Abstrak

[ABSTRAK

Gangguan fisik merupakan terganggunya kondisi fisik seseorang karena adanya

penyakit fisik baik kronis maupun akut. Gangguan fisik dapat menyebabkan klien

menjadi ansietas. Dampak negatif ansietas dapat menurunkan produktifitas dan

kualitas hidup. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ini adalah menggambarkan

hasil manajemen kasus spesialis keperawatan jiwa pada klien ansietas dengan

gangguan fisik menggunakan pendekatan teori self care Orem dan teori Adaptasi

Stuart di RW 10 Kelurahan Ciwaringin Bogor Tengah. Metode yang digunakan

adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan teori self care Orem dan teori Adaptasi

Stuart. Tindakan keperawatan yang dilakukan adalah tindakan keperawatan

generalis ansietas, dan tindakan keperawatan spesialis meliputi terapi individu;

terapi relaksasi progresif, terapi pikiran dan terapi penghentian pikiran; terapi

kelompok yaitu terapi suportif dan terapi keluarga yaitu psikoedukasi keluarga.

Hasil pelaksanaan tindakan keperawatan tersebut dapat menurunkan tanda dan

gejala ansietas pada aspek kogitif, afektif, fisiologis, perilaku, dan sosial serta

meningkatkan kemampuan klien dalam mengatasi ansietas. Berdasarkan hasil

karya ilmiah ini dapat direkomendasikan bahawa terapi relaksasi progresif, terapi

pikiran, terapi penghentian pikiran, terapi suportif dan psikoedukasi keluarga dapat dijadikan standar terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa khusunya ansietas.

ABSTRACT

Physical disorder is a disruption of the physical condition of a person because of

their physical illnesses both chronic and acute. Physical disorder can caused client

became anxiety. The negative impact of anxiety can reduce the productivity and

quality of life. The purpose of this thesis is to describe the results of nursing case

management specialist at the client's mental anxiety with physical disorders using

approximation theory and the theory of Orem Self Care Adaptation Stuart in RW

10 village of Ciwaringin Central Bogor. The methods that used are generalist

anxiety nursing actions and specialist nursing Action that covers; individual

therapy, progressive relaxation therapy, cognitive therapy and thought stopping

therapy; group theraphy, such as; supportive therapy and family therapy (family

psychoeducation). The results of implementation of nursing actions is it can

reduce the signs and symptoms of anxiety on cognitive, affective, physiological,

behavioral, and social aspect and also improve the client?s ability to overcome

anxiety. Based on the results of this thesis it can be recommended that progressive

relaxation therapy, thought stopping therapy, supportive therapy and family psychoeducation to be used as standard therapy nursing specialists especially mental anxiety.;Physical disorder is a disruption of the physical condition of a person because of
