"Kemajuan teknologi terutama jaringan internet, telah membuat komunikasi dan informasi semakin berkembang. Seseorang dapat dengan mudah mencari informasi yang diinginkan dengan hanya menggunakan teknologi jaringan internet yang dapat dijangkau melalui berbagai media. Fasilitas-fasilitas seperti situs web, aplikasi smartphone dan media sosial juga telah tersedia untuk mencari informasi di jaringan internet. Salah satu informasi yang paling banyak dicari adalah informasi kesehatan dan situs web kesehatan merupakan media yang paling banyak memuat informasi kesehatan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran informasi kesehatan dari berbagai situs web kesehatan di Indonesia. Peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua sampel situs web kesehatan di Indonesia belum memenuhi kritera-kriteria penilaian yang ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menyarankan untuk diadakan pengawasan kepada situs-situs web kesehatan yang memuat berbagai informasi kesehatan.

Advances in technology, especially internet network, has made communication and information growing. Someone can easily find the desired information by simply using internet network technology that can be reached through various media. Facilities such as websites, smartphone apps and social media are also available to search for information on the Internet. One of the most popular information is health information and health websites have many contents for health information.
This study aims to obtain a description of health information from various health web sites in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive design.
The results of the study showed that all samples of health websites in Indonesia have not met the for assessment were determined. The results suggest supervision to health websites that containing health information.

"Telehealth adalah salah satu bentuk kemajuan teknologi telekomunikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk menyediakan layanan kesehatan jarak jauh. Telehealth digunakan di berbagai bidang, termasuk salah satunya untuk memberikan bantuan nutrisi (teledietetik). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh bantuan gizi yang dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan keberadaan telehealth. Desain penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen satu kelompok desain dengan membandingkan perubahan pengetahuan dan asupan makronutrien sebelum dan sesudah intervensi diberikan. Sebanyak 25 karyawan Wilayah Telkom Bekasi direkrut dan diintervensi selama 2 minggu. Subjek diberikan 1 video, 2 poster digital, dan 1 sesi konseling setiap minggu. Setelah intervensi, subjek mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan dengan nilai p 0,001. Ada kecenderungan untuk mengurangi asupan energi sebesar 68 kkal (nilai p = 0,188); 4,5 gram lemak (nilai p = 0,358); dan 8 gram karbohidrat (nilai p = 0,479); dan peningkatan asupan protein 3,9 gram (nilai p = 0,075). Namun, data belum dapat membuktikan perubahan yang signifikan dalam asupan makronutrien.

Telehealth is one form of advancement in telecommunications technology that can be used to provide long-distance health services. Telehealth is used in various fields, including one to provide nutritional assistance (teledietetic). This research aims to see the effect of nutrition assistance carried out by utilizing the existence of telehealth. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental one group design by comparing changes in knowledge and macronutrient intake before and after the intervention was given. As many as 25 employees of Telkom Bekasi Region were recruited and intervened for 2 weeks. Subjects were given 1 video, 2 digital posters, and 1 counseling session every week. After the intervention, subjects experienced a significant increase in knowledge with a p value of 0.001. There was a tendency to reduce energy intake by 68 kcal (p value = 0.188); 4.5 grams of fat (p value = 0.358); and 8 grams of carbohydrates (p value = 0.479); and an increase in protein intake of 3.9 grams (p value = 0.075). However, the data have not been able to prove a significant change in macronutrient intake.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai SIP Elektronik di Puskesmas Cipayung Kota Depok dan Puskesmas Tebet Jakarta Selatan. Kehadiran SIP Elektronik belum sesuai harapan karena masih mengalami beberapa kendala, seperti: pengolahan dan pengumpulan data belum terpusat ke dalam SIP, adanya aplikasi kesehatan lain yang belum terintegrasi dengan SIP membuat petugas kesehatan harus bekerja dua kali. Selain itu, gangguan jaringan internet menjadi kendala dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari gambaran dan faktor-faktor yang menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan SIP Elektronik dilihat dari aspek manusia, organisasi, dan teknologi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian campuran yaitu penelitian kualitatif dan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi dokumen, dan kuesioner.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa kesamaan pada kedua wilayah puskesmas yaitu keduanya belum bisa offline dan masih membutuhkan jaringan internet, belum terintegrasi dengan aplikasi kesehatan lain di puskesmas, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan platform berupa open source, dan memiliki konten dua versi yaitu berbasis web dan android. Pemahaman pengguna SIP elektronik lebih banyak pada implementasi aplikasi dibandingkan dengan komputer beserta perlengkapannya. Adanya tugas lain yang bukan menjadi tugas utama mengakibatkan penambahan beban kerja pada petugas. Fitur pada SIP elektronik juga belum memenuhi kebutuhan, masih ditemukan Bug dan belum seluruh penyajian data secara elektronik, seperti data Register Kohort dan Asuhan Keperawatan.

