"Persepsi tentang perempuan yang bekerja dan aktivitas domestik yang melekat, kini mulai bergeser ke ranah publik. Kedua persepsi atas peran tersebut seringkali berbenturan sehingga menyebabkan perempuan mengalami kondisi lelah secara fisik dan emosional yang memicu terjadinya konflik. Konflik kerja-keluarga dapat dipandang sebagai salah satu penyebab isu kesehatan mental seperti burnout dan stres. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan dilakukan menggunakan metodologi exploratory research. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan April hingga Mei 2021 pada 1.063 subjek, yaitu perempuan yang bekerja dan memiliki setidaknya satu tanggung jawab domestik, yaitu anak, suami, orang tua, ataupun saudara. Penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan penggunaan kuesioner berbasis online untuk menjangkau subjek penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 15 model yang dibandingkan setiap variabel domestiknya. Adapun dari 15 model tersebut, hanya 13 model yang lulus uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil menunjukkan perempuan tidak mengalami konflik kerja-keluarga saat menjalankan aktivitas domestik. Sebaliknya, saat menjalankan aktivitas pekerjaannya, mereka mengalami konflik kerja-keluarga. Konflik terbukti berpengaruh terhadap masalah kesehatan mental perempuan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, dapat memberikan pandangan bagi perusahaan terkait isu masalah kesehatan mental bagi perempuan dan penyusunan kebijakan aturan kerja yang ramah keluarga.

Perceptions about working women and the domestic activities attached to them, are now starting to shift to the public domain. Both perceptions of these roles often clash, causing women to experience physically and emotionally exhausted condition that triggers conflict. “Work-family” conflict can be seen as one of the causes of mental health issues such as burnout and stress. This research is quantitative and conducted using exploratory research as methodology. Data collection was conducted from April to May 2021 in 1,063 subjects, with women who work and have at least one domestic responsibility, ie. children, husbands, parents, or siblings. The research used a purposive sampling method and used online-based questionnaires to reach the subjects. In this research, there were 15 models which were compared to each of their domestic variables. From the 15 models, only 13 models passed the validity and reliability tests. The result show that is women do not experience work-family conflict when carrying out domestic activities. On the other hand, when carrying out their work activities, they experience work-family conflict. The conflict has been shown to have an effect on women’s mental health problems. With this research, it can provide insight for companies regarding to mental health issues for women and the formulation of policies for family-friendly working rules."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah persepsi terhadap diversity management dan retaining diversity berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior toward the organization dan organizational citizenship behavior toward individual pada karyawan PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. Dalam hubungan tersebut juga diuji efek dari workplace happiness sebagai mediator. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan total sebanyak 195 responden. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software LISREL versi 8.80 untuk mengetahui hubungan dari variabel yang diuji. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perceptions of diversity management tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior toward the organization dan organizational citizenship behavior toward individual, sedangkan perceptions of retaining diversity memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan hanya terhadap organizational citizenship behavior toward individual. Perceptions of diversity management juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap workplace happiness, akan tetapi perceptions of retaining diversity memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap workplace happiness. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa workplace happiness hanya memediasi hubungan antara perceptions of diversity management dan organizational citizenship behavior, baik toward the organization maupun toward individual.

This study aims to determine whether perceptions of diversity management and retaining diversity affect organizational citizenship behavior toward the organization and organizational citizenship behavior toward individuals at PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk employees. In this connection, the effect of workplace happiness as a mediator is also tested. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire with a total of 195 respondents. The model used in this study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL software version 8.80 to determine the relationship of the variables tested. The results of this study prove that perceptions of diversity management have no effect on organizational citizenship behavior toward the organization and organizational citizenship behavior toward individuals, while perceptions of retaining diversity have a direct positive and significant effect only on organizational citizenship behavior toward individuals. Perceptions of diversity management also have no effect on workplace happiness, but perceptions of retaining diversity have a direct, positive and significant effect on workplace happiness. In addition, this study also shows that workplace happiness only mediates the relationship between perceptions of diversity management and organizational citizenship behavior, both toward the organization and toward the individual."

"Perusahaan dan manajemen perlu mempersiapkan diri dalam penyambutan pekerja generasi Z yang sudah mulai memasuki dunia kerja. Perlu untuk memahami perilaku dan karakteristik generasi Z yang belum diketahui dalam menunjang kesuksesan karir generasi Z. Di samping itu generasi Z ini mengantongi banyak sekali tantangan ke depannya, salah satunya isu Mental Health. Namun masih sedikit penelitian terkait isu tersebut pada pekerja generasi Z di Indonesia dan masih belum dipahami dengan jelas (not well understood). Berdasarkan hal tersebut penulisan ini menetapkan tujuan penelitian ingin mengeksplorasi mengapa para pekerja generasi Z di Indonesia mengalami Emotional Exhaustion dan Burnout di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini melibatkan langsung partisipasi dari pekerja yang masuk ke dalam kelompok generasi Z (tahun lahir 1995-2010) bekerja pada perusahaan Swasta dan BUMN. Data dikumpulkan dari in-depth-interview melibatkan 13 responden. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui proses coding secara manual. Dari hasil penelitian, dijelaskan bahwa pekerja generasi Z ini mengalami emotional exhaustion dan burnout karena job related. Beberapa faktor seperti ekspektasi mereka yang tidak terpenuhi, beban kerja, work environment hingga gaya kepemimpinan di tempat kerja berdampak pada mental health pekerja generasi Z.

Companies and management need to prepare for the entry of z generation into the work force. It is necessary to understand unknown behavior and characteristics of Z generation in supporting their success career. In addition, Z generation will face so many challenges in the future, including mental health issues. However, there is still a few research on the issue of Z generation workers in Indonesia and it is still not well understood. According to that, the goal of this research is to explore why is the Z generation workers in Indonesia experiencing the Emotional Exhaustion and Burnout at workplace. This research directly involves the participation of Z generation workers group (born in 1995-2010) which are working on private companies and BUMN. The data is collected from in-depth-interview involving 13 respondents and the analysis is done by using qualitative methods through manual coding. From this research, we can conclude that Z generation workers are suffered the emotional exhaustion and burnout because of job related. Some factors such as their unfulfilled expectations, workloads, work environment, and also leadership styles are influencing Z generation workers' mental health."
