Abstrak :
Latar belakang. Pada penyakit graves (GD), konsentrasi vitamin D berbanding terbalik dengan titer antibodi dan berbanding lurus dengan status remisi. Pembentukan autoantibodi diawali dari pajanan self antigen oleh sel dendritik (DC), sebagai antigen presenting cell (APC), ke sel T naif. Kemampuan DC sebagai APC ditentukan oleh tingkat kematangannya. Sel dendritik, APC utama pada GD, bersifat lebih aktif dalam respons imun dibandingkan dengan subjek sehat. Studi pada SLE, MS, dan penyakit crohn menunjukkan efek imunoregulator vitamin D terutama melalui hambatan pematangan DC sehingga fungsi imunogenitasnya berkurang. Tujuan. Mengetahui efek 1,25-D3 in vitro dan 1α-D3 in vivo terhadap pematangan DC pasien GD Metode. Pada periode Mei 2014 sampai dengan Maret 2015 dilakukan studi eksperimental dan klinis, masing-masing pada 12 dan 25 pasien GD fase hipertiroid. Pada studi eksperimental, dilakukan kultur monocyte derived dendritic cell (MDDC) pasien GD dengan atau tanpa intervensi 1,25-D3 in vitro pada tahap monosit dan maturasi distimulasi dengan lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Pada studi klinis, sebanyak 12 dan 13 pasien GD, masing-masing mendapatkan 1α-D3 dan plasebo selama 8 minggu, di samping mendapatkan terapi standar PTU 100 mg 3 kali sehari. Kultur MDDC dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah suplementasi dan dilakukan perbandingan pematangan DC sebelum dan sesudah suplementasi pada kedua kelompok. Pematangan DC dilihat dari ekspresi penanda DC (HLA-DR, CD80, CD40, CD83, CD14, dan CD206) dan rasio sitokin IL-12/IL-10 pada supernatan kultur. Hasil. Pada studi in vitro, pascastimulasi LPS, DC yang dikultur dengan 1,25-D3 menunjukkan ekspresi HLA-DR, CD80, CD40, dan CD83 lebih rendah serta ekspresi CD14 dan CD206 yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan DC yang dikultur dengan LPS saja. Pada DC yang dikultur dengan 1,25-D3, didapatkan rasio IL-12/IL-10 lebih rendah daripada DC tanpa 1,25-D3. Pada studi klinis, apabila dibandingkan antara ekspresi penanda DC serta rasio IL-12/IL-10 sebelum dan sesudah suplementasi 1α-D3 selama 8 minggu, belum didapatkan perbedaan yang bermakna pada ekspresi penanda DC dan rasio sitokin IL-12/IL-10. Simpulan. Pemberian 1,25-D3 in vitro menghambat pematangan DC pasien GD, sedangkan efek pemberian 1α-D3 in vivo terhadap pematangan DC belum dapat ditunjukkan pada penelitian ini. ...... Background. In graves? disease (GD), vitamin D levels is inversely proportional to antibody titer and proportionally associated with remission status. The development of autoantibody is initiated by self-antigen exposure by dendritic cells (DC) as the antigen presenting cells (APC) to the naïve T cells. The ability of DC as APC is determined by its maturity level. Dendritic cells, the major APC in GD, have more active immune responses than those in healthy subjects. Studies on systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), multiple sclerosis (MS) and crohn?s disease have demonstrated immunoregulator effects of vitamin D, mainly through inhibition of DC maturation, which may lead to lower immunogenic function. Aim. To identify the effect of 1,25-D3 in vitro and 1α-D3 in vivo on DC maturation in patients with GD. Method. Our study consisted of an experimental and a clinical study started from May 2014 until March 2015, which was conducted in 12 and 25 GD patients with thyrotoxicosis, respectively. In the experimental study, cultures of monocyte derived dendritic cell (MDDC) of GD patients were performed, with or without intervention of 1,25-D3 in vitro at monocytic phase and the maturation was stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). In the clinical study, there were 12 GD patients who received 1α-D3 supplementation and 13 GD patients who received placebo for 8 weeks, in addition to the standard treatment of PTU 100 mg three times a day. MDDC cultures and comparison of DC maturation were performed before and after the supplementation for both groups. DC maturation was evaluated based on the expression of DC markers (HLA-DR, CD80, CD40, CD83, CD14 and CD206) and the ratio of cytokines IL-12/IL-10 levels in the culture supernatants. Results. In the in vitro study and following the LPS stimulation, DC cells cultured with 1,25-D3 showed lower expression of HLA-DR, CD80, CD40 and CD83 and higher expression of CD14 and CD206 compared to DC cultured with LPS alone. DC, which were cultured with 1,25-D3 had lower ratio of IL-12/IL-10 levels than those cultured without 1,25-D3. In the clinical study, when the expression of DC marker as well as the ratio of IL-12/IL-10 levels between before and after the 8-week supplementation of 1α-D3 were compared, we found no significant difference on the expression of DC markers and the ratio of IL-12/IL10. Conclusion. In vitro 1,25-D3 supplementation inhibits DC maturation in patients with GD; while the effects of in vivo 1α-D3 treatment on DC maturation have not been clearly demonstrated in the present study yet.

