"Perpustakaan merupakan sebuah lembaga yang sudah tidak asing lagi bagi masyarakat, bahkan saat ini perpustakaan seringkali menjadi sebuah kebutuhan. Namun penggunaan perpustakaan sebagai sarana rekreasi edukatif masih rendah, karena belum banyak masyarakat yang tahu tentang fungsi rekreasi dari perpustakaan. Padahal, dengan memanfaatkan perpustakaan sebagai sarana rekreasi ilmiah, pengunjung tidak hanya mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan dan informasi, tetapi juga mendapatkan penyegaran fisik maupun mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis, untuk mengidentifikasi strategi Perpustakaan Umum Daerah Kabupaten Sijunjung (Perpusda Kab Sijunjung) dalam pemenuhan fungsi rekreasi. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menemukan tujuh strategi yang telah dilakukan pihak perpustakaan umum daerah Sijunjung, yaitu: pengembangan ruangan multi-fungsi, pengembangan ruang bermain atau sudut bermain anak, pengadaan lokakarya kreatif, meningkatkan kolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal, meningkatkan kegiatan rekreasi budaya, meningkatkan kolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal, mengadakan pelayanan perpustakaan digital dan mengadakan program aktivitas luar ruangan.

The library is an institution that is familiar to the community. However, the use of the library as a means of educational recreation is still low, because not many people know about the recreational function of the library. However, by using the library as a means of scientific recreation, visitors not only get additional knowledge and information, but also get physical and mental refreshment. The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis to identify the strategy of the Sijunjung Regional Public Library (Perpusda Sijunjung District) in fulfilling the recreational function. Data collection is carried out using a qualitative approach through interviews and observations. Data analysis is conducted using SWOT Analysis method. The results of the research found seven development strategies that can be proposed to the Perpusda of Sijunjung Regency, namely: the development of multi-functional rooms, the development children's play areas, the provision of creative workshops, increasing collaboration with the local community, increasing cultural recreation activities, increasing collaboration with the community local, digital library service and holding an outdoor activity program."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari bagaimana strategi user engagement dan kualitas tingkat engagement pada lima perpustakaan umum di Jakarta dalam media sosial Instagram mereka. Metode analisis isi deskriptif ini digunakan untuk menganalisis konten media sosial Instagram pada lima perpustakaan umum di Jakarta yang diunggah pada satu tahun terakhir. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kelima perpustakaan yang diteliti telah mengimplementasikan strategi user engagement pada akun Instagram mereka, meskipun dengan porsi yang berbeda-beda dan juga setelah dilakukan pengukuran tingkat engagement dihasilkan bahwa sebanyak dua perpustakaan sudah memiliki tingkat kualitas engagement yang baik, sedangkan tiga perpustakaan lainnya masih memiliki tingkat engagement yang rendah.

This research aims to study how the implementation of user engagement strategies and the quality of engagement levels in five public libraries in Jakarta on their Instagram. This descriptive content analysis method is used to analyze Instagram social media content from five public libraries in Jakarta uploaded in the past year. Data analysis shows that the five libraries studied have implemented user engagement strategies on their Instagram accounts, although with varying proportions, and after measuring the level of engagement, it is found that two libraries already have a good level of engagement quality, while the other three libraries still have low levels of engagement."

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keterlibatan
(Engagement Rate) perpustakaan perguruan tinggi dan menganalisis strategi
perpustakaan perguruan tinggi dalam menerapkan Library 2.0 serta untuk
mengidentifikasi hambatan perpustakaan perguruan tinggi dalam
menerapkan Library 2.0. Pendekatan dalam tesis ini menggunakan
pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus komparatif. Hasil
perhitungan tingkat keterlibatan didapatkan Perpustakaan Universitas
Indonesia menempati urutan pertama, Perpustakaan Universitas Gadjah
Mada pada urutan kedua serta Perpustakaan Universitas Airlangga pada
urutan ketiga. Penelitian ini memilih Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia
dan Perpustakaan Universitas Airlangga menjadi lokasi penelitian, dimana
menghasilkan penelitian bahwa kedua perpustakaan telah memiliki strategi
dalam penerapan Library 2.0 yang diurai menurut komponen pembentuk
Library 2.0 yaitu partisipasi pengguna, web 2.0, perpustakaan dan layanan,
evaluasi dan kerjasama. Temuan yang lain kedua perpustakaan memiliki
strategi yang sama, di sisi lain ada juga strategi yang berbeda. Ketika salah
satu komponen lemah maka komponen lain lebih diperkuat.
