Perpindahan pengguna dari pemberhentian menuju tujuan menciptakan ruang transit dalam suatu kawasan. Dengan intensitas berlalu lalang yang tinggi, ruang transit seperti ini tidak hanya digunakan sebagai jalur sirkulasi, melainkan memiliki fungsi lain, seperti tempat kegiatan ekonomi oleh masyarakat sekitar. Ruang transit yang berdekatan kegiatan masyarakat di sekitar, sehingga penciptaan koridor transit dapat mewadahi atau menampung dampak yang muncul dari berbagai bentuk kegiatan yang terjadi di sekitar kawasan. Skripsi ini membahas fenomena yang terjadi dalam koridor transit. Penggunaan koridor transit sebagai sarana bersosialisasi akan diulas serta melihat kaitan antar keduanya. ......The user transit from stop point to their destination creates transition space in one particular area. According to high intensity of people’s traffic, the function of transition space is not just for people’s traffic but has another function as economic activity places for people in surrounding. Transition space which is located near to surrounding creates transit corridor to facilitate or accommodate the effects that arise from various forms of activities ongoing around the area. This thesis discusses the phenomena in the transit corridor. The use of transit corridors as a socializing meaning will be reviewed as well as the linkage between those two topics.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji peran work engagement dalam memediasi pengaruh workplace fun terhadap employee voice behavior. Data diperoleh dari 209 responden yang bekerja pada industri farmasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Lisrel 8.7, diketahui bahwa work engagement berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh workplace fun terhadap employee voice behavior. Sebagai tambahan, ditemukan bahwa semua jenis workplace fun yang terdiri dari fun activities, coworker socializing dan manager support for fun berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, namun hanya coworker socializing yang berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap constructive voice behavior dan hanya coworker socializing dan manager support for fun yang berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap destructive voice behavior

This study examines the role of work engagement as a mediator between workplace fun and employee voice behavior. Data was collected form 209 respondents who worked at pharmaceutical industry. Based on the data analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Lisrel 8.7, work engagement was found to mediate the relationship between workplace fun and employee voice behavior. In addition, each of the three forms of workplace fun which consists of fun activities, coworker socializing and manager support for fun were demonstrated to be significantly and positively related to work engagement. However, only coworker socializing which significantly and positively related to constructive voice behavior and only coworker socializing and manager support for fun which significantly and negatively related to destructive voice behavior.

This paper analyses the discourse surrounding the perceived threat of free seks and pergaulan bebas (free socializing) to the moral health of young Minangkabau people, and in particular, young women, in West Sumatra. It uses the sociological frame of moral panic? to examine contemporary discussions about globalization and the influence of the West in West Sumatra. The paper examines the way in which ?the authorities? in West Sumatra (media, such as teen magazines and newspapers, academics, government and law, teachers, and community leaders) present the threat, and the way in which young people, who are the target of the moral panic onslaught, see themselves in relation to the threat. I argue that, unlike the original ?folk devils? of the moral panics in Britain, young people in Minangkabau broadly give their consent to the authorities, displaying a striking commitment to social conservatism, local culture, and Islamic values.

Tesis ini membahas tentang motif yang mempengaruhi khalayak untuk berpartisipasi dalam internet meme yang beredar pada sosial media Path. Teori utama yang digunakan yaitu Uses and Gratifications terkait motif dan konsep Participatory Culture. Teori Uses and Gratifications dipilih karena merupakan teori yang seringkali digunakan untuk media atau konten baru dari sudut pandang khalayak serta konsep Participatory Culture ini muncul dan berkembang pada era digital saat ini Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigm positivistik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif bersifat eksplanatif dan metodologi yang digunakan melalui survey. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motif Entertainment dan Self-expression mempengaruhi khalayak untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam internet meme di media sosial path, sedangkan motif socializing and community building tidak memiliki pengaruh namun tetap berhubungan. Sementara satu lagi yaitu motive informativeness ditemukan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak berhubungan dengan partisipasi internet meme. ......This Thesis discusses about motives that influence audience to participate in internet meme social media Path. This study employ motives from Uses and Gratifications theory as a main theory, also concept about Participatory Culture. Uses and Gratifications theory have been selected because this theory been often to explain about new media and new kind of content from audience point of view also the concept of Participatory Culture have been emerge and thrive in this digital era. This research uses positivistic paradigm with quantitative explanatory approach and using survey as a research method. The conclusion for this research is shows that some motive Entertainment and Self-expression influence audience to participate in internet meme social media path. Meanwhile Socializing and Community Building motive doesn’t have a significant influence to internet meme participation but both of them still have a connection. The another one Informativeness motive doesn’t have any connection nor influence to internet meme participation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari motivasi intrinsik sense of self-worth dan socializing dan motivasi Ekstrinsik economic reward dan reciprocity bisa mempengaruhi seseorang untuk mau membagikan intention to share mobile coupon melalui media sosial dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran dari kecenderungan kupon coupon proneness dalam memperkuat seseorang untuk mau membagikan mobile coupon melalui media sosial. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 126 responden dari perempuan dan laki-laki, semua umur dapat mengisi kuesioner tersebut dengan syarat pernah membagikan mobile coupon ke media sosial. Analisis data dilakukan dengan software SPSS 20, menggunakan metode regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara langsung pada sense of self-worth, socializing, economic reward dan reciprocity terhadap intention to share. Peran moderasi coupon proneness dapat memperkuat pengaruh dari sense of self-worth, socializing, economic reward dan reciprocity terhadap intention to share.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of two intrinsic i.e. sense of self worth and socializing and two extrinsic motivations i.e. economic reward and reciprocity on mobile coupon sharing by users through social media. Moreover, this study examines how coupon proneness moderates the relationship between motivations and mobile coupon sharing through social media. A research model that integrates four motivations sense of self worth, socializing, economic reward and reciprocity coupon proneness, and mobile coupon sharing is developed. Quantitative data from 126 respondents are collected via online survey. SPSS 20 is used to employe the data with multiple regresion technique. Found that Sense of self worth, socializing, economic reward and reciprocity have positive effects on mobile coupon sharing in social media. Furthermore, coupon proneness positively moderates the relationship of sense of self worth, socializing, economic reward and reciprocity with mobile coupon sharing.