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang dimiliki oleh 150,8 juta anak di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Anak stunting diindikasikan dengan tinggi badan menurut usia di bawah minus dua deviasi standar dari World Health Organization (WHO) Child Growth Standards median. Jika terjadi dalam 1000 hari kehidupan pertama seorang anak, stunting cenderung bersifat irreversible, dan dapat menyebabkan gangguan perkembangan, mulai dari penurunan kemampuan kognitif, peningkatan risiko atas penyakit metabolik, dan penurunan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan hidup di masa depan. Korelasi vitamin D dan kalsium masih terhadap stunting masih kurang dieksplorasi, padahal beberapa studi menunjukkan dampak positif melalui fungsi mineralisasi tulang dan insulin-like growth factor axis. Dengan begitu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari korelasi antara asupan kalsium dan vitamin D terhadap indikator stunting (HAZ) pada anak usia 6-24 bulan sebagai usia yang telah mendapatkan MPASI, dan di Jakarta Timur sebagai wilayah dengan prevalensi stunting kedua tertinggi di antara wilayah DKI Jakarta lainnya. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah metode potong lintang, dengan total 62 sampel, yaitu anak usia 6-24 bulan yang bertempat tinggal di Jakarta Timur dan mengikuti penelitian Departemen Gizi FKUI 2014, sesuai kriteria inklusi tanpa kriteria eksklusi, kemudian terpilih melalui simple random sampling. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 20 for Mac. Hasil: Hasil yang ditemukan adalah anak usia 12-24 bulan berhubungan positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap asupan kalsium kurang dari AKG (OR= 16,611; p<0,001). Sebaran asupan vitamin D dan status stunting berdasarkan seluruh karakteristik subjek tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan secara statistik. Sementara itu, asupan kalsium dan HAZ berkorelasi positif dan searah (r=0,324; p=0,005; p<0,01), begitu pula dengan asupan vitamin D dan HAZ berkorelasi positif dan searah (r=0,279; p=0,014, p<0,05). Hubungan status asupan kalsium dan vitamin D terhadap status stunting tidak bersifat signifikan secara statistik, namun penting secara klinis. Pembahasan: Usia 12-24 bulan lebih berisiko untuk memiliki asupan kalsium yang lebih rendah karena frekuensi minum ASI yang semakin berkurang tidak diimbangi dengan asupan gizi MPASI. Korelasi signifikan antara asupan kalsium dan asupan vitamin D terhadap HAZ mendukung studi sebelumnya bahwa kalsium dan vitamin D dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi IGF-1 plasma, dan bahwa kalsium dan vitamin D bekerja berdampingan. ...... Stunting is a global health issue, with approximately 150.8 million children are affected worldwide, including Indonesia. Children with stunting are indicated with a Height-for-Age Z Score of less than-2 standard deviation based the World Health Organization (WHO) Child Growth Standards median. If it occurs in the first 1000 days of life, stunting tends to be irreversible and cause impaired development, from cognitive impairment and increased risk of metabolic diseases, to lower income and welfare in the future. Correlation between vitamin D and calcium intake towards stunting have yet to be explored thoroughly even though several studies suggest their positive impacts through bone mineralisation and insulin-like growth factor axis. Thus, this research is done in order to discover the correlation between calcium and vitamin D toward stunting indicators (HAZ) on children aged 6-24 months, as they are currently given complementary foods, and located in East Jakarta, which has the second highest stunting prevalence compared to other regions in DKI Jakarta. Method: This study uses a cross-sectional method with a total of 62 samples, which are children aged 6-24 months that live in East Jakarta and took part in FKUI's Nutrition Department's Research in 2014, passing inclusion criterias without exclusion criterias, then selected through simple random sampling. Data processing and analysis are conducted with SPSS 20 for Mac software. Results: Results have found children age 12-24 months significantly and positively correlated with calcium intake less then AKG (OR=16.611; p<0.001). Vitamin D intake and stunting status distribution based on all subject characteristics are statistically insignificant On the other hand, calcium intake and HAZ have a positive and unidirectional correlation of (r=0.324; p=0.005; p<0.01), similar with vitamin D intake and HAZ with a positive and unidirectional correlation (r=0.279; p=0.014, p<0.05). Meanwhile, relationships of calcium and vitamin D intake status towards stunting status are not statistically significant, however clinically important. Discussion: Age group 12-24 months has higher risk to have lower calcium intake because reduced breastfeeding frequency is not balanced with adequate complementary food. Significant correlation between calcium and vitamin D intake towards stunting indicator supports the theory where calcium and vitamin D increases plasma IGF-1 concentration, and that both calcium and vitamin D works side-by-side.

