"Social tagging (including hashtags) is used over platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, WordPress, Tumblr and YouTube across countries and cultures, meaning that one single hashtag can link information from a variety of resources. This new book explores social tagging as a potential form of linked data and shows how it can provide an increasingly important way to categorize and store information resources. The internet is moving rapidly from the social web embodied in Web 2.0, to the semantic web (Web 3.0), where information resources are linked to make them comprehensible to both machines and humans. Traditionally, library discovery systems have pushed information, but did not allow for any interaction with the users of the catalogue, while social tagging provides a means to help library discovery systems become social spaces where users could input and interact with content. The editors and their international contributors explore key issues including the use of hashtags in the dissemination of public policy, the use of hashtags as information portals in library catalogues, social tagging in enterprise environments, the linked data potential of social tagging, [and] sharing and disseminating information needs via social tagging. "ABSTRAK
Allianz Indonesia menerapkan computer mediated communication CMC dalam bentuk interactive voice response IVR untuk membangun hubungan dan meningkatkan loyalitas dengan pelanggannya yang berada pada kelas sosial ekonomi menengah ke bawah. CMC membentuk pola komunikasi hiperpersonal yang memiliki kemampuan membangun hubungan lebih baik dari komunikasi tatap muka. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif ini menyarankan bahwa penerapan pola komunikasi hiperpersonal di segmen menengah ke bawah memerlukan strategi pesan yang relevan dengan preferensi penerimanya sehingga menarik, membuat penerimanya: melakukan atribusi dan menemukan kesamaan dengan karakter serta memungkinkannya untuk menindaklanjuti pesan. Pengirim pesan perlu memperhatikan tujuan komunikasi hiperpersonal untuk membangun hubungan, bukan untuk tujuan transaksional.

ABSTRACT
Allianz Indonesia implemented computer mediated communication CMC in the form of an interactive voice response IVR to build relationships and increase loyalty with its customers in the middle low market segment. CMC forms a hyperpersonal communication effect that has the ability to build better relationships than face to face communication. The results of this quantitative study suggest that the application of hyperpersonal communication in the middle low market segment requires message strategy relevant to the recipient 39 s preference so it is attractive, triggers attribution and similarity process and enable them proactively conduct follow up actions. Sender needs to stick to the purpose of hyperpersonal communication to build relationships, not for transactional purposes."
