"Each company has to take the fact that its existence in the future depend on human resources. Without having competitive human resource a company will be decrease because of incapability to face competition. Company must to do career development to improve and increase employee?s job in order to be able to give the best contribution in pursue company?s business goals.
This research aimed to know perception of employee about career development at Head Office in PT XYZ. This research entangle 76 respondents of Head Office PT XYZ?s employees. This technique of data collecting used in this research is through spreading questionnaire, interviewing, and also literature related to this research theme. Assessment from result of the answer of questionnaire uses Likert scale which delivered frequency distribution. In this research, writer use quantitative approach.
Conclusion resulted from this research is overall the employee?s perception of career development at Head Office in PT XYZ is good. In assessment phase, employee?s perception of implementation of self assessment and succession planning is good. In direction phase, employee?s perception of implementation of job posting is good. In development phase, employee?s perception of implementation of career development is good. Thereby an improvement of career development implementation such as make workbooks, skills inventory, implement career planning workshops, improve communication between organization and employee about career development program in company and giving equal opportunity to every employee with good performance.

"Trade union came into being as a response to capitalism, such as decreasing of human potention in production. Main role of trade union had continuing since long time ago and almost together with industry revolution. Trade union had 2 (two) major aims which are helping a better life standards and increasing the worker?s fundamental rights in a community.
The main problem of this research is how the implementation of industrial relation in PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk. This research arranged to analyze how the implementation, is agree to ILO Convention Number 87 Concerning Freedom of Association and Protection of The Right to Organize, and also any barriers during the implementation. This research is using qualitative approach. Primary data were gathered through in-depth interview using guidance with employee and manager. Secondary data were gathered through library study.
PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk as a public company with aims as a good corporate governance, had actualize the right of their orker?s to organize and establish trade union agree to Convention ILO No. 87 Concerning Freedom of Association and Protection of The Right to Organize. In evolution, trade union of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol towards to the right direction. This statement proved with good industrial relation between the worker and the management, and also many facilities that have been gaved by the management to the workers in frame increasing workers and family welfare.
There were no barriers found in implementation of industrial relation in PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol. Only some default content of Collective Agreement that caused missunderstanding. There are three suggestion based on research summary: (1) PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol can be example to implementing congruent industrial relation, (2) obtain a deep understanding of industrial relation concepts, and (3) socialization through website.

"Each organization performs various types of activities in order to achieve their goals. In a situation where 2 (two) parties are aiming the same goal, interdependency between them is more likely to happen. Interdependency should be anticipated by a good coordination to avoid any dysfunctional conflicts. In ConocoPhillips Indonesia, there are 2 (two) groups who are responsible for the Human Resources Management of the Offshore Operations Personnel. There are the Operations & Maintenance Excellence and the Human Resources Department. They cooperate to meet the goals related to the Human Resources Management.
The research questions are; how does the form of coordination between the Operations & Maintenance Excellence and the Human Resources Department, and what are the issues in their coordination process.
Researcher used qualitative and descriptive methods. Data was collected by numerous respondents with in-deep interview method through unstructured interview technique. Researcher also used literature from a lot of sources to complete the research data.
This research found that the coordination between the Operations & Maintenance Excellence and the Human Resources Department utilizes mechanisms, such as: on-line technology, regular and irregular meetings, and by assigning a coordinator, in this case the HR Generalist-Offshore. There are also several issues in the coordination process that need to be sorted out by OME & HRD before they lead to be dysfunctional conflicts.

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kenyataan yang sering terjadi pada setiap perusahaan, khususnya pada perusahaan yang memiliki perencanaan karir untuk memfasilitasi karyawannya agar tetap bertahan, berkembang dan mengalami kemajuan. Dengan fokus permasalahan: bagaimana persepsi karyawan Terhadap perencanaan karir sumber daya manusia pada kantor pusat PT. Granton Marketing di jakarta. Dari rumusan masalah di atas, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi berdasarkan fakta dan data yang valid. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatifdengan desain deskriptif. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan total sampling yang berjumlah sebanyak 40 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi 18 pernyataan dan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis univariat yaitu distribusi frekuensi dan hasil jawaban dari kuestioner dilakukan menggunakan skala Likert.
Data penelitian ini diambil dari dua sumber yaitu data primer, data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari responden sebagai sumber data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara di lokasi penelitian, kedua yaitu data sekunder, yaitu data pendukung atau pelengkap data primer yang diperoleh dari dokumen atau literatur yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Berdasarkan pada teori Ivancevich bahwa hasil penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu melakukan evaluasi terhadap perencanaan karir di perusahaan berupa pelayanan informasi, konseling, mentoring, penilaian kerja dan pelatihan agar mampu menyesuaikan perencanaan karir individu dengan rencana karir yang ada di organisasi.
This research was formed the background by the existence of the reality that often happened to each company, especially to the company that had career planning to facilitate his employee in order to continue to remain, develop and experience the progress. With the focus of the problem: how the perception of the employee towards planning of the human resources career to the PT. Granton Marketing head office in Jakarta. From the formulation of the problem above, then this research aimed at getting information was based on the fact and the valid data. This research was the research kuantitatifdengan the descriptive design. The pulling of the sample was carried out by using the total sampling that was numbering totalling 40 respondents. The instrument of the research used the questionnaire that contained 18 statements and. Technically the analysis of the data used the Analysis univariat that is the distribution of the frequency and results of the answer of kuestioner was carried out used the Likert scale.
This research data was taken from two sources that is the primary data, the data that was received directly from the respondent as the source of the data through the spreading of the questionnaire and the interview in the location of the research, the two that is the secondary data, that is the supporting data or primary data accessories that were received from the document or literature that was connected with this research. Be based on in the Ivancevich theory that results of this research of being the company must carry out the evaluation towards career planning in the company took the form of the information service, counselling, mentoring, the assessment of the work and the training in order to be able to adapt planning of the individual career to the available career plan in the organization.