Salah satu peran sistem imunitas terhadap infeksi M.leprae adalah respons makrofag melalui interaksinya dengan vitamin D dan reseptor vitamin D (RVD). Interaksi vitamin D dengan RVD pada berbagai sel imun akan menstimulasi ekspresi katelisidin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kadar serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) dan kadar plasma RVD serta hubungannya dengan IB pada pasien kusta. Penelitian ini berupa observasional-analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Sebanyak 28 subjek penelitian (SP) menjalani pemeriksaan slit-skin smear kemudian diagnosis kusta ditegakkan berdasarkan tanda kardinal kusta. Penelitian ini juga menilai kecukupan pajanan matahari menggunakan kuesioner pajanan matahari mingguan. Kadar serum 25(OH)D diperiksa dengan metode chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) dan kadar plasma RVD dilakukan dengan metode enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Median kadar serum 25(OH)D adalah 12,68 ng/ml (4,88 – 44,74). Median kadar plasma RVD adalah 1,36 ng/ml (0,26 – 8,04). Berdasarkan analisis regresi multivariat, tidak terdapat hubungan antara IB dengan kadar serum 25(OH)D dan kadar plasma RVD (R square = 0,055). Tedapat korelasi positif kuat antara kadar serum 25(OH)D dengan skor pajanan sinar matahari (r = 0,863; p < 0,001). ......One of many immunity system’s roles against M. leprae infection is macrophage response through its interaction with vitamin D and vitamin D receptor (VDR). The interaction between vitamin D and VDR in various immune cells will stimulate the expression of cathelicidin. The objective is to analyze the serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D₃ (25(OH)D) and plasma level of VDR as well as their association with IB in leprosy patients. This observational analytic study was performed with cross-sectional design. A total of 28 subjects underwent a slit-skin smear examination and then the diagnosis of leprosy was made based on the cardinal signs. This study also assessed the patient’s sun exposure with weekly sun exposure questionnaire. Serum 25(OH)D level was assessed with chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) method and RVD plasma level was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Median serum level of 25(OH)D was 12.68 ng/ml (4.88 – 44.74). Median plasma level of VDR was 1.36 ng/ml (0.26 – 8.04). Based on multivariate regression analysis, there was no significant association between BI and serum level of 25(OH)D and plasma level of VDR (R square = 0.055). There was strong positive correlation between serum level of 25(OH)D and sun exposure score (r = 0.863; p < 0.001).

Akne vulgaris (AV) adalah penyakit inflamasi yang kronis pada bagian pilosebasea.  Pada umumnya akne terjadi pada masa pubertas, dewasa muda, dan banyak terjadi pada remaja. AV mempengaruhi 85% dewasa muda usia 12-25 tahun dan secara konsisten menduduki “the top three most prevalence skin condition“ dalam populasi umum Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi timbulnya akne vulgaris dan yang masih menjadi perebatan adalah faktor nutrisi. Dengan menggunakan cut-off <20 ng/mL, prevalensi defisiensi vitamin D bervariasi antara 6-70% di Asia Tenggara, hasil penelitian di Malaysia lebih dari setengah (58%) jumlah remaja memiliki 25(OH)D <50 nmol/L. Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang yang membandingkan nilai rerata kadar vitamin D serum antara dua kelompok derajat akne pada remaja siswa sekolah menengah atas usia 15-18 tahun di kota Depok. Jumlah subjek total 60 orang terbagi dalam 2 kelompok, 30 orang kelompok akne vulgaris ringan (AVR) dan 30 orang akne vulgaris sedang-berat (AVS). Rerata kadar vitamin D serum subjek adalah 17,29±6,77 ng/ml. Sebanyak 21 subjek (35%) berada pada kondisi sufisiensi vitamin D dan 39 subjek (65%) berada dalam kondisi insufisiensi-defisiensi (terdiri dari 43,3% insufisiensi, 21,7% defisiensi). Kadar rerata vitamin D serum pada kelompok AVR 15,45±6,7 ng/ml dan pada AVS 19,13±6,8 ng/ml dengan p=0,034.

