"The aim of this research is to find the method for analyze glimepiride and it?s metabolite. Glimepiride is the second generation of antidiabetic oral from the sulphonyl urea that works by stimulating the insulin secretion from beta cells of pancreas. Glimepiride is isolated from plasma the using chloroform. Using the high performance liquid chromatography method which include C18 reversed phase column, using mixture of methanol:water (50:50, v/v) as a mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 ml/minutes, detection at wavelenght 228 nm with photo diode array detector gives retention times of glimepiride in 17 minutes without any interference from endogen component of plasma and from it?s metabolite. Linearity with added internal standard gliclazide was established for the range concentration 100-1000 ng/ml with coefficient of correlation (r) is 0.9977 and give the limit of quantitation of glimepiride in 50 ng/ml. The results of validation method fulfilled for the given criterias."

ABSTRACT
Previous studies have shown that female college students have a low awareness of menstrual health. This situation must be resolved to prevent negative effects on their reproductive health. The objective of this study was to identify the effect of menstrual flow monitoring education on menstrual health awareness using lectures, demonstrations, and exercises. The researcher used menstrual flow charts and menstrual calendars as learning media. This study used a quasi-experimental design with only one group pretest and posttest. The sample was made up of 117 female college students from the Economic Education Study Program at University X; the individuals were selected by a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using a paired t-test. There was a significant difference in menstrual health awareness score between pretest and posttest (p= 0.017). The researchers recommend that future study should include the performance of a randomized control trial on a larger population."

Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) is nursing care method for low birthweight (LBW) infants. Some care interventions in neonatal intensive care unit, such Pengaruh Musik Keroncong selama Pelaksanaan Kangaroo Mother Care terhadap Respons Fisiologis dan Lama Rawat Bayi dengan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah Influence of Keroncong Music during Implementation of Kangaroo Mother Care to Physiological Response and Nursing Length of Low Birthweight Infants as infant massage, KMC and listening to music have advantage for infant growth in form of physiological responses and reduce LBW infant-nursing length. This study aimed to determine advantage of keroncong music toward LBW infant?s response during KMC and nursing length.
The study design was quasi experimental using pretest and posttest using control group design. Population was mothers and LBW infants implementing KMC. Samples were 60 infants taken by purposive sampling. Inclusion criteria determined for LBW infants were having weight 1,500 ? 2,499 gram, without considering pregnancy age, having ability to suckle though still weak, not suffering breathing distress. Meanwhile, exclusion criteria were infants with congenital disorder, sepsis symptoms and infants during therapy photo.
Statistical test used paired t-test, independent t-test with p value < 0.05 and confidence interval (CI) 95%. After third day of treatment, LBW pulse decreased 8.13 times/minute (p value = 0.000), respiration decreased 2.36 times/minute (p value = 0.000). Nursing length mean on the treatment group was 8.57 days, while the control group was 11.87 days (p value = 0.038). Temperature result was insignificant (p value > 0.05). In conclusion, keroncong music influences on decrease of pulse, respiration during KMC and length of infant nursing."
