"Background: Act Number 36 of 2009 on Health states that the government has the responsibility to regulate the planning, procurement, empowerment, and control/ing of the quality of health workers in performing health care in lndonesia. Meanwhile the Government Regulation Number 51 of 2009 requires that the practice of pharmacy must be done by pharmacist and one of the health facilities condueting pharmacy practice is the community health center. A cross sectional qualitative study has been done to identify the role of regional institution in the assignment of pharmacist in community health centers, and to obtain information on problem and barrier of the assignment. Methods: The study was carried out in cities of Tangerang, Bandung, Surabaya and Bantul District. Data were col/ected through in-depth interviews with those responsible in Provincial Health Office, District Health office, Regional Man-power Institution (BKD) and community health center, besides by condueting focus group discussion with pharmacists from District Health Office, Community Health Center, School of Pharmacy and Regional Indonesian Pharmacists Association. Data were analyzed qualitatively using triangulation method and temporary study results were revised in a round table discussion with experts in Jakarta. Results: Results of the study show that: 1) Refering to regional role: (a) the role of Provincial Health Office was recording the demand of and the assignment of pharmacist, (b) the District Health Office had the authority to determine the demand of pharmacist and to assign as wel/ as to control pharmacist in community health centers, (c) the regional man-power institution documented and forwarded the number and kind of pharmacy staff needed by the District Health Office to the national man-power institution (BKN), and (d) the role of head of community health center was managing pharmacist according to their main job, i.e. managing drug supply 2) Referring to problem in pharmacist assignment: (a) District Health Office was aware of the need of pharmacist, but in panning pharmacist was not regarded as a priority compared to other health workers, (b) the request for pharmacist was not based on the real organization needs resulted from the analysis of work burden such as regulated, (c) limited formation given by BKN, and such that the assignment of health workers was not based on their competencies, ang (d) Training of health personnel has not been done because of budget limitations."

"Selama pandemik, tenaga kesehatan mempunyai peran penting untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan. Akibat tingginya kasus Covid-19 dapat menambah beban kerja serta risiko tertular mereka yang berakibat tidak hanya memberikan dampak fisik namun juga kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi stressor, persepsi terhadap stressor, coping yang digunakan, gejala yang dirasakan, dan hasil dari coping. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain rapid assessment procedures. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Lazarus. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara mendalam pada 5 orang informan utama dan 2 orang informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama pandemik Covid-19 pada tenaga kesehatan terdapat sumber stres (stressor) dari internal dan eksternal. Sebagian besar tenaga kesehatan mempersepsikan bahwa stressor menjadi hambatan. Sedangkan informan lainnya menyatakan stressor tidak menjadi hambatan justru menjadi tantangan. Sebagian besar informan mempersepsikan mampu mengatasi atau mengurangi stressor. Mereka juga merasa mendapat dukungan sosial dari keluarga, orang tua, dan rekan kerjanya. Berbagai macam gejala stres yang muncul berupa perubahan secara psikologis meliputi semangat untuk produktif berkurang, susah tidur, merasa jenuh, dan mudah marah. Sedangkan perubahan secara fisiologis meliputi gejala maag atau asam lambung meningkat, kelelahan, menggigil, dan banyak makan. Sebagian besar informan cenderung menggunakan Emotion Focused Coping dimana setelah melakukan coping tenaga kesehatan merasakan perasaan yang positif.

During the pandemic, health workers have an important role in providing health services. Due to the high number of Covid-19 cases, it certainly adds to both the workload and the risk of contracting the disease among them. This was not only had a physical impact but also impact on mental health. This study aims to identify stressors, perception of stressors, coping strategies used to deal with stressors, symptoms felt by health workers, and outcomes of coping in health workers. This study used a qualitative method and a rapid assessment procedures design. The theory used was the theory of Lazarus. Data were collected through in-depth interview among 5 main informants and 2 key informants. This study found that there were internal and external stressors during the Covid-19 pandemic among the health workers. The majority of the health workers perceived that stressors are obstacles while some other informants perceived them neither as obstacle nor a threat, but as a challenge. Most of the informants perceived that they are able to overcome or reduce stressors. They also felt that they have social support from their family, parents, and coworkers. Various kinds of stress symptoms that appeared in the form of psychological changes include reduced enthusiasm for productivity, difficulty sleeping, feeling bored, and irritated. Meanwhile, physiological changes include symptoms of ulcers or increased stomach acid, fatigue, chills, and eating a lot. Most of the informants tend to use Emotion Focused Coping which after doing so, they felt positive feelings."

