"Mencuci tangan dapat dilalcukan oleh anak yaitu sebelum dan sesudah beraktifitas sebagai upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan unhrk mengidentifikasi efektivitas permainan terapeutik: Cuci tangan dengan flannelgrapft kombinasi demonstrasi terhadap ketepatan anak dalam mencuci tangan. Desain pada penelitian ini menggunakan quasi elcsperiment: post test-only non equivalent control group terhadap 96 anak usia 3-12 tahun yang dibagi menjadi kelompbk intervensi dan kontrol dengan consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjulJcan bermain terapeutik: cuci tangan menggunakan flannelgraph kombinasi demonstrasi efektif terhadap ketepatan anak mencuci tangan (p < 0,001). Hasil penelitian dapat diaplikasikan sebagai intervensi berrnain terapeutik di rumah sakit.

Hand washing activitity can be done by children before and after the children do activities as an effort in the prevention and control of infections in hospitals. This study aims to identifu the effectiveness of therapeutic play: Handwashing with flannelgraph combination of demonstrations toward the accuracy of children in hand washing . The design of this research uses a quasi experiment: post-test-only non equivalent control group towards 96 aged 3-12 who were divided into the intervention group and the control goup with consecutive sampling. The results showed that the therapeutic play: Handwashing with flannelgraph combination demonstration is effective toward the children accuracy of hand washing (p <0.001). The results of this study can be applied as an interventions of therapeutic play in hospitals.

"Ansietas pembedahan merupakan salah satu komponen utama krisis yang di hadapi anak di rumah sakit. Ansietas pembedahan menyebabkan anak tidak koperatif pada saat preoperatif sehingga menyebabkan lama rawat menahun, biaya perawatan kesehatan meningkat, dan keterlambatan memasuki ruang operasi. Hasil uji klinis menunjukan bermain terapeutik: boneka memberikan efek positif dalam mengatasi ansietas pembedahan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas bermain terapeutik: boneka pada anak prasekolah dalam mengurangi ansietas pembedahan dengan menggunakan studi kasus. Studi ini menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu CFS untuk melihat skor ketakutan anak dan MYPAS-SF untuk melihat ansietas preoperatif anak. Hasil CFS didapatkan kedua klien mengalami penurunan skor ketakutan setelah diberikan intervensi. Selain itu, hasil MYPAS-SF kedua klien menunjukan klien tidak ansietas, MYPAS-SF = 29,92. Hasil studi didapatkan bahwa bermain terapeutik: boneka dapat menurunkan kecemasan dan ketakutan pada anak prasekolah preoperatif.

Surgical anxiety is one of the main components of the crisis faced by children in hospitals. Surgical anxiety causes the child to be uncooperative when preoperative resulting in prolonged stays in recovery, increases in health care costs, and delays entering the operating room. Clinical test results show therapeutic play: dolls have a positive effect in overcoming surgical anxiety. This study aims to look at the effectiveness of therapeutic play: dolls in preschool children in reducing surgical anxiety by using case studies. This study uses two instruments, namely CFS to see the childs fear score and MYPAS-SF to see childs preoperative anxiety. The CFS results showed that both clients experienced a decrease in fear scores after being given an intervention. In addition, the results of the MYPAS-SF both clients show clients are not anxiety, MYPAS-SF = 29.92. The results of the study found that therapeutic play: dolls can reduce anxiety and fear in preoperative preschoolers."

"ABSTRAK
Bermain terapeutik sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengurangi efek hospitalisasi
dan kelangsungan tumbuh kembang anak yang dirawat di rumah sakit. Fenomena
yang ditemukan adalah bermain terapeutik belum berjalan optimal. Pengetahuan
perawat tentang bermain terapeutik akan mempengaruhi perilaku perawat dalam
pelaksanaan bermain terapeutik. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran
tingkat pengetahuan perawat tentang bermain terapeutik di ruang rawat inap anak
RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta. Desain penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik cluster
random sampling. Jumlah sampel 74 perawat ruang rawat inap anak. Pengumpulan
data menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil
penelitian menemukan bahwa sebagian besar 73% perawat memiliki tingkat
pengetahuan yang cukup tentang bermain terapeutik. Disarankan untuk rumah sakit
agar membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang mendukung peningkatan pengetahuan
perawat tentang bermain terapeutik.

Abstract
Therapeutic play is very important to reduce the effects of hospitalization and the
continuity of growth and development of children whom cared at hospital.
Unfortunately, therapeutic play has not been implemented optimally. Nurses?
knowledge about therapeutic play will affect their behavior in the implementation of
therapeutic play. The research objective was to determine nurses? knowledge level
about therapeutic play in the children ward RSAB Harapan Kita. This research used
descriptive design with cluster random sampling techniques. The respondents were
74 nurses who work in inpatient ward. Data was collected using questionnaires, and
was analysis using univariate analysis. The results obtained as much as 73% of nurses
had sufficient levels of knowledge about therapeutic play. It is recommended that
hospital establishes policies that support the improvement of nursing knowledge
about therapeutic play.

"Permainan terapeutik merupakan salah satu intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan pada anak yang dirawat di rumah sakit (hospitalisasi). Hospitalisasi menimbulkan stress bagi anak yang merupakan gangguan terhadap terpenuhinya kebutuhan emosional anak, yang perlu penanganan sedini mungkin karena akan berdampak pada tahap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Perawat dibutuhkan peranannya dalam mengatasi respon hospitalisasi ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pengaruh permainan terapeutik terhadap kecemasan, kehilangan kontrol, dan ketakutan anak prasekolah selama dirawat di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi - eksperimen, dengan pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan kecemasan, kehilangan kontrol, dan ketakutan pada anak prasekolah sebelum dan setelah dilakukan permainan terapeutik selama dirawat di rumah sakit pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua anak prasekolah yang dirawat di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Propinsi Lampung. Jumlah sampel 60 anak (30 anak kelompok intervensi dan 30 kelompok kontrol). Analisis pengaruh permainan terapeutik terhadap kecemasan, kehilangan kontrol, dan ketakutan anak prasekolah selama dirawat menggunakan uji t independent.

Therapeutic play was one of the nursing intervention for children whom stayed in the hospital. Hospitalization caused stress for children. It is a disturbance of fulfilling children emotional needs which should be handled as early as possible because it might influence children’s growth and development. Nursing care lays an important role to overcome this problems. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of therapeutic play toward anxiety, loss of control, and fears of pre school children during hospitalization. This study employed a quasi experiment design with pretest posttest non-equivalent control group design. The purpose of the study was to identify the differences between anxiety, lost of control, and fears for pre school children before and after therapeutic play in the intervention and control group. Po pulation of this study were all pre school children which were cared at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek in the Lampung Province. The sampel of this study was 60 children (30 of them were in to intervention group and 30 of them were control group). Independent t-test was employed to analyze the impact of giving therapeutic play toward anxiety, lost of control, and fears for pre school children. Result of this study indicated that there were differences on the average of anxiety reduction in the intervention and control group (p = 0.002). There were also differences on average reduction of lost of control in the intervention and control group (p = 0.001). This study also found that there were differences on average reduction of fears in the intervention and control group (p = 0.009). It means that therapeutic play has an impact on reduction of anxiety, lost of control, and fears among pre school children at hospital. From this study, it is recommended that an hospital is required to plan a structured therapeutic play program which was supported by hospital leader, especially at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek hospital in Lampung children."