"PD Pasar Jaya merupakan BUMD milik Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang saat ini sedang melakukan suatu perubahan dalam upaya meningkatkan citra di masyarakat. Saat ini PD Pasar Jaya berupaya memperbaiki citra dengan menerapkan suatu perencanaan strategis sebagai acuan dasar dalam mewujudkan tujuan organisasi agar dapat mengikuti perkembangan perubahan dan bersaing dengan pasar modern yang terus tumbuh di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi dari perencanaan strategis yang dibuat oleh PD Pasar Jaya dalam upaya mencapai tujuan organisasi ini.
Peneliti menemukan bahwa perencanaan strategis yang dibuat PD Pasar Jaya dengan melihat relevansi yang telah dicapai oleh PD Pasar Jaya sampai dengan tahun 2008 dilihat dari empat aspek yaitu aspek pembangunan dan peremajaan pasar, usaha dan pemasaran, organisasi dan SDM, serta keuangan dalam perencanaan strategisnya ternyata masih belum mampu terwujud dengan semestinya. Faktor internal dan eksternal dan tidak terciptanya budaya organisasi yang kuat, menjadi hambatan tersendiri dalam mewujudkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai.

PD Pasar Jaya is a DKI Jakarta's government enterprise which tries to develop in order to turn around their bad image on consumer?s view. PD Pasar Jaya has tried to implemented a strategic planning due to be adaptive to the changing environment and compete with rapid-growth of the modern market in DKI Jakarta. This research aim is to describe how PD Pasar Jaya implement their strategic planning.
Researcher, in order to see the PD Pasar Jaya's planning and the realization of it to 2008, split the view to four aspects: marketplaces development and preservation, operational and marketing, organizational and human resources management, and financial management. In general, PD Pasar Jaya's implementation of their strategic planning hasn't reached the target yet. There are internal and external factors and lack of a strong organizational culture which create barriers of achieving the target in this case."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggali dan mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi kinerja karyawan pada Divisi Multimedia PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bersifat eksplanatif dengan menggunakan perhitungan SPSS versi 17 serta aplikasi uji Pearson Correlation. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 60 orang responden yang merupakan karyawan divisi Multimedia, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Hasil dari hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara iklim organisasi dan kinerja karyawan.
The purpose of this research is to dig in and figure out the relationship between organizational climate on employee performance Multimedia Divisions PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. This is aexplanative quantitative research using SPSS version 17 calculation and the application of Pearson Correlation test. Methods of sampling used is the Total Sampling by taking samples of as many as 60 people who were employees of Multimedia Division, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Results of the study showed that there was a relationship between organizational climate and employees performance."

"Motivasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Indramayu merupakan hal yang menentukan keberhasilan dalam proses dan hasil belajar, dimana lulusannya nanti diharapkan dapat bersaing dalam dunia kerja. Pentingnya motivasi belajar siswa ini mendorong guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengajarnya sehingga mencegah terjadinya penurunan motivasi belajar siswa yang disebabkan oleh guru yang kurangmampu dalam proses pengajaran.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kemampuan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Indramayu. Berdasarkan Teori Motivasi dari McClelland dan Herzberg, bahwa motivasi adalah keinginan untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas sesuai dengan standar yang tertinggi atau keinginan untuk berhasil dan sukses dalam suasana persaingan, pengakuan terhadap kemampuan dan prestasi, kesempatan untuk maju, tanggungjawab, serta berhubungan dengan lingkungan dimana kegiatan itu dilakukan. Motivasi belajar siswa di dalam kelas sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan mengajar guru.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatif dengan menggunakan mixmethod, yaitu data kuantitatif yang didapatkan dianalisis kemudian dilakukan Focus Group Discussion terhadap hasil analisis tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner untuk kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis linear sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji koefisien regresi dengan uji F.
Hasil uji koefisien regresi dengan uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas kemampuan mengajar guru secar a signifikan mempengaruhi variabel terikat motivasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Indramayu. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar dari guru-gurunya.

SMK students' motivation in the District of Indramayu is a decisive success in the process and outcomes of learning, where graduates will be expected to compete in the world of work. The importance of students 'motivation is encouraging teachers to improve teaching so as to prevent the decline in students' motivation caused by poor teachers in the teaching process.
This study aims to analyze how much influence the ability of teachers to teach to students' motivation SMK Indramayu district. Based on the theory of McClelland and Herzberg motivation, that motivation is the desire to carry out tasks in accordance with the standards of the highest or the desire to succeed and succeed in an atmosphere of competition, in recognition of ability and achievement, opportunity for advancement, responsibility, and correspond to the environment in which the activity was performed. Students' motivation in the classroom is strongly influenced by the ability of teachers to teach.
This research is using a mix-explanative method, the quantitative data obtained were analyzed later conducted Focus Group Discussion on the results of the analysis. The data was collected through questionnaires for deployment then analyzed using simple linear analysis techniques. Testing research hypotheses using regression coefficient test with F test.
The results of the regression coefficient test with F test showed that the ability of teachers to teach independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable SMK students' motivation in the District of Indramayu. From these results it can be concluded that in order to enhance students' learning motivation can be done by improving the teaching skills of teachers.
