Nationalism provides foundation for the love of one's nation. This feeling is based on the shared history and mutual purpose for the future, which stand on solidarity and feeling of unity in a certain group. However, nationalism can often be used as justification for national fanaticism that sacrifice the interests of other groups or other nations. A new interpretation of nationalism in the cosmopolitan era is needed, where interdependence between nations and groups become a concrete and factual reality, and at the same time, the consciousness that human as an integral part of universal order is increasing. This article is an effort to place nationalism in the cosmopolitan framework, which puts highest importance on struggle to create tolerance, solidarity and social equality.

ABSTRACT
Lingkungan strategis bangsa Indonesia telah mendorong merosotnya solidaritas kebangsaan. Lingkungan strategis di tingkat global meliputi terjangan arus globalisasi yang telah memengaruhi pola berpikir bangsa Indonesia, khususnya generasi muda. Lingkungan di strategis tingkat regional berupa persaingan politik global negara-negara besar yang mendorong kepada konflik di Laut Cina Selatan dan Semenanjung Korea. Lingkungan strategis di tingkat nasional yakni munculnya politik identitas dan politisasi suku, agama, ras, dan aliran (SARA) untuk kepentingan politik praktis. Berbagai tantangan terhadap solidaritas tersebut mendorong gagasan untuk menjadikan Pancasila kembali sebagai pandangan hidup masyarakat dan bangsa Indonesia. Hal itu didasarkan pada pertimbangan bahwa Pancasila sebagai ideologi memiliki tiga dimensi yaitu dimensi realita, dimensi ideal, dan dimensi fleksibel. Selama ini Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup mulai ditinggalkan. Oleh karena itu, Pancasila perlu re-interpretasi dengan semangat reformasi agar bisa diterima sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa Indonesia. Penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknis kajian pustaka. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa menurunnya solidaritas kebangsaan dapat diselesaikan dengan mengembalikan Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa Indonesia.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kegiatan ritual yang dilakukan oleh karyawan PT. Sucofindo SBU SICS Jakarta. Penelitian skripsi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengamatan terlibat dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kegiatan ritual di PT. Sucofindo SBU SICS berfungsi mempersatukan karyawan. Kegiatan ritual dan solidaritas karyawan mempunyai keterkaitan serta mempunyai hubungan satu sama lain. Keduanya mempunyai fungsi yang sangat berarti dan mempunyai dampak yang sangat baik bagi perkembangan suatu perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa kegiatan ritual harus tetap dipertahankan oleh karyawan serta perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
This research discusses the ritual activities conducted by employees of PT.Sucofindo SBU SICS Jakarta. This thesis uses qualitative research which is is descriptive and the technique of research is participant observation and depht interview. The result of this research is that the ritual activity in PT. Sucofindo SBU SICS has a function to unity the employees. The ritual activity and the employees solidarity have relations to one another. Both of them have the function that meant so much and have very good the impact for the development company. The result of this research suggests that the ritual activity should be kept by employees and companies.

Keberadaan migran Indonesia di Taiwan didominasi oleh pekerja pabrik dan sektor rumah tangga. Mereka adalah kelompok minoritas yang berjuang untuk bertahan hidup. Mereka diberi label sebagai kelompok yang tidak berpendidikan, konsumtif, dan tidak memiliki orientasi masa depan. Terdapat kepedulian terhadap kondisi para migran, salah satunya dari kelompok pengusaha kecil Indonesia yang berjiwa sosial. Mereka melakukan aksi kegiatan sosial-keagamaan yang terkait dengan komunitas pekerja migran. Kerjasama/hubungan antara pengusaha dengan pekerja migran ini menciptakan rasa solidaritas kelompok dan membangun rasa kebersamaan di antara mereka. Ada tiga faktor penting pembentuk kondisi ini: posisi marjinal sebagai migran, nilai agama, dan rasa keprihatinan sosial. Melalui analisis pengalaman religius dari pengusaha dan dalam kegiatan sosial-keagamaan, tulisan ini memperlihatkan efek positif antara aktivitas bisnis dan penerapan nilai agama, yang menjadi alat pembentuk identitas diri imigran, rasa solidaritas, kepemimpinan, dan penerapan kerja kolektif masyarakat migran Indonesia di Taiwan. Tulisan ini berdasarkan pengamatan dari kegiatan sehari-hari masyarakat migran dan wawancara mendalam terhadap pengusaha Indonesia pada bulan Juni hingga Desember 2014. Metode penelitian etnografi digunakan dalam penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi sejauh mana proses hubungan sosial migran-pengusaha terhadap pembentukan solidaritas komunitas migran melalui praktek kewirausahaan sosial-religius yang dijalankan. ......Indonesian migrants in Taiwan have been dominated by low skilled workers who are labelled uneducated sojourners, consumptive, the misplacement of future orientation, and a minority group struggling to survive. Several individuals concern about the migrant condition, and they are so-called migrant social entrepreneurs. Through social-religious activities and interrelations with the migrant worker community, the Indonesian entrepreneurs have created solidarity for migrant workers’ to generate living conditions that are more favourable and improve their livelihoods. Three important factors shape this condition: the marginal position of second-class migrant workers-immigrants, the virtuous value of religion, and social apprehension. Thorough analysing the religious experiences of entrepreneurs and social-religious activities, this paper shows the positive effects of the relationship between business activities and religious value application, which establish the immigrant self-identity, solidarity, leadership, and collective work formation of the Indonesian migrant community in Taiwan. The primary data is based on the observation of participants’ daily business activities and in-depth interviews with Indonesian entrepreneurs from June to December 2014. The ethnographic research method is applied as a means to explore the effect that migrant-entrepreneur social relations have on the mode of entrepreneurship practices.