"Skripsi ini membahas gambaran stres dan strategi coping pada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Kelurahan Klender 1 selama pandemik COVID-19 tahun 2021. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui stressor, persepsi terhadap stressor, strategi coping yang digunakan untuk menghadapi stressor, dan efek langsung yang dirasakan oleh tenaga kesehatan setelah melakukan coping. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap 5 orang tenaga kesehatan dan 1 orang Kasatpel Puskesmas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stressor tenaga kesehatan selama pandemik COVID-19 berasal dari eksternal yaitu kekurangan SDM, kesulitan mencapai target SPM, berkaitan dengan pasien, penggunaan APD, pembuatan laporan, ketakutan menularkan COVID-19 ke keluarga, dan angka kematian COVID-19 yang tinggi. Sebagian besar menilai stressor tidak menghambat dan mengancam. Sedangkan sisanya menganggap bahwa stressor sebagai tantangan dan mengancam. Kemudian seluruh tenaga kesehatan merasa bahwa mereka mampu dan memiliki sumber yang cukup untuk mengatasi stressor. Sebagian besar menggunakan Emotion focused coping. Hasil jangka pendek yang dirasakan oleh informan setelah melakukan coping adalah perasaan positif yang menunjukan coping berhasil.

.The focus of this study is description of stress and coping strategies for health workers at Klender 1 Public Health Center during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine stressors, perceptions of stressors, coping strategies used to deal with stressors, and the direct effects felt by health workers after coping. This study is a qualitative research with case study design. Data collection was done by using in-depth interviews with 5 health workers and 1 leader of Public Health Center. The results found that the stressors of health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic came from external sources, those are the lack of human resources, difficulty in achieving MSS targets, relating to patients, use of PPE, reporting, fear of transmitting COVID-19 to families, and high COVID-19 mortality rates. Most of health workers assess stressors are not inhibiting and threatening. While the rest consider the stressor as a challenge and threat. Then all health workers felt that they are capable and have sufficient resources to deal with stressors. Most of them used Emotion focused coping as their coping strategies. The short-term results felt by the informants after coping were positive feelings that showed successful coping."

"Puskesmas sebagai gatekeeper sistem pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama memiliki peran besar dalam menjangkau pelayanan kesehatan dasar di masyarakat dimana tenaga kesehatan merupakan salah satu pondasi utamanya. Sejak Mei 2020, Puskesmas memiliki peran tambahan dalam melakukan pelacakan kontak erat dan pemantauannya. Tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas berpotensi memiliki resiko mengalami burnout yang memiliki dampak negatif pada pelayanan kesehatan ke pasien, kesehatan tenaga kesehatan, dan juga sistem kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor sumber daya yang berhubungan dengan burnout pada pada tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta pada Juli 2021. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan multi-stage random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan kepada 317 tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan kuesioner CBI dalam Bahasa Indonesia, SRQ-20 dalam bahasa Indonesia, dan kuesioner determinan burnout yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor burnout sebesar 44,29 yang berarti bahwa secara umum tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta tidak mengalami burnout. Namun jika dilihat berdasarkan domain penyusunnya, 62% nakes Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta mengalami personal burnout, 45,7% mengalami work-related burnout, dan 26,2% mengalami client-related burnout. Uji regresi logistik ganda menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, kepuasan finansial, dan status depresi berhubungan secara signifikan dengan burnout tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta. Faktor lingkungan kerja yang termasuk ke dalam sumber daya personal merupakan variabel paling dominan terhadap burnout tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta (p<0.001, OR=15.735).

Public Health Center (PHC) as gatekeeper of first level health care system plays an important role on reach the fundamental health care where health care workers (HCW) act as the main foundation. Since May 2020, PHC has an additional role on doing surveillance and monitoring. PHC’s workers have higher risk to suffer burnout which may lead to negative impact on patient health care, HCW’s health and also health system. This study aiming to identify factor of resources that related to burnout of public health care workers at DKI Jakarta on COVID-19 Period. This quantitative study using cross sectional with multi-stage random sampling. Data collection was carried out to 317 PHC’s work ers using CBI in Indonesian language, SRQ-20 in Indonesian language, and burnout determinants questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the mean of burnout score was 44,29, which means that in general PHC’s work ers at DKI Jak arta were not have burnout. Nevertheless, if we explore form the subdomain of CBI, 62% of PHC’s work ers at DKI Jak arta were having personal burnout, 45,7% have work -related burnout, and 26,2% have client-related burnout. Multivariate regression logistic test showed that work environment, depression status, and financial satisfaction were significantly related to PHC’s work ers at DKI Jakarta. Work environment from the personal resources was the most dominant variable with burnout of PHC’s workers at DKI Jakarta (p<0.001, OR=15.735)."

