Abstrak :
Tugas karya akhir ini membahas mengenai strategi pencegahan kejahatan terhadap radikalisasi online. Radikalisasi online secara definisi adalah proses dimana individu melalui aktivitas online berinteraksi dengan menggunakan berbagai fasilitas internet, hingga menerima persepsi bahwa kekerasan sebagai metode yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan konflik sosial dan politik. Radikalisasi online dapat terjadi karena adanya penguatan dari luar. Dampak dari radikalisasi online sangat besar, karena dapat memunculkan aksi terorisme di kemudian hari. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah pencegahan kejahatan secara sosial yang melibatkan masyarakat. Pencegahan kejahatan secara sosial yang dapat digunakan adalah pemblokiran situs. Pemblokiran situs tentu saja dilakukan oleh kominfo berdasarkan 4 kriteria BNPT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa pemblokiran dapat mencegah radikalisasi online.

This thesis discusses about crime prevention strategy of online radicalization. Online radicalization by definition is a process whereby individuals through online activities interact using various internet facilities, thus accepting the perception that violence is the right method for resolving social and political conflicts. Online radicalization can occur due to outside reinforcement. The impact of online radicalization is huge, because it can lead to terrorism in the future. Therefore, it takes a social crime prevention involving the community. Social crime prevention that can be used is blocking sites. Blocking sites done by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology RI (Kominfo RI) based on 4 criteria from National Counter Terrorism Agency (BNPT). The purpose of this research is to know that blocking can prevent online radicalization.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan program Transparency International Indonesia dalam membantu pemberantasan korupsi di Indonesia melalui sosialisasi antikorupsi terhadap anak muda. Dari hasil penjabaran sosialiasi antikorupsi tersebut, kemudian penulis melakukan analisa dengan menggunakan pemikiran social crime prevention, untuk mengetahui apakah program yang dijalankan tepat sasaran dan sesuai kriteria. Hasil yang didapat dari tulisan ini yakni program yang dijalankan oleh Transparancy International Indonesia telah memenuhi beberapa kriteria dari pemikiran social crime prevention, namun masih terdapat sedikit dari beberapa kriteria social crime prevention yang dinilai belum diterapkan.

ABSTRACT
This paper aims to describe the activities of Transparency International Indonesia in helping to eradicate corruption in Indonesia through an anti corruption program among young people. From the elaboration of the program of anti corruption, then the authors performed an analysis using the theory of social crime prevention, to determine whether the programs that run on target and according to the criteria. The results of this study, the group 39 s outreach programs run by Transparency International Indonesia in accordance with the criteria of the thought of social crime prevention, but there are still a little bit of some of the criteria of social crime prevention were considered not applicable.

Binaan terkait kejahatan terorisme dapat menghadapi berbagai hambatan ketika hidup di masyarakat setelah menyelesaikan masa pidananya. Oleh karena itu, Tugas Karya Akhir ini membahas mengenai program pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme (BNPT) sebagai bentuk intervensi negara dalam mendukung keberhasilan reintegrasi binaan terorisme. Pembahasan yang dilakukan didasarkan pada data-data yang diperoleh melalui studi literatur. Tulisan ini kemudian menganalisis program pembinaan tersebut melalui konsep reintegrasi sosial, pendekatan social crime prevention, serta pengawasan. Melalui analisis yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program pembinaan tersebut dapat membantu keberhasilan reintegrasi binaan terkait terorisme.  ...... Former terrorists may face various obstacles when living in the society after completing their sentences. Therefore, this final work discusses the mentoring program by the National Counter Terrorism Agency (BNPT) as a state intervention in supporting successful reintegration of former terrorists. The discussion is based on data obtained through literature studies. Then the paper analyzes the mentoring program by using the concept of social reintegration, social crime prevention approach, and surveillance. Through the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that the mentoring program can help the successful reintegration of former terrorists.

