"Seorang apoteker yang profesional harus mampu menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan yang telah diperoleh selama masa studi dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan calon apoteker mengenai peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker serta mendapatkan gambaran pekerjaan kefarmasian, calon apoteker perlu melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker terlebih dahulu sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilakukan di Kimia Farma Apotek 001 Garuda periode Maret 2022, PT. Novell Pharmaceuticals Laboratories periode Mei-Juni 2022, Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk periode Juli 2022, PBF SamMarie Tramedifa periode Agustus 2022, dan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia periode September - Oktober 2022. Setelah pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek, Industri, pusat kesehatan masyarakat (Puskesmas), PBF, dan Rumah Sakit tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang cukup sehingga siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja sebagai apoteker yang kompeten dan profesional.

A professional pharmacist must be able to apply the knowledge that has been acquired during the study period in carrying out pharmaceutical work. As an effort to increase the knowledge and skills of prospective pharmacists regarding the roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists and to get an overview of pharmaceutical work, prospective pharmacists need to carry out Pharmacist Professional Work Practice before entering the world of work. Pharmacist professional work practice is carried out at Kimia Farma Pharmacy 001 Garuda for the period of March 2022, PT. Novell Pharmaceuticals Laboratories for the period May-June 2022, the Kebon Jeruk District Health Center for the July 2022 period, PBF SamMarie Tramedifa for the August 2022 period, and the University of Indonesia Hospital for the September-October 2022 period. Pharmacists is one of the professional health workers who have an important role in carrying out pharmaceutical work. The important thing to do to become a professional pharmacist is to participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice to increase understanding of the roles, functions, positions, and responsibilities of pharmacists before entering the workforce. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is held at Kimia Farma Garuda Pharmacy for the period of February 2022, PT Mahakam Beta Farma for the period March – April 2022, and the Jagakarsa District Health Center for the period May 2022. By participating in the Practice Program, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists will have insight, knowledge, skills, and abilities to do pharmaceutical work"

"Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) merupakan salah satu pelayanan yang didapatkan peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Pelayanan obat PRB diberikan oleh ruang farmasi Puskesmas dan Apotek yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan seperti Apotek Kimia Farma Kemayoran. Salah satu penyakit kronis yang masuk dalam PRB yaitu hipertensi. Biasanya pasien yang menderita hipertensi disertai penyakit lain seperti penyakit jantung koroner, diabetes melitus, dan riwayat penyakit stroke sehingga diperlukan kombinasi obat antihipertensi agar tekanan darah pasien dapat mencapai target dan terkontrol. Banyaknya jumlah obat yang diterima pasien dalam satu resep dapat meningkatkan terjadinya masalah terkait obat sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis resep agar masalah terkait obat dapat dihindari. Analisis resep dilakukan dengan mengambil data resep pasien PRB selama bulan September 2022 di Apotek Kimia Farma Kemayoran. Data tersebut kemudian diolah untuk mendapatkan hasil pola penggunaan obat PRB dan jumlah pemenuhan obat antihipertensi pasien PRB. Selanjutnya dilakukan pemilihan resep PRB yang di dalamnya terdapat obat antihipertensi dan dipilih 3 resep dengan jumlah dan variasi obat antihipertensi. Kemudian dilakukan pengkajian resep untuk mengetahui masalah terkait pengunaan obat pada pasien PRB. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pada resep pasien PRB yang mengandung obat antihipertensi ditemukan beberapa masalah terkait obat seperti efek samping dan interaksi antara obat yang perlu diperhatikan. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan mengubah jadwal konsumsi obat pasien atau dengan memberikan obat tambahan untuk mengatasi efek samping yang muncul pada pasien.

Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) is one of the services provided by BPJS Health participants. PRB drug services are provided by the pharmacy room at the Community Health Center and Pharmacies that work with BPJS Health, such as the Kimia Farma Kemayoran Pharmacy. One of the chronic diseases included in DRR is hypertension. Usually patients who suffer from hypertension are accompanied by other diseases such as coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, and a history of stroke, so a combination of antihypertensive drugs is needed so that the patient's blood pressure can reach the target and be controlled. The large number of drugs that patients receive in one prescription can increase the occurrence of drug-related problems, so it is necessary to analyze the prescription so that drug-related problems can be avoided. Prescription analysis was carried out by taking prescription data from PRB patients for September 2022 at the Kimia Farma Kemayoran Pharmacy. The data is then processed to obtain the results of patterns of PRB drug use and the number of fulfillment of antihypertensive drugs in PRB patients. Then a prescription review was carried out to find out problems related to drug use in PRB patients. The results of the analysis showed that the PRB patient's prescription containing antihypertensive drugs found several drug-related problems such as side effects and interactions between drugs that needed attention. This problem can be overcome by changing the patient's drug consumption schedule or by giving additional drugs to deal with side effects that appear in patients."
