasi, dimana masih terdapat banyak kelemahan terutama pada pemantauan progress nota dinas. Hasil dari proyek akhir ini adalah sebuah rancangan atau pemodelan sistem informasi manajemen nota dinas yang memiliki fitur-fitur untuk memonitor progress nota dinas dan memantau kinerja staff. Rancangan ini dapat digunakan oleh PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura I Bandara Juanda sebagai panduan untuk membangun sistem informasi manajemen nota dinas.

This paper contains about the information system planning of internal business letter management, which will be implemented at a state-owned enterprise in Indonesia. The planning process uses Rational Unified Process (RUP), a software engineering process which is developed by Rational Software Corporation. The main focus about this project is in the three RUP's disciplines, which are business modeling, requirements, and analysis & design. Unified Modeling Language notation is used to represent the result of the modeling process. UML is a general-purpose visual modeling language that is used to specify, visualize, construct, and document the artifacts of a software system. The first stage of this project is to examine the current condition about the usage of the letter in the company. The letter itself is a business documents which is used to communicate among business units in the company. Several weaknesses are found during the examination, particularly is in the monitoring of its progress. The result of this project is a model plan of an internal business letter management system which has several new features such as, the ability to monitor the progress and to monitor employee?s performance. This result plan can be used by PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura I Juanda International Airport as a guideline to develop an internal business letter management system.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang rancang bangun sistem informasi kesehatan berbasis web untuk pencatatan dan pelaporan program kesehatan lingkungan tempat umum dan tempat pengelolaan makanan di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bogor. Tujuan penelitian adalah membuat formulir digital untuk menguji keabsahan data pembinaan tempat umum dan tempat pengelolaan makanan yang dilaporkan oleh Puskesmas ke Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bogor, membuat pangkalan data kesehatan lingkungan tempat umum dan tempat pengelolaan makanan, dan menyajikan informasi tempat umum dan tempat pengelolaan makanan dalam bentuk visual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah iterative and incremental development dengan pendekatan Agile UP. Hasil penelitian menyarankan agar Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bogor membuat ketentuan, peraturan, dan perbaikan bisnis proses pada sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan sehingga implementasi teknologi dapat berlangsung secara konsisten dan berkesinambungan. ......This study discusses the design of web-based health information system for recording and reporting of environmental public health programs and food management in Bogor City Health Department. The purpose of the research is to create a digital formulir in order to test the validity of reported public places and food management data from Puskesmas to the Bogor City Health Department, a database of public places and food management environmental health, and present an information of the public places and food management place in the form of visual management. The method used is iterative and incremental development approach Agile UP. The results of the study suggest the Bogor City Health Department need to makes provision, regulation, and improvement a business process system on recording and reporting system so that the implementation of technology that can take place consistently and continuously.
