"Program intervensi yang dilakukan terhadap K didasarkan pada metode Read Aloud dari Trelease (2008) dan pemberian reward jika K berhasil membaca buku secara mandiri. Program intervensi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat membaca pada K, sehingga ia mampu membaca buku secara mandiri karena keinginannya sendiri Program intervensi diadakan dalam waktu 8 (delapan) hari efektif yang terdiri atas tiga bagian, yaitu Ceramah Interaktif Read Aloud sebagai tahap intervensi pertama dan sebagai kegiatan pengembangan kemampuan bagi Ibu Z, Pelaksanaan Read Aloud di rumah sebagai tahap intervensi kedua dan Program Reward Baca Mandiri sebagai tahap intervensi ketiga. Setelah ketiga tahap selesai maka akan diambil hasil evaluasi dari program intervensi.
Hasil intervensi secara umum menunjukkan bahwa program intervensi Read Aloud dan Reward Baca Mandiri cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan minat membaca pada K, yang ditunjukkan dengan munculnya perilaku yang berhubungan dengan minat membaca termasuk salah satunya membaca mandiri. K berhasil membaca delapan cerita selama intervensi berlangsung. Meskipun begitu, kegiatan Read Aloud di rumah dan Baca Mandiri tidak berjalan sesuai jumlah hari yang direncanakan yaitu 7 hari. Kegiatan Read Aloud hanya berlangsung selama 3 hari dan Baca Mandiri berlangsung selama 4 hari. Menurunnya kesehatan Ibu Z sebagai pembaca buku cerita dan terlalu banyak waktu K untuk menonton televisi menjadi penyebab kurang maksimalnya hasil yang dicapai.
Intervention program that has been conducted upon subject K is based on Read Aloud method from Trelease (2008), reward are also given to K if she is able to read a book independently. The intervention program purpose is to improve reading interest on K, so she is able to read a book independently due to personal interest. The intervention program scheduled for 8 (eight) effective day which consists of three parts, interactive lessorhof Read Aloud for K's mother (or known as Z) as first step of intervention and as a improvement activity for Z, read aloud implementation as second step of intervention, and independent reading reward program as third step. After all steps has been conducted the evaluation of intervention program are taken.
The intervention result generally shows that read aloud and independent reading reward can be quite effective to increase reading interest in K, that is showed by the onset of behavior related to reading interest, where as K has read 8 stories during the intervention. Even so, the time plan for read aloud and independent reading activity in K's house does not occur as scheduled. The program scheduled for 7 days, but in reality read aloud activity only occurred 3 days and independent reading activity only occurred 4 days. Due to the Z as story reader was being sick and K activity that spends too much time watching TV; these have resulted achievements are not maximized."

"Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan serbuk limbah termoset poliester dari industri powder coating sebagai filler untuk memproduksi komposit berbasis matriks polivinil klorida (PVC) dengan tujuan untuk mendaur ulang sumber daya dengan cara yang lebih menguntungkan dan peduli lingkungan. Serbuk limbah termoset poliester yang memiliki gugus fungsi reaktif dicampur dengan PVC dan heat stabilizer divariasikan komposisi filler yang ditambahkan 30, 40, 50 dan 60 phr dan temperatur hot melt mixing pada suhu 170°C, 175°C, 180°C dan 185°C menggunakan alat two roll mill sebagai variabel dengan pengujian yang dilaksanakan adalah pengukuran tegangan permukaan dengan metode sessile drop dan Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy FTIR untuk menguji interaksi antar campuran, Scanning Electron Microscopy SEM untuk melihat kompatibilitas serta keberhasilan dispersi dan distribusinya, dan Thermo Gravimetric Analysis TGA-Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) untuk analisis termal. Pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa penambahan filler pada hingga 50 phr dan suhu hot melt mixing pada 175°C dapat meningkatan kompatibilitas secara fisik dan kimiawi serta sifat campuran dengan indikasi peningkatan intensitas ikatan hidrogen serta distribusi dan dispersi campuran dengan pendekatan pengamatan SEM yang diolah menggunakan software ImageJ dengan plugin Near Neighbor Distance NND. Berdasarkan analisis TGA/DTA penambahan serbuk limbah termoset poliester mampu meningkatkan ketahanan termal komposit.

