"Rendahnya tingkat keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Indonesia serta besarnya potensi pemanfaatan Massive Open Online Course di Indonesia, mendorong PT ABC untuk mengembangkan suatu platform pelatihan secara daring yang diberi nama Pijar Mahir. Untuk mampu bersaing dengan platform pelatihan sejenis, PT ABC telah menyusun target berupa Monthly Active User (MAU), Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), serta nilai pangsa pasar (market share) dari Pijar Mahir. Namun, berdasarkan data pada tahun 2021 diketahui bahwa target Pijar Mahir tidak tercapai. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi kepada pengguna Pijar Mahir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan penghambat yang dapat memengaruhi niat pengguna dalam mengadopsi platform Pijar Mahir serta memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan hasil penelitian. Model penelitian dibangun dengan menggunakan gabungan konstruk dari teori Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) dengan konstruk Contents of Platform, Lack of Accessibility, Lack of Interactivity, serta Tradition Barrier. Sebanyak 106 data terkumpul dari hasil survei secara daring dengan menggunakan kuesioner, yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat dua faktor yang dapat mendorong niat pengguna untuk mengadopsi Pijar Mahir yaitu Contents of Platform dan Performance Expectancy. Selain itu juga terdapat dua faktor penghambat yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap niat pengguna untuk mengadopsi Pijar Mahir yaitu Price Value dan Lack of Interaction. Berdasarkan faktor-faktor tersebut disusun tujuh rekomendasi bagi penyedia Pijar Mahir yang diharapkan dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan niat adopsi dari para pengguna.

The low level of hard skills and soft skills possessed by the Indonesia and also the large potential for the use of Massive Open Online Courses in Indonesia, trigerred PT ABC to develop online training platform called Pijar Mahir. To be able to compete with similar training platforms, PT ABC has set targets including Monthly Active User (MAU), Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and market share value from Pijar Mahir. However, based on the data, in 2021, it is known that the targets have not been achieved. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the users of Pijar Mahir. This study aims to identify the drivers and barriers faced by users of Pijar Mahir, and examine how these factors influence the intention of Pijar Mahir adoption. Moreover, this study also provides recommendations based on research results. The research model was built using a combination of constructs from the theory of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) with the Content of Platform, Lack of Accessibility, Lack of Interactivity, and Tradition Barrier. By conducting online survey, 106 data were collected and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that there are two factors that drive user’s intention to adopt Pijar Mahir namely Contents of Platform and Performance Expectancy. While the factors that become barrier are Price Value and Lack of Interaction. Based on these factors, seven recommendations were made for Pijar Mahir’s provider which are expected to help increase the adoption rate of Pijar Mahir."

"ABSTRAKKesempatan bertransaksi saham secara remote membuka business channel baru bagi brokerage atau anggota bursa. Regulasi pun tidak hanya membatasi kemungkinan penggunaan hanya untuk kalangan internal perusahaan yang tersertifikasi, namun juga dimungkinkan tiap individu yang memiliki akun di perusahaan anggota bursa (online trading). Oleh karena itu, infrastruktur TI memegang peranan penting dalam menunjang operasional bisnis. Infrastruktur TI yang terintegrasi, yang mendukung operasional baik untuk internal maupun publik, menjadi pokok penelitian. Dari beberapa insiden yang pernah terjadi dan akibat yang dihasilkan, penelitian mulai dikembangkan. Sementara di sisi lain, perbandingan terhadap perusahaan sejenis yang sudah memiliki produk online trading memperlihatkan keunggulan yang bisa didapatkan dari kesiapan implementasi infrastruktur yang terintegrasi.Berdasarkan pokok penelitian tersebut di atas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi dan adaptif berdasarkan The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM) dengan studi kasus PT. XYZ. Metode penelitian menggunakan konsep penelitian kualitatif melalui studi literatur, melakukan wawancara dan observasi.Hasil dari penelitian adalah 5 usulan aplikasi baru berdasarkan 15 prinsip arsitektur yang disimpulkan. Dari prinsip-prinsip arsitektur yang sama pula, infrastruktur diusulkan mengalami konversi dari physical ke private cloud yang berbasiskan virtual machine. Konversi dilakukan agar infrastruktur memiliki sifat failover dan redundancy agar mendukung adaptifitas arsitektur yang diharapkan.

ABSTRACTThe opportunities of equity trading remotely, known as Remote Trading, open a new business channel for brokerage members. Not only limited by certified internal employee access to exchange system, regulation also accomodate each individual who has account in organization have a same right to access exchange directly to have trading activities on behalf of themselves, later on called Online Trading. Therefore, IT infrastructure plays an important role in supporting business operations. Integrated IT infrastructure, which supports operational both for internal and public, the subject of research. Based on several incidents that have occurred and its result, the research was developed. While on the other hand, comparison to similar companies that already have demonstrated the advantages of online trading products that can be obtained from the readiness of implementing integrated infrastructure.Based on the mentioned basic research, this research aims to design an integrated information technology infrastructure and adaptive by The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM) with a case study of PT. XYZ. The research method uses the concept of qualitative research through the study of literature, conducting interviews and observations.Results of the study was 5 proposed new application is based on 15 principles of architecture concluded. Of the principles of the same architecture as well, the proposed infrastructure experienced a conversion from physical to a private cloud based virtual machine. Main idea of conversion are architecture have characteristics of failover and redundancy, so that adaptivity infrastructure achieved."
