"Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana persepsi karyawan pengguna sepeda ke tempat kerja pada komunitas Bike to Work (B2W) Indonesia tentang gejala kelelahan (fatigue). Persepsi tersebut ditentukan melalui analisis frekuensi deskriptif dengan melihat frekuensi nilai mean dan sebaran penilaian responden terhadap variabel gejala kelelahan yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi; pelemahan kegiatan, pelemahan motivasi, dan pelemahan fisik akibat keadaan umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden. Melalui analisis SPSS 17.0 for Windows didapat hasil bahwa karyawan pengguna sepeda pada komunitas B2W tidak setuju dengan gejala kelelahan atau dengan kata lain tidak mengalami kelelahan.

This research describes about how the perception of employee using bicycle to work in Bike to Work Indonesia Community about fatigue symptom is. The perception is determined using descriptive frequency analysis by referring the frequency of mean values and the distribution of respondent's answers to the fatigue symptom variabel which is consisted of three dimentions; activity weakening, motivation weakening, and physical weakening because of common circumstances. This research uses quantitative approach by using questionaires as the data collecting instrument spreading to 100 respondents. Trough SPSS 17.0 for Windows analysis, the result shows that the majority of the respondents disagree to the fatigue symptoms or in the other words do not experience fatigue."

"Dalam penelitian ini, proses seleksi dipilih sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh proses seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan teknik pada PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) Persero Tbk. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. 45 responden dipilih melalui teknik acak sederhana terhadap seluruh karyawan teknik PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) Persero Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses seleksi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedua variabel tersebut mempunyai hubungan korelasi yang positif.

In this study, selection process was chosen as the influencing variable of employee performance. The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of selection process on employee performance among engineers in PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) Persero Tbk. The approach of this study is quantitative with the use of survey to collect data. 45 respondents were selected through random sampling method to the engineers of PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) Persero Tbk. The results showed that selection process significantly influences employee performance. The two variables are related to each other with positive correlation."

"Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang dua variabel yaitu kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Agen PT Jasaraharja Putera Cabang Jakarta. Variabel kepuasan kerja diuji dengan menggunakan 5 dimensi yang dikemukakan Fred Luthan dan variabel kinerja karyawan diuji menggunakan 8 dimensi yang dikemukakan Faustino Gomez. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei yang menggunakan teknik total sampling terhadap seluruh agen di PT Jasaraharja Putera yang berjumlah 33 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hubungan positif yang terbentuk adalah dengan tingginya kepuasan kerja maka kinerja karyawan pada agen PT Jasaraharja Putera juga tinggi.

This study explains two variables, the variables were job satisfaction and employee perfoemance. This study aimed to examine the influence of job satisfaction towards employee performance on agents at PT Jasaraharja Putera on Jakarta Branch Office. Variable of job satisfaction were assessed using 5 dimensions of Fred Luthan and for variable of employee performance were assessed using 8 dimensions created by Faustino Gomez. This study used the quantitive approach with survey method that used total sampling technique to all of agents at PT Jasaraharja Putera on Jakarta Branch Office which held to 33 respondents. The data analysis was made by simple regression and the result was job satisfaction had a positive relationship with employee performance. The positive relationship that is formed in this study is the higher job satisfaction is the higher employee performance of agents at PT Jasaraharja Putera on Jakarta Branch Office."