Kesimpulan : hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kadar vitamin D serum dengan akne vulgaris. vitamin D serum.

 


Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory disease as a part of pilosebaceus. In general acne occurs during puberty, but it can also occur in young adults, and many occur in adolescents. Acne vulgaris affects 85% of young adults aged 12-25 years and consistently occupies "the top three most prevalence skin conditions" in the general population. One of the factors that influence acne vulgaris and which is still a debate pro and contra are nutritional factors. This study aims to find a relationship between vitamin D serum level and the degree of acne in adolescents. Previous researches that linked vitamin D levels with acne was not conclusive, especially in adolescents. This is a cross-sectional study that compares the mean values of serum vitamin D levels between two groups of acne levels in adolescents of high school students aged 15-18 years in the city of Depok. The total number of subjects was 60 people divided into 2 groups, 30 people in the group of mild acne vulgaris and 30 people with moderate-severe acne vulgaris. The mean of vitamin D level of the subject serum was 17.29 ± 6.77 ng / ml. The mean of vitamin D serum level in the mild group was 15.45 ± 6.7 ng / ml and moderate group was 19.13 ± 6.8 ng / ml with p = 0.034. A significant association was found between serum vitamin D levels and the degrees of acne vulgaris.

Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between serum vitamin D levels and degree of acne vulgaris. The mean of vitamin D level are lower in mild acne group than in moderate group

ABSTRAK
Preeklampsia ditandai dengan peningkatan tekanan darah dan proteinuri. Vitamin D diduga berperan pada pengaturan tekanan darah dengan menghambat pembentukan renin dan angiotensin II. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan disain potong lintang komparatif yang bertujuan untuk melihat perbandingan status vitamin D pada ibu hamil normal dan preeklampsia. Perempuan hamil berusia 18-40 tahun, terdiri dari 33 hamil normal dan 33 preeklampsia yang datang di poliklinik dan ruang bersalin Rumah Sakit Tarakan, Jakarta diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini. Data umur, usia kehamilan, paritas, pendidikan, paparan sinar matahari, asupan vitamin D dengan cara FFQ semikuantitatif didapatkan dengan wawancara, dan dilakukan pengukuran lingkar lengan atas dan kadar vitamin D serum. Tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna dalam hal umur, usia kehamilan, paritas, paparan sinar matahari, asupan vitamin D, lingkar lengan atas dan kadar vitamin D serum antara hamil normal dengan preeklampsia.Asupan vitamin D lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan angka kecukupan gizi yang dianjurkan pada hamil normal maupun preeklampsia. Defisiensi vitamin D terlihat pada 50% preeklampsia dan 33% hamil normal. Kesimpulan: kadar vitamin D serum tidak berbeda bermakna pada hamil normal maupun preeklampsia.
ABSTRACT
Preeclampsia is a condition with high blood pressure and proteinuria during pregnancy. Vitamin D plays a role in the regulation of blood pressure by inhibiting renin and angiotensin II formation. This study was a comparative crosssectional study aiming to compare serum vitamin D concentration among normal pregnancy and preeclampsia. Pregnant women aged 18-40 years,were recruitedconsisting of 33 subjects with normal pregnancy and 33 subjects with preeclampsia. Data on age, gestational age, parity, education , MUAC, vitamin D intake using semi-quantitative FFQ, sun exposure and serum vitamin D concentration were assessed. There were no significant differences of age, gestational age, parity, education, vitamin D intake, sun exposure, MUAC and serum vitamin D concentration between normal and preeclamptic pregnancy. In both groups, vitamin D intake was lower than recommended dietary allowance. Half of preeclampsia suffered from vitamin D deficiency, while it was only 33% among normal pregnancy. Conclusion: serum vitamin D was not different among normal pregnancy and preeclampsia.

