"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Periode Bulan Februari - Maret 2020 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industi Farmasi, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Sedangkan, praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Roxy Depok Periode Mei 2020 bertujuan agar calon apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian.

Internship at PT Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Period February - March 2020 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry, and understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. While, internship at Apotek Roxy Depok on May 2020 is intended to allow the apothecary profession students to directly understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, do the pharmaceutical practice accordance to laws and ethics, and fulfill the knowledge, skills, practical experience and also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues in the real conditition."

"Penjaminan mutu obat dalam proses distribusi dilakukan dengan menerapkan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB). PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL) merupakan salah satu Pedagang Besar Farmasi di Indonesia yang telah menerapkan CDOB dan Cara Distribusi alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB) untuk menyalurkan produknya. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan pada PT. APL dalam proses pendistribusian obat yaitu atau pengambilan barang. Dalam proses pengambilan barang di APL cabang Bogor sering memakan waktu karena gudang yang sedang direnovasi dan menyimpan barang terlalu banyak. Dari latar belakang masalah yang terjadi, dilakukan inovasi perencanaan pembuatan metode vision pick dengan teknologi Artificial Intelligence untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses picking order.Tugas khusus dilaksanakan secara daring. Dilakukan analisa masalah yang terdapat pada PT. APL cabang Bogor dengan melakukan diskusi dan tanya jawab dengan pihak PT. APL cabang Bogor. Dari masalah yang ditemukan kemudian dilakukan inovasi perancangan metode untuk menangani masalah yang terjadi.Perencanaan inovasi metode vision pick dengan teknologi artificial intelligence telah dibuat dengan kerjasama pihak pengelola gudang yaitu apoteker penanggung jawab dengan divisi teknologi perusahaan. SAP harus diintegrasikan dengan teknologi kecerdasan buatan untuk meningkatkan kecepatan pengambilan barang sehingga proses distribusi di PT. APL lebih efisien.

Drug quality assurance in the distribution process is carried out by applying the Good Drug Distribution Method (CDOB). PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL) is one of the pharmaceutical wholesalers in Indonesia that has implemented CDOB and Good Medical Device Distribution Methods (CDAKB) to distribute their products. One of the activities carried out at PT. APL is in the process of distributing drugs or taking goods. The process of picking up goods at the APL Bogor branch often takes time because the warehouse is being renovated and stores too many items. From the background of the problems, an innovation in planning the making of the vision pick method with Artificial Intelligence technology was carried out to increase the effectiveness of the order picking process.

Specific tasks are carried out online. Analysis of the problems in PT. APL Bogor branch by conducting discussions and questions and answers with PT. APL Bogor branch. From the problems found, an innovative design method was carried out to deal with the problems that occurred.

The vision pick method innovation plan with artificial intelligence technology has been made in collaboration with the warehouse manager, namely the pharmacist in charge with the company's technology division. SAP must be integrated with artificial intelligence technology to increase the speed of picking up goods so that the distribution process at PT. APL is more efficient."

"ABSTRAKSeorang apoteker memegang peranan penting, salah satunya dalam bidang industri farmasi dan apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensinya sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke dalam dunia kerja. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk memahami perannya dan meningkatkan kemampuan kompetensinya, maka pada kesempatan kali ini, penulis bereksempatan untuk mengikuti kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia dan Apotek Roxy Pitara selama periode bulan Februari hingga Juni 2020. Selama PKPA ini, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi nantinya.

ABSTRACTA pharmacist plays an important role, one of which are in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies. Pharmacist competency standards in Indonesia consist of ten (10) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional field. As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to understand their role and improve their competence, on this occasion, the authors had the opportunity to participate in the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices (PKPA) at PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia and Apotek Roxy Pitara during the period from February to June 2020. During this PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in the professional practice later."