"Hingga saat ini, masih ada tenaga kesehatan terutama di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (puskesmas) yang mengerjakan tugas di luar kompetensinya. Kementerian Kesehatan RI sebagai pemerintah pusat yang membidangi urusan kesehatan mengeluarkan kebijakan mengenai kredensial tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas sebagai suatu sistem penjaminan mutu dengan memperbarui kemampuan para tenaga kesehatan agar tetap professional, perencanaan tindak lanjut pada puskesmas dan Dinas kesehatan kab/kota, dan menempatkan tenaga kesehatan sesuai bidang kompetensinya. Karena pelaksanaannya baru berjalan di tahun 2022, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan masukan atas percepatan dan peningkatan kualitas program kredensial tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas dalam ruang lingkup Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini berasal dari data primer berupa wawancara pada tim kerja pelaksana kredensial tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas dalam ruang lingkup Kementerian Kesehatan RI sebanyak 7 orang, serta data sekunder berupa telaah dokumen dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kredensial tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas dalam ruang lingkup Kementerian Kesehatan RI yang dijalankan oleh Tim Kerja sudah baik karena hampir seluruh komponen input, proses, dan output sesuai dengan standar internal Kementerian Kesehatan RI dan standar kredensial melalui acuan Petunjuk Teknis Kredensial Tenaga Kesehatan Di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat. Pelaksanaan dan monitoring evaluasi sudah sesuai dengan perencanaan, namun belum berjalan secara optimal dikarenakan data yang belum dianalisis, tidak memantau pelaksanaan tindak lanjut oleh Dinas kesehatan kab/kota, serta kesamaan antara uji petik dan pendampingan. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu sosialisasi dan advokasi lebih rutin, tindak lanjut anggaran kredensial tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas, sistem penyimpanan online untuk hasil kredensial, pendataan secara berkala, monitoring sampai ke tahap pelaksanaan tindak lanjut, memanfaatkan hasil analisis data untuk RTL dan mapping, memperbarui petunjuk teknis kredensial tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas, dan tindak lanjut hasil rekomendasi.

Until now, there are still health workers, especially at Community Health Centers (puskesmas), who perform tasks outside of their competence. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia as the central government in charge of health affairs issued a policy regarding the credentialing of health workers in health centers as a quality assurance system by updating the ability of health workers to remain professional, follow-up planning at health centers and District/City Health Offices, and placing health workers according to their fields of competence. Because the implementation has only been running since 2022, this study was conducted to provide input on accelerating and improving the quality of the health worker credentialing program at puskesmas within the scope of the Indonesian Ministry of Health. This research uses a descriptive study design using a qualitative approach. The data source of this study comes from primary data in the form of interviews with the work team implementing the credentials of health workers at health centers within the scope of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia as many as 7 people, as well as secondary data in the form of document review and observation. The results showed that the health worker credentialing program at puskesmas within the scope of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia carried out by the Work Team was good because almost all input, process, and output components were in accordance with the Ministry of Health's internal standards and credentialing standards through the reference to the Technical Guidelines for Credentialing Health Workers at Community Health Centers. Implementation and evaluation monitoring are in accordance with planning, but have not run optimally due to data that has not been analyzed, monitoring until the implementation of follow-up by the District Health Office has not been done, and the similarity between uji petik and pendampingan.. Suggestions that can be given are more routine socialization and advocacy, follow-up on the budget for credentialing health workers at puskesmas, an online storage system for credentialing results, regular data collection, monitoring up to the follow-up implementation stage, utilizing the results of data analysis for RTL and mapping, updating the technical guidelines, and follow-up on the results of recommendations."

"Apoteker memiliki peran kunci dalam beragai aspek obat, mulai dari penemuan, produksi, hingga penyerahan obat ke tangan konsumen. Calon apoteker dituntut memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman sebelum terlibat langsung dalam praktik kefarmasian. Salah satu bentuk peningkatan keterampilan professional apoteker adalah Praktik Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dirancang untuk membantu calon apoteker memahami dan mengembangkan kompetensinya. PT. Kalbio Global Medika, Puskesmas Kecamatan Jagakarsa dan Apotek Kimia Farma Dramaga merupakan salah satu instansi yang bekerja sama dengan Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia agar calon apoteker dapat menjalankan PKPA pada periode periode Februari – Mei 2022. Melalui PKPA di apotek, Puskesmas, dan industri tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian.

Pharmacists play a crucial role in all facets of the drug industry, from drug discovery to production to consumer delivery. Before directly engaging in pharmaceutical practice, aspiring pharmacists must have insight, knowledge, skills, and experience. The Professional Pharmacist Practice Act (PKPA), which is intended to help prospective pharmacists recognize and enhance their competencies, is one method of enhancing pharmacists' professional skills. PT. Kalbio Global Medika, Jagakarsa District Health Center, and Kimia Farma Dramaga Pharmacy are among the institutions that work collaboratively with the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia prospective pharmacists can take the PKPA examination between February and May 2022. Prospective pharmacists must acquire the necessary insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to practice pharmacy through PKPA in pharmacies, health centers, and these industries."