Latar Belakang: Insufisiensi vitamin D mengenai hampir 50% populasi seluruh dunia. Dua penyebab paling utama defisiensi adalah kurangnya paparan sinar matahari dan asupan nutrisi vitamin D tidak adekuat. Mulai usia 6 bulan, ASI tidak dapat memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan makronutrien dan mikronutrien bayi termasuk juga vitamin D. Penelitian yang mendukung angka kejadian defisiensi dan insufisiensi vitamin D serta mengetahui paparan sinar matahari yang adekuat untuk mencukupi kebutuhan vitamin D harian belum banyak dilakukan di Indonesia, terutama usia 7-12 bulan. Tujuan: Membuktikan pengaruh paparan sinar matahari terhadap kadar vitamin D bayi usia 7-12 bulan. Metode: Uji acak terkontrol dilakukan terhadap 109 subjek berusia 7-12 bulan di Puskesmas wilayah Semarang pada bulan Februari sampai Mei 2019. Dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi (54 subjek) dan kontrol (55 subjek) dengan kriteria inklusi: tidak memiliki kelainan kongenital maupun penyakit kronik dan orangtua bersedia mengikuti penelitian. Kriteria eksklusi: memiliki status gizi kurang dan gizi buruk, warna kulit selain kuning langsat dan sawo matang, defisiensi vitamin D berat dengan gejala klinis dan mendapat suplementasi vitamin D. Intervensi: paparan sinar matahari selama 5 menit pada pukul 10.00-14.00 tiga kali seminggu selama 2 bulan. Dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar vitamin D awal dan akhir serta food recall. Hasil: Didapatkan hasil angka defisiensi vitamin D sebesar 8,9%. Tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna untuk kadar vitamin D awal pada kedua kelompok dengan rerata kadar vitamin D 39,1±14,9 ng/ml pada kelompok intervensi dan 38,6±15,4 ng/ml pada kontrol. Setelah 2 bulan, terdapat perbedaan bermakna dengan p=0,005 pada kadar vitamin D kedua kelompok dengan rerata kelompok intervensi 47,9±21,9 ng/ml dan 36,6±13,7 ng/ml pada kontrol. Tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna untuk asupan vitamin D pada kedua kelompok. Kesimpulan: Paparan sinar matahari pukul 10.00-14.00 selama 5 menit pada 50% luas permukaan badan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kadar vitamin D bayi berusia 7-12 bulan.
Background: Vitamin D insufficiency found in almost 50% of world population. Two main causes of deficiency were less sun exposure and inadequate vitamin D intake. Since 6 months, breastmilk couldnt fulfilled infant s nutrient need including vitamin D. Study supported vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency prevalence and also information about adequate sun exposure needed to maintain daily vitamin D had not been done much in Indonesia, especially aged 7-12 months. Objective: To prove effect of sun exposure on vitamin D levels of infants aged 7-12 months Method: Randomised controlled trial was done to 109 subjects aged 7-12 months in Primary Health care around Semarang city on February until May 2019. Divided to intervention group (54 subjects) and control (55 subjects) with inclusion criteria: no congenital or chronic disease, parents agreed to join the study. Exclusion criteria: moderate or severe malnutrition, skin tone other than yellow or brown, severe vitamin D deficiency with clinical manifestation and received vitamin D supplementation. Intervention : sun exposure for 5 minutes from 10.00-14.00 three times a week for 2 months. Vitamin D level measurement and food recall were done before and after. Results: It is shown that prevalence of deficiency was 8.9%. No significant difference on pre vitamin D levels for intervention group (mean 39.1±14.9 ng/ml) and control (mean 38.6±15.4 ng/ml). After 2 months, there was significant difference between intervention group (mean 47.9±21.9 ng/ml) and control (mean 36.6±13.7 ng/ml) with p=0.005. There was no significant difference for vitamin D intake between two groups. Conclusion: Sun exposure of 50% body surface area at 10.00-14.00 for 5 minutes has an effect to increase vitamin D level of infants aged 7-12 months.

