"Penelitan ini mengidentifikasi profil dan mengukur kualitas layanan fasilitas fisik dan jasa creative hub yang berada di DKI Jakarta. Kuesioner penelitian dikumpulkan dari 7 creative hub swasta dan 5 creative hub Pemerintah DKI Jakarta serta 44 pelaku industri kreatif yang bekerjasama dengan creative hub tersebut. Fasilitas fisik yang tersedia di creative hub adalah ruang studio kerja, ruang workshop, ruang pembuatan prototype produk, ruang kantor bersama, ruang konferensi, pameran, seminar, cafe atau restoran, ruang display produk. Layanan jasa yang ditawarkan oleh creative hub adalah perluasan jaringan, event dan pemeran, virtual office, bantuan pemasaran. Analisis SERVQUAL digunakan untuk mengetahui gap kualitas layanan creative hub. Terdapat 3 variabel dari 5 variabel fasilitas fisik yang mempunyai nilai positif yaitu (1) ruang workshop, (2) ruang pembuatan prototype produk (3) Ruang Konferensi, pameran, seminar, dan semacamnya. Layanan jasa kreatif secara keseluruhan mempunyai nilai yang dibawah ekspektasi dari pelaku industri kreatif dengan hanya satu variabel yaitu bantuan pemasaran yang mempunyai penilaian diatas ekspektasi pelaku industri kreatif. Uji-t berpasangan dan willcoxon signed rank test untuk mengetahui signifikansi gap layanan creative hub yang dirasakan pelaku industri kreatif. Variabel yang mempunyai nilai signifikan tidak sesuai ekspektasi dari pelaku industri kreatif adalah (1) Know-how, (2) pengembangan bisnis dan komunitas/layanan inkubasi bisnis dan teknologi, (3) Pelatihan (training), (4) ruang virtual.

This research identify the profiles and to measure the quality of creative hub facilities and services in DKI Jakarta. The questionnaires of the research are collected from 7 private creative hubs and 5 creative hubs of DKI Jakarta Government and 44 creative industry actors working with the creative hub. The physical facilities which are available in the creative hub are studio space, workshop space, space to develop the prototype products, shared workspace, conference room, exhibition, seminar, or restaurant, product display room. The services offered by the creative hub are network expansion services, event and actors, virtual office and marketing assistance. SERVQUAL analysis is used to know the gap of the quality of creative hub service. There are 3 variables of 5 variables of physical facilities that have positive values, namely (1) Workshop space, (2) space to develop the prototype products (3) Conference rooms, exhibitions, seminars, and others. The Creative services overall have a value that is below the expectations which only have one variable that is marketing assistance that has the assessment above the expectations. The paired t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test are used to find out the significance of the gap of creative hubs services perceived by the creative industry actors. The services that have significant value which are not expected by the creative industry actors are (1) Know-how, (2) The business development and community/services of business incubation and Technology, (3) Training, (4) virtual space."

"Pada era globalisasi, persaingan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia antar negara semakin ketat. Pendidikan formal sampai saat ini masih menjadi sarana utama terwujudnya bangsa mandiri yang memiliki daya saing tinggi. Salah satu bentuk dari pendidikan formal adalah universitas. Berhubungan dengan ini, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Creative Self-Efficacy CSE, motivasi intrinsik, dan prestasi akademik pada mahasiswa. Creative self-efficacy memiliki dua dimensi yaitu, Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy CTSE, dan Creative Performance Self-Efficacy CPSE. Pengukuran CSE menggunakan alat ukur Revised Model of CTSE II and CPSE II Abbot, 2010. Pengukuran motivasi intrinsik menggunakan Academic Motivation Scale khususnya pada dimensi motivasi intrinsik yang dikembangkan oleh Vallerand dan Bissonnette 1992, serta prestasi akademik dilihat melalui indeks prestasi kumulatif IPK pada mahasiswa. Responden penelitian berjumlah 245 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia. Dari hasil uji statistik Pearson Correlation membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara motivasi intrinsik dan prestasi akademik r=0,199.

