Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas propaganda sebagai bentuk komunikasi massa yang digunakan dalam lirik lagu band punk Marjinal. Pembahasan tersebut meliputi deskripsi propaganda dan teknik-tekniknya yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu mereka. Setelah dianalisis, ditemukan bahwa tidak semua teknik propaganda diterapkan dalam pembuatan sebuah lirik. Dari lima album Marjinal yang terdiri atas 68 lagu dipilih 32 lagu yang menggunakan teknik propaganda. Teknik propaganda yang terdapat di dalam ke-32 lagu tersebut adalah teknik propaganda name calling, testimonials, plain folk, using all forms of persuations, serta teknik propaganda gabungan.

This research talks about the propaganda as the form of mass communication used in the song lyrics of the punk band called Marjinal. This discussion included the propaganda description and the techniques applied in their lyrics. Based on the result of the analysis, it was found that not all techniques were used in the making process of the lyrics. From five albums that consist of 68 songs, there were only 32 songs which used the propaganda techniques namely name calling, testimonials, plain folk, using all forms of persuations, and mixed propaganda.

Jurnal ini menganalisis tiga puisi yang berjudul ldquo;Jeolmeunideulege ?????? rdquo;, ldquo;Gunsinsong ??? rdquo;, dan ldquo;Singapur Hamnak ??? ?? rdquo; karya Noh Cheon Myeong, seorang penyair Korea yang pernah masuk ke dalam golongan pro-Jepang. Karya-karyanya tersebut berisi propaganda yang menunjukkan kelebihan bangsa Jepang kepada masyarakat Korea. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui isi puisi pro-Jepang dan teknik-teknik propaganda salah satu penyair pro-Jepang. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode analisis teks. Setelah dianalisis, tidak semua teknik propaganda ditemukan dalam puisi-puisi tersebut. Dari ketiga puisi, hanya ditemukan enam teknik dari tiga belas teknik propaganda yang ada. Keenam teknik propaganda tersebut adalah teknik propaganda name calling, glittering generalities, plain folks appeal, argumentum ad populum, faulty cause and effect, dan card stacking. Dari segi isi, ditemukan adanya pesan tersirat tentang ajakan untuk mendukung Jepang.

ABSTRACT
This journal is an analysis of three poems entitled ldquo Jeolmeunideulege rdquo , ldquo Gunsinsong rdquo , dan ldquo Singapur Hamnak rdquo by Noh Cheon Myeong, a Korean poet who once entered the pro Japanese group. Her works contain propaganda that shows the greatness of Japan to the Korean society. This journal aims to find out the contents of pro Japannese poetry as well as the use of propaganda techniques. This research uses text analysis method. Based on the analysis result, it was found that, not all of the propaganda techniques are used in the poems. From three poems that were analyzed, there are only six propaganda technique used out of thirteen propaganda techniques that exist. Those six techniques are name calling, glittering generalities, plain folks appeal, argumentum ad populum, faulty cause and effect, and card stacking. From the contens, it was found that there are implied message about supporting Japan.

Abstrak :
This thesis analyzed a serial novel by Qiong Yao which is Huanzhu Gege (HZGG) through an approachment of literature sociology that is connected to the readers and the social effect to the people, and also using propaganda technique in a literature text that gives a description about women_s superiority. This analysis is to reveal how women take part, that is described through characters named Xiao Yanzi and Xia Ziwei, in influencing the decision making of the Qian Long Emperor and also the other officer at Qing Dynasty. The result of this analysis shows the use of 8 propaganda techniques that describes the superiority of women compares to man in HZGG novel.