Background: Vitamin D role in immune system have been investigated due to the presence of VDR on immune cells. Based on this information deficient level of vitamin D could affect the progression of allergic rhinitis. Unfortunately the data regarding vitamin D status in the normal population and allergic rhinitis patient were very limited in Indonesia. This research was done to provide illustration regarding the status of vitamin D in healthy and allergic rhinitis patients in Jakarta and also to investigate the factor that might affect the level of vitamin D in allergie rhinitis. Methods: This research was an observational cross sectional research. There were 22 subjects used during this research all diagnosed with moderate-severe allergic rhinitis. The study used the Electrochemiluminescence Immunoassay (ECLIA) technique. The data then were analyzed with IBM® SPSS statistic version 22 Results: The difference between the mean vitamin D of patients suffering from allergic rhinitis with healthy controls (12.7±10.3 ng/mL to 15.1±8.1 ng/mL). There was no significant diference in mean vitamin D between the gender groups (Independent Sample T-test p= 0.62). There were no statistical difference between the vitamin D level in patient with different eosinophil count and IL-5 level (IL-5 group: one-way ANOVA: p= 0.897; eosinophil group: One Way ANOVA: p = 0.752). Background: The aim of this study was to analyse differences in bone density and vitamin D and calcium concentrations between pregnant and non-pregnant women. Methods: This was an analytical, cross-sectional study of women aged 30 years or over, residing in the Puskesmas Bangkalan district. The sample population was chosen at random and included 10 pregnant women in their third trimester and 10 non-pregnant women. This observational study consisted of an interview, a blood test, and a 24-hour recall. The concentration of serum vitamin D (25(OH)D) was measured by Gas Chromatography and a Photometric Test measured the concentration of serum calcium. Participant’s bone density was measured by bone ultra sonometer. The data was analysed using the Mann-Whitney test and assessed ultraviolet-B exposure, bone density values, and consumption of vitamin D, calcium, energy, and protein. The Student t-test was used to analyse serum vitamin D and calcium concentrations. Results: There were no differences between the groups’ serum vitamin D concentrations (p = 0.946). However, there were significant differences between the groups’ serum calcium concentrations (p = 0.047) and bone density values (p = 0.019). Conclusions: A high prevalence of vitamin D deficiency (25(OH)D < 50 nmol/L) and insufficiency (25(OH)D < 80 nmol/L) was observed in both groups. The mean serum calcium concentrations and bone density values were lower in pregnant subjects than non-pregnant subjects.

Tesis ini bertujuan mengetahui kadar vitamin D dan zinc serum pasien preeklamsia berat dan hamil normal, mengetahui hubungan antara kadar vitamin D dan zinc dengan kejadian preklamsia berat, dan prevalensi preeklamsia berat di RSCM. Penelitian ini merupakan observasional potong lintang. Subyek penelitian adalah perempuan hamil yang menjalani persalinan di Kamar Bersalin RSCM pada Januari sampai dengan April 2014. Terdapat 22 subyek kelompok preeklamsia berat dan 22 subyek kelompok hamil dengan tekanan darah normal. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rerata kadar vitamin D dan median kadar zinc lebih rendah pada kelompok preeklamsia berat dibandingkan hamil normal, namun tidak berbeda bermakna. Kadar vitamin D dan zinc tidak berhubungan bermakna dengan kejadian preklamsia berat, dengan p=0,689 dan 0=0,517. Prevalensi hipertensi dalam kehamilan di RSCM adalah 31,07%, dengan rincian sebagai berikut: hipertensi kronik, hipertensi gestasional, preeklamsia ringan, preeklamsia berat, preeklamsia berat superimposed, sindrom HELLP, dan eklamsia gravidarum adalah 0,54%, 2,14%, 1,96%, 17,14%, 3,21%, 4,64%, dan 1,44%.
The purpose of this investigation was to examine the maternal plasma level of vitamin D and zinc in cases of severe preeclampsia compare to normal pregnancy, to know association between level of vitamin D and zinc and severe preeclampsia, and to know prevalence of severe preeclampsia in Cipto Mangunkusumo. This is a cross sectional observational study. Subjects were pregnant women who gave birth in delivery room Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital in between January and April 2014. There are 22 subjects in severe preeclampsia group and 22 subjects in normotensive pregnancy. Subject with severe preeclampsia were noted to have lower maternal vitamin D and zinc level to normotensive pregnancy with not significant statistically (p 0,689 and p 0,517). Prevalence of hypertension in Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital is 31,07% which is contain of: chronic hypertension 0,54%, gestational hypertension 2,14%, mild preeclampsia 1,96%, severe preeclampsia 17,14%, superimposed severe preeclampsia 3,21%, HELLP syndrome 4,64%, and eclampsia 1,44%.