This study, the waste polyester thermoset polyester powder from powder coating industry was reused to produce poly(vinyl chloride) composites with the aim to recycle resources in a more profitable and environmental concern way. The waste polyester thermoset powder with functional groups on the surface was reactive to polar resins such as PVC, then mixed with additional heat stabilizer powder. The FT-IR spectrum and critical surface tension using sessile drop method were used to test the compatibility, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) were used to test the compatibility, dispersive and distributive mixing, Thermo Gravimetric Analysis (TGA)-Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) were used to analyze thermal properties. The samples were tested to study the effect of adding content of filler from 30 phr, 40 phr, 50 phr, 60 phr and also hot melt mixing parameter at temperature 170°C, 175°C, 180°C, and 185°C using two roll mill. From the study, the optimum adding content waste polyester thermoset polyester powder was up to 50 phr and temperature of hot melt mixing at 175°C can increase the compatibility physically, mechanically and also mixing characteristics (dispersive and distributive mixing) with the indication of increasing hydrogen bond. The TGA and DTA test showed that the presence of waste polyester thermoset polyester powder improved the thermal properties."

"Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi karier memiliki peran yang lebih kuat terhadap perceived external employability dibandingkan optimisme. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode korelasional dan multiple regression. Variabel perceived external employability diukur menggunakan Perceived External Employability scale, optimisme dengan Life Orientation Test-Revised, dan kompetensi karier dengan Career Competencies Questionnaire. Partisipan yang berhasil direkrut dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 160 karyawan dengan rentang usia 18 – 29 tahun. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi karier (β = 0,52, p < 0,01) mampu menjadi prediktor yang lebih kuat dibandingkan optimisme (β = -0,03, p > 0,05) dalam memprediksi perceived external employability pada karyawan dewasa muda
The aim of this study is to determine whether career competencies has a stronger role on
employee’s perceived external employability compared to optimism. This research is a quantitative research that uses correlational and multiple regression methods. This study uses measurements such as Perceived External Employability Scale to measure perceived external employability, the Life Orientation Test-Revised to measure optimism, and the Career Competencies Questionnaire to measure career competencies. Participants in this study amounted to 160 employees in the age of 18-29. The results of the analysis show that career competencies (β = 0,52, p < 0,01) has a stronger role than optimism (β = -0,03, p > 0,05) to predict employee’s perceived external employability

"ABSTRAK
Setiap manusia mempunyai karakter, yaitu suatu set ciri-ciri psikologis individu,
berisi nilai-nilai moral, sosial, dan agama, untuk mengarahkan individu
berperilalm yang benar. Program pendidikan karakter ini disusun sebagai usaha
menyediakan pengalaman yang dapat membentuk seseorang mcnjadi pribadi yang
berkarakler balk dan dapat berperilaku sesuai dengan tumutan sosial. Program ini
diperuntukkan bagi peserla diclik taman kanak-kanak tingkat A karena mereka
berada pada rentang usia paling baik lmtuk diajarkan mengenai berbagai macam
hal. Program berisi pengajaran nllai-nilai moral yang berakarkan pada dua nilai
utama dan universal, yaitu rasa hormat dan tanggung jawab.
Pcnyusunan program diawali dengan analisa kebutuhan melalui Focus Group
Discussion agar program sesuai dengan visi_ misi, dan kebutuhan sekolah, dalam
hal ini TK. Karya Mulya Dari analisa kebutuhan diperoleh tiga nilai utama yang
perlu dikembangkan, yaitu pengendalian diri, kemandirian, dan keadilan.
Tujuan utama program pendidikan karakter ini adalah membentuk para pesena
didik TK Karya Mulya menjadi pribadi yang berkaralner balk, yang tampak dalam
perilaku schari-hari. Kegiatan program mencakup tiga komponen moral, yaitu
pengetahuan, rasa, dan lindakan moral. Kegiatan diadakan satu kali dalam
seminggu, dengan durasi 20 menit untuk setiap sesinya Metode yang digunakan
meliputi pemasangan spanduk atau hasil karya, penceritaan, diskusi/tanya jawab,
pelabelan perilaku, bermain peran, bermain, prakarya, kegiatan sosial sederhana,
dan sliker reward. Modul program lerdiri dari ll sesi dengan kescluruhan
kegialan berjumlah 33 kegiatan.

ABSTRACT
Every person has their own character. It is a set of psychological dispositions of
an individual, consists of moral, social, or religious values, to direct a person in
order to behave properly. This character education program was designed as an
effort for providing experiences to develop good characters in a person, and
therefore enable the person to behave accordingly to the social demands. 'lhis
program was targeted for students in Kindergarten A, since they are in the golden
age, the best time to teach them about many things. This program will teach moral
values, rooted in two great universal values, which are respect and responsibility.
Designing this program was started by gathering data through Focus Group
Discussion for need analysis. This step is important so that the program will fit the
vision, mission and school?s needs, in this case, TK Karya Mulya The result of
need analysis informed that there are three main values needed to develop. 'they
are self control, independency, and fairness.
The main goal of this character eduaition program is to shape the students in
Karya Mulya Kjndergarteii A to be a person with good characters, reflected in
daily behavior. This program includes three moral components: moral knowing,
moral feeling, and moral action. The activites will be held once a week, with 20
minutes duration for each sxsion. Teaching method used are setting up banner or
display for students? art and crafts, story-telling, discussion, behavior labeling,
simple social activities, and reward stickers. The modul ofthe program has ll
sessions, with 33 activities in total.eywords: character education, moral values, moral components.

