"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan asesmen terhadap kondisi sarana dan prasarana Gedung Pusat Arsip Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif dalam mendukung keberlanjutan depot arsip sesuai dengan standar nasional. Gedung ini berfungsi sebagai pusat penyimpanan arsip inaktif dan berperan penting dalam menjaga memori institusional. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pengelola gedung, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap peraturan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar sarana di gedung tersebut belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan dalam Pasal 23 Ayat (2) Peraturan Kepala ANRI Nomor 31 Tahun 2015. Keterbatasan fasilitas seperti sarana sterilisasi, alat pemantau suhu dan kelembaban, serta alat pemadam kebakaran menjadi hambatan dalam mewujudkan pengelolaan arsip yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu, kekurangan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten juga berdampak pada optimalisasi pengelolaan gedung arsip. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan sarana fisik dan dukungan sumber daya manusia untuk menjamin keberlanjutan depot arsip yang andal dan sesuai dengan standar nasional.

This thesis aims to assess the facilities and infrastructure at the Central Archives Building of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, and how these facilities contribute to the long-term sustainability of archival depot management. Through an evaluation based on the Regulation of the Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 2015, specifically Article 23 Paragraph (2), this research analyzes the adequacy of archival storage facilities, processing, and other supporting facilities such as temperature control, humidity, and security systems. This study adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method, which includes field observations, interviews with archive managers, and document analysis to gather comprehensive data. The findings indicate that although the Central Archives Building has relatively adequate facilities, there are still some deficiencies in the management of storage spaces, environmental control, and the expertise of archival staff. Therefore, this study recommends enhancing facilities and improving human resources to support the long-term sustainability of archive management in the future."

"Sistem layanan kearsipan memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung efektivitas layanan arsip di instansi pemerintah. Asisten Deputi Dokumentasi, Diseminasi, Arsip Kepresidenan Dan Kementerian Di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia bertanggung jawab dalam Pemberkasan arsip dinamis inaktif, termasuk arsip lembaga tinggi negara yang belum tertata dengan baik sejak tahun 1972–2000. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi sistem layanan kearsipan dengan batasan Pemberkasan arsip dinamis inaktif lembaga tinggi negara tahun 1972-2000 pada Asisten Deputi Dokumentasi, Diseminasi, Arsip Kepresidenan Dan Kementerian di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia dengan mengadopsi DeLone and McLean’s Information System Success Model (2003). Model ini digunakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem dalam aspek kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Paradigma Kontruktivisme Metode Studi Kasus yang mencakup wawancara dan observasi terhadap arsiparis serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai efektivitas sistem layanan kearsipan dengan batasan arsip dinamis inaktif lembaga tinggi negara tahun 1972-2000, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kualitas sistem layanan kearsipan tersebut pada Asisten Deputi Dokumentasi, Diseminasi, Arsip Kepresidenan Dan Kementerian di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia.

The archival service system plays a crucial role in supporting the effectiveness of archival services in government institutions. The Assistant Deputy for Documentation, Dissemination, Presidential and Ministerial Archives at the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia is responsible for the filing of inactive dynamic archives, including high state institution archives that have not been properly organized since 1972–2000. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the archival service system, specifically focusing on the filing of inactive dynamic archives of high state institutions from 1972 to 2000 under the Assistant Deputy for Documentation, Dissemination, Presidential and Ministerial Archives at the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia by adopting the DeLone and McLean’s Information System Success Model (2003). This model is used to evaluate the system's effectiveness through aspects of system quality, information quality, and user satisfaction. The study employs a qualitative approach with a Constructivist Paradigm and a Case Study Method, including interviews and observations with archivists as well as analysis of related documents. The results of this study are expected to provide insights into the effectiveness of the archival service system with a focus on inactive dynamic archives of high state institutions from 1972 to 2000 and offer recommendations for improving the quality of archival services under the Assistant Deputy for Documentation, Dissemination, Presidential and Ministerial Archives at the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia."
