Abstrak :
Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No 193 Jakarta Timur Periode Bulan April Tahun 2018 bertujuan agar mahasiswa memiliki pengetahuan, wawasan, pengalaman serta keterampilan dalam melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek, mahasiwa mampu memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker khususnya dalam menjalankan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai standar yang berlaku, serta mahasiswa dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian di Apotek dan mempelajari strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Analisis Resep Pasien Penderita Penyakit Eksim di Apotek Kimia Farma No 193 Jakarta Timur rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker mampu mengkaji kelengkapan resep yang didasarkan atas kelengkapan administratif, kesesuaian farmasetis, dan pertimbangan klinis serta menilai rasionalitas dari resep obat penyakit eksim yang diberikan. ...... Internship at Kimia Farma 193 East Jakarta Pharmacy Period April 2018 aims to have knowledge, insight, experience, and skills in practicing pharmaceutical care in pharmacy, to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists especially in practicing the pharmaceutical care according to the applicable laws and ethics, as well as to have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies to overcome related issues. This internship at was conducted for four weeks with special assignment Prescription Analysis of Patients with Eczema at Kimia Farma 193 East Jakarta Pharmacy . The purpose of this special assignment is that the prospective pharmacist are able to review the completeness of the prescribing requirements based on administrative completeness, pharmacological appropriateness, and clinical considerations, also assessing the rationality of eczema disease prescription.

Abstrak :
Penyakit Kardiovaskular, termasuk hipertensi merupakan penyebab utama kematian di dunia. Di Indonesia, hipertensi termasuk penyakit kardiovaskular terbanyak. Data dari WHO pada 2015 menunjukkan bahwa 1,13 miliar orang di dunia menderita hipertensi, dan angka ini diprediksi meningkat menjadi 1,5 miliar pada 2025. Di Indonesia 23% dari total 1,7 juta kematian pada 2017 disebabkan oleh hipertensi. Terapi antihipertensi diperlukan untuk mengontrol tekanan darah, tetapi kepatuhan pasien sering kali rendah karena mereka berhenti minum obat setelah merasa sehat. Kurangnya informasi tentang penggunaan obat dan risiko ketidakpatuhan juga berkontribusi terhadap komplikasi penyakit. Pelayanan informasi obat oleh apoteker di apotek penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dan pemahaman pasien tentang hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelayanan informasi obat terhadap pasien hipertensi BPJS Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) di Apotek Kimia Farma 364 Cilandak KKO. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan informasi obat yang jelas dan rinci dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam mengkonsumsi obat, sehingga mengurangi risiko komplikasi dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. ...... Cardiovascular disease, including hypertension, is the leading cause of death in the world. In Indonesia, hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease. Data from WHO in 2015 showed that 1.13 billion people in the world suffer from hypertension, and this figure is predicted to increase to 1.5 billion by 2025. In Indonesia, 23% of the total 1.7 million deaths in 2017 were caused by hypertension. Antihypertensive therapy is needed to control blood pressure, but patient compliance is often low as they stop taking medication after feeling well. Lack of information about drug use and the risks of non-adherence also contribute to disease complications. Drug information services by pharmacists in pharmacies are important to improve patient compliance and understanding of hypertension. This study aims to assess drug information services for hypertension patients with BPJS Referral Program (PRB) at Kimia Farma 364 Cilandak KKO Pharmacy. The results show that clear and detailed drug information services can improve patient compliance in taking drugs, thereby reducing the risk of complications and improving patient quality of life.

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi di masa sekarang telah berkembang sangat pesat, dampak positif dari hal tersebut yaitu memudahkan seluruh masyarakat dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya. Digitalisasi yang terjadi dalam bidang kesehatan disebut dengan Digital Health, salah satunya telefarmasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menelaah pelaksanaan serta peran apoteker dalam pelaksanaan telefarmasi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 364, Cilandak KKO. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dilakukan pengambilan data yang bersumber dari Aplikasi Kimia Farma Mobile dan WhatsApp Apotek Kimia Farma No. 364, Cilandak KKO dan didukung oleh studi literatur. Hasil penelitian diperoleh berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Aplikasi Kimia Farma Mobile dan WhatsApp Apotek Kimia Farma yaitu berupa informasi ketersediaan obat, pelayanan resep elektronik, pelayanan swamedikasi, pengantaran obat, dan konsultasi dengan apoteker. Pelayanan telefarmasi yang dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 364, Cilandak KKO sudah sesuai dengan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) yang mengacu pada Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor HK.01.07/MENKES/4829/2021. ...... The development of communication technology nowadays has progressed rapidly, with one of its positive impacts being the facilitation of activities for the entire community. The digitalization in the field of health is referred to as Digital Health, one aspect of which is telepharmacy. This research aims to examine the implementation and the role of pharmacists in telepharmacy at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 364, Cilandak KKO. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, with data collection sourced from the Kimia Farma Mobile Application and WhatsApp of Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 364, Cilandak KKO, supported by literature studies. The research results obtained based on data from the Kimia Farma Mobile Application and WhatsApp of Kimia Farma Pharmacy include information on drug availability, electronic prescription services, self-medication services, drug delivery, and consultation with pharmacists. The telepharmacy services provided at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 364, Cilandak KKO are in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) referring to the Decision of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number HK.01.07/MENKES/4829/2021.