In the era of globalization, the competition among countries to improve the quality of its human resource seems to be more competitive. Until now, formal education is still the main source for the realization of an independent nation with high competitiveness. One form of a formal education is university. Correspondingly, this present study was conducted to examine the relationship between creative self efficacy CSE, intrinsic motivation, and academic achievement in college students. There are two dimensions of CSE, which include Creative Thinking Self Efficacy CTSE and Creative Performance Self Efficacy CPSE. To measure CSE, the Revised Model of CTSE II and CPSE II instrument was used Abbot, 2010. To measure intrinsic motivation, Academic Motivation Scale particularly in the dimension of intrinsic motivation developed by Vallerand dan Bissonnette 1992 was used, and academic achievement was measured using grade point average GPA. The study participants consisted of 245 college students enrolled in Universitas Indonesia. Pearson Correlation analysis revealed that there is a significant positive correlation between intrinsic motivation and academic achievement r 0,199."

"Bandung menjadi salah satu role model kota ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia dan di Dunia. Capaian baik tersebut adalah hasil dari usaha stakeholders yang berasal dari unsur masyarakat, bisnis, entitas sosial dan pemerintah entitas politik melalui peran strategisnya dalam mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif di Kota Bandung. Walaupun demikian, sebenarnya potensi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kota Bandung ini bisa jauh lebih besar dari pada hasil yang telah dicapai, namun hal tersebut tidak terjadi karena interaksi yang dilakukan oleh ketiga entitas tersebut belum optimal baik itu secara terpisah maupun bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interaksi interferences, interplays, dan interventions yang dilakukan para pemangku kepentingan pada kebijakan pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan post-positivis dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, dan penelitian ini juga menggunakan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan konsep societal governance ini secara prinsip sesuai dengan apa yang dilakukan Kota Bandung dalam mengembangkan ekonomi kreatifnya, ada sub-variabel yang bisa berjalan dengan baik tetapi ada juga belum. Pertama, bahwa Bandung Creative City Forum BCCF sebagai representasi entitas sosial, dapat menjalankan sejumlah aktivismenya secara otonom dengan cara membuat sejumlah prototipe solusi kreatif perkotaan, baik itu yang bersifat internal maupun eksternal, kedua bahwa ada sebuah kolaborasi yang tampak diantara para pemangku kepentingan melalui program Design Action Bandung, namun dalam pelaksanaanya masih ada diantara entitas yang terkesan powerless padahal kekuasaan dan kewenangannya cukup besar untuk bisa ikut mengatur dan mengurus program tersebut, walaupun demikian program ini berhasil memberikan sejumlah rekomendasi bagi pemerintah agar bisa dijalankan melalui sejumlah program yang akan dibuat kemudian, ketiga bahwa saat ini pemerintah sebagai entitas politik dapat menggunakan kewenangannya untuk membuat kebijakan dan program yang mendukung namun dalam aplikasinya masih ada yang perlu ditingkatkan, serta kontrol dan sanksi yang juga belum sepenuhnya dilakukan dengn baik, hal tersebut karena terbatasnya dukungan jajaran SKPD kota yang masih dalam proses memahami ekonomi kreatif itu sendiri.

Bandung serves as a pilot project for creative economy implementation in Indonesia and abroad. It has been recognized that this achievement was made possible with a collaboration between stakeholders, including the government and society, through their strategic roles in creative economy development in the city of Bandung. Nevertheless, the potentials of creative economy in the city of Bandung are in fact much more significant in comparison to what has been actualized, but it does not happen because the interactions between the three entities are not optimal either separately or concurrently. This research aims to analyze the interactions of interferences, interplays, and interventions run among hose stakeholders on the policy of creative economy development in Bandung. This research is descriptive research and employed post positivist approach. In depth interviews and document study were carried out for the purpose of data collection. Present research results showed that the use of the concept of societal governance is in principle has accordance with the Bandung City in developing its creative economy, there are sub variables that could go well but there are also yet. First, the Bandung Creative City Forum BCCF as a representation of the social entity, can run a number activism autonomously by making several prototype creative solutions to urban areas, both internal and external. Secondly, there is a collaboration that appeared among stakeholders through the Design Action Bandung program, but in the implementation, there are still entities who give powerless impression even though the power and authority are large enough to be able to organize and manage the program. However, the program succeeded in providing recommendations for the government to be run through programs that will be made later. Thirdly, nowadays the government as the political entity should be able to use its authority by making supported policies and programs but in its application, it still needs to be improved also the control and sanction which also not fully done well. This is due to the limited support of SKPD of the Bandung City that still in the process of understanding the creative economy itself. "
