"Tugas akhir ini membahas intervensi terhadap permasalahan kapasitas produksi di sebuah Biro Konsultasi Sumberdaya Manusia (SDM). Penelusuran terhadap masalah menunjuk pada kurangnya eiisiensi dalam proses produksi, dalam hal ini berupa kcccpatan dan kualitas penyusunan laporan hasil Asesmen Karyawan. Tujuan intervensi adalah untulc memotong proses tersebut dari segi waktu dengan meningkatkan profesionalisme para Asesor yang menjadi pemroses utama layanan tersehut. Anzilisis kondisi mcnunjukkan bahwa program yang paling scsuai untuk diterapkan adalah sebuah program terpadu yang didasari oleh konsep Knowledge Engine - diberi tajuk "Intervensi Progresif" (Program Regenerasi Integratif). Program mencakup membangun sistem pembelajaran, menyiapkan kepemimpinan fasilitatif dan penanaman budaya berbagi di antara para Asesor dan pemangku kepentingan lini layanan ini pada umumnya.
......This final assignment focuses on intervention towards production capacity in a human resources consulting firm. Investigation points to inefficiency on product delivery due to an unstandardized employee assessment reporting speed and quality. The goal of the intervention is to improve assessors ability to fulfil firm's standard of speed and quality. Accelerating process from knowledge to perfommance and from performance to knowledge as proposed by knowledge engine framework is considered as the most appropriate program. It consists of building systems that support leaming, preparing facilitative leadership and implementing sharing culture among assessors and other stakeholders of the subject to be improved."

"Pesamaan gerak parabola sebuah bola yang dilnntarkan, secara matematis memiliki hubungan dengan persamaan pada sistem pneumatik. Hubungan ini ada pada variabel kecepatan dimana pada persamaan gerak parabola kecepatan digunakan dalam menentukan jangkauan atau tinggi lontaran sedangkan kecepatan pada persamaan sistem pneumatik menentukan besar gaya dengan tekanan dan luas permukaan silinder tertentu.
Dalam percobaan yang dilakukan pada mesin pelontar bola voli ini ternyata kecepatan yang dihasilkan tidak bisa sesuai dengan teori. Ini disebabkan karena adanya efek peredaman yang terjadi karena lubang masukan dan lubang keluaran memiliki besar yang sama. Dengan demikian udara keluaran yang terdesak tidak bisa keluar sekaligus secara tiba-tiba. Hal ini menyebabkan efek impaci yang dihasilkan kecil sekali dan bola tidak bisa terlontar sesuai dengan tinggi lontaran yang diinginkan.
......A parabolic equation of the throwing ball, mathematically has a relation with pneumatic system equation. This relation is in velocity variable where in parabolic equation velocity is used to decide range or height of throw and in system pneumatic equation, it is used to decide force with specific pressure and surface area.
In this experiment that has done on volleyball thrower machine, the velocity isn't match with the theory. This is because of dampin effect that happened because air in and exhaust have same diameter. It means the exhaust air can not go out suddenly and make the impact effect is very small and the throw of the ball can not match with the formula."