"Penelitian mengenai pendeteksian terhadap ruang terbatas proses pemesinan awal 5 Axis, merupakan salah satu bagian dalam pengembangan sistem CAM yang berbasis model faset 3D. Ruang terbatas dibedakan menjadi 2 bagian yaitu ruang terbatas terbuka dan ruang terbatas tertutup. Perbedaan ruang terbatas terbuka dan ruang terbatas tertutup yaitu perlunya orientasi pahat untuk proses pengerjaan ruang terbatas tertutup.
Dalam penelitian ini pendeteksian ruang terbatas dilakukan dengan mendeteksi kebertumpukan segitiga dalam bidang x dan y dan perbedaaan arah vektor normal terhadap sumbu radius pahat. untuk mendapatkan hasil deteksi pahat pada ruang terbatas, penulis mengembangkan algoritma-algoritma dalam mengolah data yang berupa STL file. Metode yang telah dikembangkan ini kemudian di uji terhadap beberapa model produk dan mampu memberikan informasi mengenai adanya ruang terbatas dan areanya.

The research concerning of bounded volume detection method for roughing process in multi-axis milling is one of a section to develop CAM system wich based on faceted model 3D. The bounded volume have 2 part wich very important, that is close boundary volume and open Boundary volume. The differences of open boundary volume and close boundary volume is tool oriented needed in machining process for close boundry volume.
In this research. Boundary volume will be get with detection of stacking of triangle and the differences of normal vector with normal angle of radius tool. To get bounded volume detection result, The writer develop algorithms to processing of STL file. The method which have been developed will be test to some models product and can give information regarding the existence of bounded volume area.

"Sculptured surface machining technology is increasing its role in modern manufacturing. Products? surfaces become more complicated each day and require technology that is able to perform machining processes more accurately, precisely and take lesser time and cost. Nowadays, CAM helps so much on these matters. One of the difficulties in performing sculptured surface machining process is machining on feature which can not be reached by ordinary 3 axis machining process, called closed bounded volume (CBV).
The thesis is discussing the development of algorithm that not only can analyze a model as a whole, but also can automatically detect CBV on a model, which is a 3D faceted model, through Paired Normal Vectors Bucketing (PNVB). And the algorithm also automatically generates tool path for multi axis roughing on the CBV. The algorithm development and the model analysis are worked based on faceted model in STL file format. As the result, the algorithm has successfully detected CBV in a complex-shaped model and listed the tool?s coordinates and orientations during machining process on the CBV."

"Permasalahan Gougingdan Collisionsampai saat ini masih menjadi kendala terbesar dalam proses pemesinan 5-aksis, tidak terkecuali dalam pemodelan proses pemesinan 5-aksis yang menggunakan pahat toroid berbasis model faset. Gouging pada model faset dideteksi terjadi pada titik (vertex), sisi (edge) maupun muka (face) dari model faset. Metode yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi : metode penurunan persamaan matematika serta metode pemodelan yang berfungsi untuk verifikasi model matematika yang telah dihasilkan. Metode matematika digunakan untuk menurunkan persamaan inklinasi pahat minimal yang dapat digunakan untuk menghilangkan gouging. Untuk vertex gouging penurunan persamaan diturunkan berbasis geometri analitik, sedangkan edge gouging dan face gouging diturunkan berbasis numerik. Metode pemodelan dilakukan dengan bantuan MATLAB berfungsi untuk mensimulasi persamaan yang dihasilkan, sehingga terlihat persamaan yang tekah diturunkan benar adanya.

Gouging and collision are the main problems in multiaxis machining. Gouging in faceted models detected in the vertex, edge, and face of the triangles. There are two methods to avoid gouging which are lifting tool and inclining too). In this research, the minimum inclination angle for avoid gouging must be found. The tool is inclined based on the types of gouging. In vertex gouging, the equation of inclination angle for avoid gouging based on analytical mathematic, but for edge and face gouging, the equation of the inclination angle for avoid gouging based on numerical methods. These types of gouging are described and the tool inclining procedure has been developed and implemented for gouging elimination."
