Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model pengaruh sistem nilai budaya lokal terhadap tipe nilai motivasional dan sifat-sifat kewirausahaan dalam keberhasilan pengusaha Bugis. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pengusaha Bugis yang bergerak dalam bidang agrobisnis skala usaha kecil dan menengah di Sulawesi Selatan dengan jumlah sampel 210 orang.

Ada empat hal pokok sebagai variabel utama dalam penelitian ini, yakni sistem nilai budaya lokal Bugis (SNBB), tipe nilai mutivasional (TNM), sifat kewirausahaan (SW), dan keberhasilan pcngusaha (KU). Variabel pertama (SNBB) disebut sebagai variabel eksogen, dan tiga variabel berikutnya ( TNM, SW, dan KU) disebut sebagai variabel endogen. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis model persamaan struktural (SEM), dengan bantuan program LISREL versi 8.50 dari Joreskog dan Sorborn (2001).

Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa model hipotesis pengaruh sistem nilai budaya lokal terhadap nilai motivasional dan sifat-sifat kewirausahaan dalam keberhamilan pengusaha Bugis terbukti fit (sesuai) dengat data empirik. Dengan demikian penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa SNBB berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pengusaha Bugis melalui TNM dan SW, yang berarti bahwa nilai budaya Iokal berfungsi sebagai dinamisator dalam keberhasilan pengusaha Bugis.

Abstract
This research aim to test local culture value system influence model to value motivasional type of values and enterpreneurship trait in the performance of Bugis entrepreneur. Research is done to entrepreneur Bugis which is peripatetic in the field of agrobisnis small and medium industry scale in South Sulawesi with number of samples 210.

There is four the fundamental as main variable in this research, namely local culture value system of Bugis ( SNBB), motivasional type of values ( TNM), enterpreneurship trait ( SW), and performance of entrepreneur (KU). The first variable ( SNBB) conceived of exogen variable, and three next variables (TNM, SW, and KU) conceived of variable endogen. Examination is done by using structural equation model analysis( SEM), with program LISREL version 8.50 of Joreskog and Sorbom (2001).

Result of examination the hypothesis model proves t.hat local culture value system influence to motivasional type of values and enterpreneurship traits in the performance of the Bugis entrepreneur is the fit model. Thereby this research successfully proves that local culture value system (SNBB) influential to performance of entrepreneur Bugis through motivasionai type of values (TNM) and enterpreneurship traits (SW), is meaning that local culture value functioned as dinamisator in performance of entrepreneur Bugis.

Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai sistem nilai budaya dan ajaran seks yang terkandung dalam Serat Nitimani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan teori Kerangka Sistem Nilai Budaya oleh Kluckhohn. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa ajaran seks dalam Serat Nitimani terbukti mengandung sistem nilai budaya Jawa yang berlandaskan pada nilai religiusitas. Pada akhirnya dapat dilihat bahwa Serat Nitimani mengandung ajaran atau pedoman moral, nilai, dan kaidah bagi orang Jawa mengenai bagaimana cara melakukan hubungan seks yang benar dan tepat, karena hal tersebut berhubungan dengan inti ajaran kebatinan Jawa yaitu sangkan paraning dumadi dan manunggaling kawula Gusti.

This undergraduate thesis discuss about cultural value system and sex guidance as reflected in Serat Nitimani. This research used the descriptive analyzes method based on Kluckhohn?s cultural value system outline theory. This research will result a conclusion that sex guidance inside the Serat Nitimani has proven that it contains Javanese cultural value system which based on the religiosity. At the end of the research, we can see that Serat Nitimani contains of lessons and guidance of morality, value, and principals for the Javanese about how to do sex correct and properly because it relates to the Javanese main spirituality guidance; sangkanparaning dumadi and manunggaling kawula gusti.