This study discusses the Information System of Electronic-Based Public Health Center at the Cipayung Health Center in Depok City and Tebet Health Center in South Jakarta. The presence of Information System of Electronic-Based Public Health Center has not been as expected because it is still experiencing some obstacles, such as: data processing and collection has not been centralized into Information System of Public Health Center, other health applications that have not been integrated with Information System of Public Health Center have made health workers work twice. Moreover, internet network disruption is an obstacle in providing health services.
This study aims to learn the images and factors that become obstacles in the implementation of Information System of Electronic-Based Public Health Center in terms of human, organizational, and technological aspects. The research method uses a mixed research approach that is qualitative research and quantitative research. Data collection by observation, in-depth interviews, document studies, and questionnaires.
The results showed several similarities between Public Health Center, both of which cannot yet be offline and still need internet network, have not been integrated with other health applications in the Public Health Center, use the PHP programming language and open source platform, and have two versions of content, web-based and android. The comprehension of Information System of Electronic-Based Public Health Center on users is more in application implementation compared to computers and their equipment. Other tasks that are not the main task result in additional workload on the officer. The features of the Information System of Electronic-Based Public Health Center also do not meet the needs, still found bugs and not all the electronic data presentation, such as the Register of Cohort and Nursing Care.

"The current book is the first publication of a complete overview of machine learning methodologies for the medical and health sector. It was written as a training companion, and as a must-read, not only for physicians and students, but also for any one involved in the process and progress of health and health care. In eighty chapters eighty different machine learning methodologies are reviewed, in combination with data examples for self-assessment. Each chapter can be studied without the need to consult other chapters.
The amount of data stored in the world's databases doubles every 20 months, and clinicians, familiar with traditional statistical methods, are at a loss to analyze them. Traditional methods have, indeed, difficulty to identify outliers in large datasets, and to find patterns in big data and data with multiple exposure / outcome variables. In addition, analysis-rules for surveys and questionnaires, which are currently common methods of data collection, are, essentially, missing. Fortunately, the new discipline, machine learning, is able to cover all of these limitations.
So far medical professionals have been rather reluctant to use machine learning. Also, in the field of diagnosis making, few doctors may want a computer checking them, are interested in collaboration with a computer or with computer engineers. Adequate health and health care will, however, soon be impossible without proper data supervision from modern machine learning methodologies like cluster models, neural networks, and other data mining methodologies.
Each chapter starts with purposes and scientific questions. Then, step-by-step analyses, using data examples, are given. Finally, a paragraph with conclusion, and references to the corresponding sites of three introductory textbooks, previously written by the same authors, is given."