"Perencanaan merupakan bagian penting dalam proses pengadaan di sebuah Apotek. Perencanaan dapat dilakukan berdasarkan metode konsumsi ataupun epidemiologi. Kelompok kelas terapi obat yang paling banyak keluar dari Apotek dalam periode tertentu dapat dijadikan prioritas dalam pengadaan untuk periode berikutnya. Pembelian obat di Apotek dapat dilakukan tanpa resep ataupun dengan resep. Oleh karena itu kelas terapi obat yang paling sering diresepkan oleh dokter merupakan salah satu pertimbangan dalam melakukan perencanaan. Data kelas terapi didapat dengan memeriksa kelas terapi setiap obat yang tertulis pada seluruh resep yang masuk ke Apotek Roxy Mangga Besar selama periode 16-22 Agustus, selanjutnya ditentukan presentase untuk tiaptiap kelas terapi. Dari analisa yang dilakukan didapatkan tiga kelas terapi utama yang paling banyak diresepkan yaitu obat obat dalam kelas terapi Antiinfeksi terutama antibiotik (32,88%), Obat untuk saluran cerna (30,96%), dan Analgesik-Antipiretik (29,62%) dari total 520 resep. Dari data yang didapatkan dapat dijadikan acuan dalam melakukan perencanaan, dimana ketiga kelas terapi tersebut dapat dijadikan prioritas atau sebagai kelompok obat yang diberikan porsi terbesar dari anggaran dalam perencanaan obat untuk pengadaan periode berikutnya.

Planning is an important part of the procurement process at a pharmacy. Planning can be done based on consumption or epidemiological methods. The drug therapy class group that leaves the pharmacy the most in a certain period can be prioritized in the procurement for the next period. Purchasing drugs at the pharmacy can be done without a prescription or by prescription. Therefore, the drug therapy class most often prescribed by doctors is one of the considerations in planning. The therapy class data obtained by examining the therapy class of each drug written on all prescriptions that have been submitted to the Apotek Roxy Mangga Besar during the period 16-22 August, then it is determined percentages for each therapy class. From the analysis carried out, it was found that the three main classes of therapy were most widely prescribed, namely drugs in the class of anti-infective therapy, especially antibiotics (32.88%), drugs for the digestive tract (30.96%), and analgesics-antipyretics (29.62%) of a total of 520 prescriptions. From the data obtained, it can be used as a reference in planning, where the three classes of therapy can be prioritized or as a group of drugs that are given the largest portion of the budget in drug planning for the procurement of the next period."

"Analisis resep merupakan kegiatan pengkajian resep yang diterima oleh instalasi farmasi untuk di cek secara administratif, farmasetis, dan pertimbangan klinis, serta di lakukan pengkajian masalah terkait obat (DRP) dan cara pengatasannya. Tujuan analisis resep penyakit diabetes ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengobatan diabetes yang sering diresepkan dalam dunia pekerjaan, serta mengetahui adanya komplikasi dengan penyakit lainnya atau tidak. Melakukan pengkajian/analisis resep pengobatan diabetes agar tercapai terapiyang aman, rasional, dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan Studi literatur obat-obatan yang digunakan pada penyakit diabetes. Mengumpulkan resep yang mengandung obat-obat antidiabetes di Apotek Roxy Depok. Skrining dan analisa obat-obat dalam resep serta ketersediaan obat di apotek. Berdasarkan resep-resep yang ditemui umumnya pengobatan diabetes sudah sesuai dengan lini pengobatan yang ada dan pada umumnya pasien diabetes mengalami komplikasi dengan penyakit lainnya. Berdasarkan pengkajian skrining dan analisis resep/copy resep, secara administratif masih terdapat beberapa informasi yang kurang lengkap. Untuk aspek kesesuaian farmasetis dan pertimbangan klinis (analisis DRP) secara umum dapat diakatakan sesuai, aman, rasional, dan efektif.

The purpose of this diabetes prescription analysis is to determine the diabetes treatment that is often prescribed in the world of work, as well as to find out whether there are complications with other diseases or not. Conducting assessment/analysis of diabetes medication prescriptions in order to achieve safe, rational, and effective therapy. Methods used Literature study of drugs used in diabetes. Collecting prescriptions containing antidiabetic drugs at Apotek Roxy Depok. Screening and analysis of prescription drugs and drug availability in pharmacies. Based on the prescriptions found, generally diabetes treatment is in accordance with existing treatment lines and in general diabetes patients experience complications with other diseases. Based on screening studies and analysis of prescriptions/copies of prescriptions, administratively there are some incomplete information. For aspects of pharmaceutical suitability and clinical considerations (DRP analysis) in general, it can be said that it is appropriate, safe, rational, and effective."

Selain ilmu yang cukup, seorang calon apoteker juga diharapkan memiliki bekal berupa pengalaman dalam menjalankan praktik profesi apoteker, maka dari itu dilaksanakanlah Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT. Guardian Pharmatama dan Apotek Roxy Pamulang selama periode Bulan Februari - Juni 2020. Setelah PKPA dilaksanakan, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan dan pemahaman terkait praktik profesi apoteker di berbagai instansi seperti industri farmasi dan apotek.