Penulisan ini disusun dalam upaya menjelaskan fungsi media massa online detik.com sebagai reaksi atas fenomena pengemudi anak dengan menggunakan kampanye melalui pemberitaan #Nodrivingunder17 sebagai bentuk pencegahan kejahatan secara sosial. Kampanye ini dijelaskan dengan menggunakan teori ikatan sosial, pemahaman nilai berita, dan pemahaman strategi pencegahan kejahatan secara sosial. Hasil dari penulisan menunjukkan kesesuaian kampanye #Nodrivingunder17 dengan pemikiran pencegahan kejahatan secara sosial. Elemen yang sesuai ialah kampanye #Nodrivingunder17 sebagai bentuk social primary dari pemikiran pencegahan kejahatan sosial. ......This study is arranged in order to explain the function of online mass media detik.com, as a reaction towards child driver phenomenon by using campaign through news reporting named #Nodrivingunder17 as a form of social crime prevention. The campaign is explained by using the theory of social bond, thinking of news values comprehension, and of social crime prevention strategy comprehension. Results found that the campaigns #Nodrivingunder17 demonstrate conformity with social crime prevention comprehension. The corresponding element is the campaign #Nodrivingunder17 as a social primary forms of social crime prevention comprehension.

Permasalahan pencurian listrik masih menjadi masalah yang serius yang dihadapi oleh seluruh dunia, khususnya pada negara berkembang yakni Indonesia. Pencurian listrik juga menimbulkan kerugian materil yang tidak sedikit dan berdampak pada kerugian ekonomi perusahaan listrik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Tugas Karya Akhir ini membahas mengenai Pelaksanaan Program Pendisiplinan Pemakaian Tenaga Listrik (P2TL) sebagai bentuk upaya pencegahan kejahatan pencurian listrik. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana program ini dijalankan dengan melihatnya dari konsep kejahatan properti, social crime prevention dan juga teori crime triangle. Program P2TL ini bertujuan untuk mencegah kejahatan pencurian listrik dengan melakukan perencanaan secara menyeluruh dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dengan dukungan pihak-pihak yang terlibat. Program Pendisiplinan Pemakaian Tenaga Listrik (P2TL) ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bentuk pencegahan social crime prevention dan community crime prevention yang tepat dan efektif agar dapat meminimalisir pencurian listrik. ......The problem of electricity theft is still a serious problem faced by the whole world, especially in developing countries, specifically Indonesia. Electricity theft also causes significant material losses and has an impact on the short-term and long-term economic losses of the electricity company. This Final Project discusses the Implementation of the Electricity Use Discipline Program (P2TL) as a form of preventing the crime of electricity theft. The purpose of this paper is to find out how this program is run by looking at it from the concept of property crime, social crime prevention and also the theory of the crime triangle. This P2TL program aims to prevent the crime of electricity theft by planning thoroughly and conducting outreach to the community with the support of the parties involved. The P2TL program is expected to be an appropriate and effective form of social crime prevention and community crime prevention in order to minimize electricity theft.

Penulisan ini dibuat untuk menganalisis program sosialisasi P4GN sebagai bentuk pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkotika pada sekolah-sekolah di Kota Depok. Fenomena ini dijelaskan dengan menggunakan konsep social crime prevention, partnership theory, teori sosialisasi, dan teori kontrol sosial. Hasil dari penulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa program sosialisasi P4GN melalui kegiatan focus group discussion dengan anggota OSIS sudah berjalan dan sejalan dengan konsep social crime prevention, selanjutnya hubungan kerja sama antara BNN Kota Depok dengan Pemerintah Kota Depok dan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya surat kesepakatan bersama, namun kerjasama ketiga lembaga tersebut belum sesuai dengan partnership theory. Dan kontrol sosial pada anggota OSIS kepada teman sebayanya di sekolah belum berjalan dengan baik, karena anggota OSIS yang mengikuti kegiatan focus group discussion P4GN belum berperan sebagai kader anti narkotika pada lingkungan sekolah.

ABSTRACT
This writing is made to analyze P4GN socialization program as a form of prevention of narcotic abuse in schools in Depok city. This phenomenon will be explained with the following concepts social crime prevention, partnership theory, socialization theory and social control theory. The result of this writing shows that P4GN socialization program through focus group discussion with members of schools 39 student council OSIS has gone according to the social crime prevention concept, and the cooperation between BNN Depok City with the Depok City government and the Depok City Department of Education can be proven through the existence of the letter of agreement between the three, although their cooperation does not follow the partnership theory. Meanwhile, the social control of the members of student council to their peers have not gone well because the members of student council who joined the P4GN focus group discussion has not yet taken a role as anti narcotic cader in school environment.