"Era globalisasi dapat ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi yang bergerak sangat cepat. Salah satu bidang yang perlu dikembangkan adalah teknologi informasi kesehatan. Klinik Gigi 3D merupakan klinik gigi yang berada di Depok dan melayani pemeriksaan, perawatan, dan pengobatan gigi. Saat penulisan penelitian ini, Klinik Gigi 3D masih menggunakan manajemen sistem informasi manual dalam pelayanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain prototipe aplikasi Klinik Gigi 3D dengan menggunakan metode User-Centered Design agar memenuhi kebutuhan penggunanya. Masalah-masalah yang ditemukan di Klinik Gigi 3D antara lain kesalahan penjadwalan antrian pasien, kehilangan rekam medis, lambat mencari rekam medis, kesulitan membaca tulisan tangan, dan kesalahan penulisan laporan. Untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan fitur pendaftaran pasien, fitur rekam medis elektronik, fitur pembayaran, dan fitur pembuatan laporan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan desain prototipe aplikasi mobile yang menerapkan Shneiderman's Eight Golden Rules. Hasil desain prototipe dievaluasi menggunakan usability testing dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Rata-rata nilai SUS yang didapat adalah 83,68 dan tergolong Grade A serta Acceptable. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan pembaca terkait kebutuhan sistem informasi manajemen klinik gigi serta memberikan acuan dalam perancangan aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen klinik gigi yang lebih efektif.

The globalization era can be characterized by technological developments that advances quickly. One of the areas that needs to be developed is health information technology. Klinik Gigi 3D is a dental clinic located in Depok and serves dental examinations, treatments, and dental care. At the time of writing, Klinik Gigi 3D uses manual information system management in its service. This research aims to produce a design prototype for Klinik Gigi 3D application by using User-Centered Design method to accommodate the needs of its users. The problems found in Klinik Gigi 3D included patient queue scheduling errors, losing medical records, slow lookup for medical records, hard to read handwriting, and writing report errors. To overcome these problems, this research develops a patient registration feature, an electronic medical record feature, a payment feature, and a reporting feature. This research produced a mobile application design prototype based on Shneiderman's Eight Golden Rules. The design prototype is then evaluated using usability testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The average SUS score obtained is 83.68 which is classified as Grade A and Acceptable. This research hoped to increase the reader's insight and knowledge regarding the requirements of a dental clinic management system and provide a reference for designing more effective dental clinic management system applications."

"Sistem informasi dan teknologi kesehatan semakin berkembang. Kepala ruangan sebagai perawat manajer perlu memiliki kompetensi Nursing Informatics (NI) untuk menghadapi tantangan industry 4.0. Upaya peningkatan kompetensi NI kepala ruang diupayakan melalui pendekatan faktor karakteristik kepala ruangan, self-efficacy dan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis determinan kompetensi NI Kepala Ruangan di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian analitik dan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 165 kepala ruangan di Rumah Sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usia, tingkat pendidikan menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (p<0,05) dengan kompetensi NI Kepala Ruangan. Sementara faktor self-efficacy menunjukkan hubungan yang signifkan (p=0,01) dan kepuasan kerja menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (p=0,01) dengan kompetensi NI kepala ruangan. Hasil multivariat juga didapatkan faktor yang paling dominan meliputi tingkat pendidikan, self-efficacy dan kepuasan kerja. Rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu meningkatkan self-efficacy dan kepuasan kerja dalam mengembangkan kompetensi NI.

Health information systems and technology have been growing . The head Nurse of the unit as a manager needed to have Nursing Informatics (NI) competence to face the challenges of industry 4.0. Efforts to increase the NI competence of the head of the room were pursued through the approach of characteristic factors, self-efficacy and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the determination of the NI competence of the Head of the Room at the Hospital. This study used a quantitative approach with an analytical research design and a cross-sectional design. The sample entered 165 heads of rooms in the hospital. The results showed that age, education level showed a significant relationship (p<0.05) with the NI competence of the Head of the Room. Meanwhile, the self-efficacy factor showed a significant relationship (p=0.01) and job satisfaction showed a significant relationship (p=0.01) with the NI competence of the head nurse of the unit. Multivariate results also elucidated that the most dominant factors were education level, self-efficacy and job satisfaction. Recommendations in this study were improved self-efficacy and job satisfaction of Head Nurses to develop NI competencies."
