Abstrak :
Pemilik satuan rumah susun atau apartemen seharusnya memiliki informasi yang cukup tentang status hak atas tanah bersama dari rumah susun pada saat melakukan pembelian. Karena jika tidak mengetahui status hak atas tanah bersamanya, pemilik apartemen akan terkejut jika harus membayar biaya yang sangat mahal untuk perpanjangan jangka waktu Hak Guna Bangunan dari tanah bersama apartemennya yang harus ditanggung oleh pemilik. Tujuan penulisan yang pertama adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan hukum kepada masyarakat dan akademisi tentang bentuk perlindungan konsumen terkait kewajiban pelaku pembangunan dalam hal pemberian informasi secara akurat dan tersampaikan pada saat pemasaran. Tujuan yang kedua untuk memberikan pengetahuan terkait materi muatan dalam PPJB berupa informasi kepemilikan hak yang memberikan kepastian akan kebenaran status hak atas tanah bersama apartemen. Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis-normatif dengan pendekatan hukum positif yang berlaku pada saat ini. Dari penelitian ini, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perlindungan hukum kepada masyarakat berupa hak konsumen untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait status hak atas tanah bersama apartemen dan cara penyelesaian sengketa jika tidak sesuai dengan yang diperjanjikan. Selain itu PPJB sebagai kesepakatan jual beli yang dibuat dalam akta notaris sepatutnya mencantumkan isi dari sertipikat hak atas tanah bersama apartemen antara lain nomor sertipikat, pemegang hak, status hak atas tanah, dan informasi penting lainnya di dalam bagian essentiali dari PPJB. ......The owner of the unit of flats or apartments should have sufficient information about the status of the joint land rights of the flats at the time of making the purchase. Because if the owner of the apartment does not know the status of land rights, will be surprised if have to pay a very expensive fee for the period extension of the Right of Building Use that must be borne by the owner. The first purpose of the writing is to provide legal knowledge to the public and academics about the form of consumer protection related to the obligations of developers in terms of providing information accurately and conveyed at the time of marketing. The second purpose is to provide knowledge related to content material in PPJB in the form of rights ownership information that provides certainty of the truth of the status of apartment’s land rights. Research uses juridical-normative methods with positive legal approaches that apply until present. From this study, the result shows that there is legal protection to the community in the form of consumers' right to get information related to the status of apartment’s land rights and how to resolve disputes if it is not in accordance with the promised. In addition, PPJB as a buying and selling agreement made in a notary deed should include the contents of the certificate of land rights with the apartment, including the certificate number, rights holder, land rights status, and other important information in the essentials section of the PPJB.

Abstrak :
Kejadian bom atom di Hiroshima dan Nagasaki telah menjadikan pengalaman buruk bagi masyarakat Jepang akan penggunaan nuklir sebagai senjata perang. Hal tersebut telah membawa Jepang untuk melakukan gerakan non-proliferasi nuklir di Jepang dan di dunia. Namun dalam perjanjian perdamaian dengan Amerika Serikat, Jepang diharuskan untuk berada di bawah lindungan Payung Nuklir Amerika Serikat yang mana dalam praktiknya terdapat pertentangan dengan masyarakat dan pemerintahan Jepang. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kebijakan nuklir yang ada pada masa pemerintahan Perdana Menteri Sato Eisaku dan menunjukkan kebimbangan pemerintahan Sato Eisaku dalam kebijakan anti nuklirnya.

The atomic bombings in Hiroshima and Nagasaki have made a bad experience for Japanese people about nuclear weapons as a weapon of war. This has led Japan to carry out a nuclear non-proliferation movement in Japan and in the world. But in the peace agreement with the United States, Japan was required to be under protection of the United States Nuclear Umbrella which in practice there were conflicts with the Japanese people and government. This study discusses the nuclear policy that existed during the reign of Prime Minister Sato Eisaku and showed the ambivalence of the Sato Eisaku government in its anti-nuclear policy.

Abstrak :
Motor dengan magnet permanen menjadi motor yang sangat banyak digunakan sekarang karena kelebihannya dibandingkan dengan motor lainnya dalam hal efisiensi, kecepatan dan masa pakai yang panjang. Namun motor penggerak jenis ini memiliki satu kekurangan yaitu vibrasi dan noise yang disebabkan oleh torsi cogging. Torsi ini diakibatkan oleh interaksi dari medan magnet dan stator dan torsi muncul akibat permeansi tidak merata yang dilihat rotor ketika berputar. Dalam skripsi ini, motor yang digunakan adalah motor 12 slot 8 kutub dikarenakan torsi cogingnya yang tinggi. Hal ini disebabkan karena KPK dari jumlah slot dan kutub yang sangat kecil sehingga torsi cogging besar. Metode mengurangi torsi cogging yang dibutuhkan seperti penggunaan umbrella, notch dan toki(tonjolan) pada stator. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan permeansi yang merata dan fenomena anticogging sehingga dicapai torsi cogging yang kecil. Diharapkan dengan metode implementasi umbrella, toki dan notch maka torsi cogging turun sampai 50% dari torsi awalnya, yaitu desain stator umbrellaless tanpa toki dan notch.

Machine with permanent magnet is becoming the best candidate for industrial motor due to its efficiency, speed and long term usage. But this type of motor has drawback which is vibration issues and noise caused by the cogging torque. This torque is produced by the interaction of permanent magnet and stator and appears because of the ununiformity of permeance seen by the rotor when it rotates. In this thesis, a 12 slot 8 pole BLDC motor design is used because the high cogging toque that it produces. This is due to the fact that the Least Common Multiple (LCM) between stator and pole of this motor is low. Methods required to reduce cogging torque are implementation of umbrella, notch and bulge on stator. The purposes are to create an uniform permeance and to create anticogging torque to reach lower cogging torque. It is expected that the implementation of umbrella, notch and bulge on stator will reduce the cogging torque up to 50% from its original cogging torque produced by the umbrellaless, and without notch stator design.
