Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perceived organizational support POS dan intensi turnover karyawan. Hasil penelitian terhadap 103 karyawan di Divisi B PT MI menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara POS dan intensi turnover. Koefisien korelasi yang didapatkan sebesar -0,51 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 p This study aims to determine the relationship of perceived organizational support POS and employee turnover intentions.
