Abstrak :
Under conventional approach currently practiced in elementary schools, some subjects are delivered in both partial and integrated model. Partial model is addressed to strengthen student understanding concerning the structure of subject matter. While integrated model is addressed to strengthen the student understanding concerning in the connection among related subject matters. This model will create deep understanding upon concept learn by each student.This study aimed to identify this impactof thematic approach (application) on teaching mathematic in elementary school. Using a case study, it was conducted in SDN 69 and SDN 70 Kandang Limun , Bengkulu during 2006/2007 academic year. Research subject were student of grade 3. Results showed that there was a significant difference in mathematic achievement between thematic and conventional teaching treatment. The t- test revealed that thematic approach reached higher (79.091) value compared to conventional approach (54.615). Another result revealed that during experimenting thematic approach, students stated as enjoy learning thematic approach during teaching time. It is recommended that teacher of Grade 1,2 and 3 should apply thamatic approach while teaching Mathematics.

Selama pandemic Covid-19 layanan perpustakaan antara pustakawan dan pengguna dilakukan secara daring, mengalami sejumlah masalah dalam komunikasi. Tulisan ini mengenai proses komunikasi antara pustakawan dengan guru dan murid. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pustakawan, guru dan murid SMA Kolese Gonzaga. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2022 sampai Mei 2022 melalui observasi, wawancara dengan format interview. Teknik analisis data berupa teori analisis pengkodean (coding) terdiri dari tiga bagian utama, yaitu: pengkodean terbuka (open coding), pengkodean aksial (axial coding) dan pengkodean selektif (selective coding). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pustakawan dengan guru dan murid dilakukan sebaik-baiknya untuk menunjang kurikulum pembelajaran sekolah. Terdapat banyak proses komunikasi yang dilakukan pustakawan melalui banyak media, terutama media elektronik WhatsApp dan Email.
......During the pandemic Covid-19, information communication in the school library faced some gaps in its communication between librarians and students upon information. This study shows the process of information communication between librarians and students being overcome using social media. The method used in this research is a case study method with a qualitative approach. Informants in this study were librarians, teachers and students of SMA Kolese Gonzaga. Data collection techniques were carried out from March 2022 to May 2022 through observation, interviews with interview format. The data analysis technique in the form of coding analysis theory consists of three main parts, namely: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The results showed that the librarian's communication with teachers and students was carried out as well as possible to support the school's learning curriculum. There are many communication processes carried out by librarians through social media, especially electronic media WhatsApp and Email to disseminate information.

Abstrak :
Pesantren atau sekolah asrama islami adalah lembaga pendidikan formal di Indonesi. Pesantren adalah sekolah khusus yang dipimpin oleh kiai. Untuk menjalankan kehidupan di pesantren kiai diabntu oleh sejumlah guru yang tinggal bersama dengan para santri. Mesjid merupakan pusat belajar mengajar, disamping kelas yang klasik (madrasah). Pesantren berkembang seiring berjalannya waktu. Maka mereka perlu menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan sains dan teknologi. Masyarakat sangat mengharapkan keberadaan pesantren ini sehingga diharapkan kedepannya pesantren berhasil mentransformasi lembaga menjadi pesantren modern.
