Praktik Profesi Apoteker PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Abbott Indonesia telah berlangsung selama dua bulan dimulai pada tanggal 3 Januari - 28 Februari 2017. Kegiatan Praktik Profesi Apoteker ini bertujuan bagi calon apoteker untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang semua aspek CPOB dan GMP yang terkait dalam industri farmasi dan menentukan penerapan CPOB dan GMP di PT Abbott Indonesia untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi untuk melihat kondisi riil dunia kerja. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pemantauan Kualitas Pemasok PT. Abbott Indonesia Melalui Supplier Score Card. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas bahan mentah yang digunakan PT. Abbott Indonesia selama ini yang digunakan untuk proses produksi melalui hasil pemeriksaan pengawasan mutu pabrik.

ABSTRACT
Profession Internship at PT Abbott Indonesia was held for two months starting on January 3 February 28, 2017. This Pharmacist Profession Practice Activity is aimed at prospective pharmacists to increase their knowledge and insight on all aspects of CPOB and GMP related in the industry Pharmacy and determine the application of CPOB and GMP at PT Abbott Indonesia to know and understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry to see the real conditions of the world of work. Special assigment given titled Quality Monitoring Supplier PT. Abbott Indonesia Through Supplier Score Card. The purpose of this special assigment is to know how the quality of raw materials used by PT. Abbott Indonesia has been used for the production process through inspection results of factory quality control.

Industri farmasi merupakan tempat dibuatnya sediaan farmasi yang aman, bermutu, dan berkhasiat. Sebuah industri farmasi wajib menerapkan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . CPOB mengatur berbagai aspek penting yang berperan dalam penjaminan mutu obat yang diproduksi. Salah satu aspek penting dalam CPOB adalah personalia. Apoteker merupakan personil kunci dalam industri farmasi yang berperan sebagai kepala bagian produksi, kepala bagian pemastian mutu, dan kepala bagian pengawasan mutu. Calon Apoteker diharapkan mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, serta memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, dan ketrampilan dalam menerapkan CPOB. PT Abbott Indonesia dalam hal ini memberikan kesempatan kepada calon Apoteker untuk melaksanakan praktik kerja profesi guna mendapatkan pengetahuan, ketrampilan, wawasan, dan pengalaman praktis di industri farmasi. Dalam praktik kerja ini juga dilaksanakan tugas khusus yaitu analisis penggunaan template pada pembuatan supplier score card. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk menganalisis template yang digunakan pada proses pembuatan supplier score card untuk sistem penilaian pemasok, apakah dapat merepresentasikan tingkat kinerja pemasok selama memasok barang dan jasa ke PT Abbott Indonesia atau tidak sehingga dapat dijadikan dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk kelanjutan kemitraan kerja dengan pemasok.

ABSTRACT
Pharmaceutical industry is a place to produce the safe, quality, and efficacious pharmaceutical preparations. A pharmaceutical industry is obligated to implement Good Manufacturing Practice GMP . GMP regulates various important aspects to ensure the quality of the products that is produced. One of them is personnel aspect. Pharmacist is a pivotal personnel in the pharmaceutical industry who roles as head of production, head of quality assurance, and the head of quality control. Pharmacist candidates are expected to understand about the pharmacist rsquo;s roles, duties, and responsibilities in pharmaceutical industry as well as having the insights, knowledges, and skills to implement the GMP in the future. In this term, PT Abbott Indonesia provides the opportunity to pharmacist candidates to do professional practices in order to obtain the knowledges, skills, insights, and professional experiences in the pharmaceutical industry. Not only do the professional practice, pharmacist candidate also do the special assignment in this session, that is analysis of template usage in supplier score card preparation. This assignment is aimed to analyze template that usually used in the supplier score card preparation, whether it can represent supplier performance while supplying the goods and services to PT Abbott Indonesia or not, so it can be used as a basic evaluation to continue the patnership between PT Abbott Indonesia and the supplier or not.

Seorang Apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek dan pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan telah dimiliki calon Apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meingkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Kimia Farma No 152, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, dan PT Abbott Indonesia selama periode bulan Januari-April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A Pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies and government-related jobs. Pharmacist must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian Pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as skills and/or abbilities expected to be possessed by Pharmacist when they graduated and/or enter professional work practices. As a preparation and to gain an experience as a Pharmacist, a prospective pharmacist have to be able to understand the role of Pharmacist and improve his or her competence, the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) was carried out at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 152, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, and PT Abbott Indonesia in January-April 2019 period. During PKPA, it is expected that students of Apotechary Professional Program can broaden their horizon, to experience and understanding pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces.
