"E-learning membawa perubahan paradigma sistem pendidikan, paradigma sistem pendidikan yang semula berbasis tradisional dengan mengandalkan tatap muka, maka dengan sentuhan dunia teknologi informasi khususnya dunia cyber (maya) beralih menjadi sistem pendidikan yang tidak dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Konsep adaptive di dalam lingkungan e-learning telah memiliki berbagai macam bentuk implementasi. Salah satu bentuk implementasinya adalah pada proses evaluasi hasil pembelajaran siswa, seperti dengan melaksanakan ujian yang bersifat adaptive.
Dengan menerapkan konsep adaptive di dalam proses ujian maka akan memungkinkan siswa dengan kemampuan yang berbeda-beda untuk dapat memperoleh pertanyaan yang sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuannya masing-masing. Melalui adaptive assessment tingkat kemampuan siswa terhadap materi belajar yang diujikan akan dapat langsung diketahui. Evaluasi kepada peserta didik yang sesuai dengan estimasi kemampuannya akan sangat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran, pada sistem ini dirancang sebuah evaluasi yang berupa pemberian rekomendasi materi tertentu kepada peserta berdasarkan hasil ujiannya. Sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat dimaksimalkan.

E-learning brings a paradigm change in education system, educational system paradigm which was originally based by relying on traditional face to face meeting, then with a touch of technology especially the information technology (IT) it move into an education system that is not limited by space and time. Adaptive Concepts in e-learning environment had various forms of implementation. One form of implementation is in the process of evaluating student learning outcomes, such as by conducting examinations that are adaptive.
By applying the concept of adaptive in the examination process, it will allow students with different abilities to be able to get the questions to suit their ability level. Through the adaptive assessment of students' ability levels to learn the material tested will be immediately known. Evaluation to students according to ability estimation would be very helpful in the learning process, in this system designed an evaluation with a specific material recommendations to participants on the basis of his examination. So that the process of learning can be maximized.

"Pembelajaran praktik di laboratorium sangat penting bagi peserta didik sebagai sarana pengembangan kompetensi sebelum masuk ke wahana praktik. Selain kompetensi, pembelajaran praktik di laboratorium juga dapat meningkatkan self-efficacy peserta didik agar dapat mempertahankan kompetensinya sebagai perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Model Pembelajaran Praktik di Laboratorium yang Efektif (MP2LE) dan menguji efektivitasnya terhadap kompetensi dan self-efficacy peserta didik vokasi keperawatan. MP2LE dibuat berdasarkan model kinerja keterampilan praktik (BjA¸rk & Kirkevold, 2000) dan teori belajar sosial kognitif (Bandura, 1986). Pada penelitian kualitatif, lima tema teridentifikasi, yaitu peran pembimbing, persiapan sebelum praktik, pengelolaan laboratorium yang komprehensif, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta kinerja keterampilan praktik peserta didik. Model MP2LE kemudian dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil integrasi tema yang didapatkan pada penelitian kualitatif, studi literatur, dan konsultasi pakar. Tahap uji coba model menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen pre-test dan post-test terhadap 89 responden dalam kelompok intervensi dan 84 responden dalam kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna dalam hal tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, keterampilan, dan self-efficacy antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol dalam waktu dua minggu intervensi. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian yaitu MP2LE efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi (pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan) serta self-efficacy peserta didik.

Laboratory skills learning is really important for nursing student as a way to develop their competency before entering clinical settings. Laboratory skills learning can also improve the students self-efficacy in order to retain their competency as a nurse. This research aims to develop the Laboratory Practical Skills Learning Model (MP2LE) and identify its effectiveness in vocational nursing students competency and self-efficacy. MP2LE is designed by integrating the Practical Skill Performance Model (Bja¸rk & Kirkevold, 2000) and the Social Cognitive Learning Theory (Bandura, 1986). Five themes derived from the qualitative study are the roles of the instructor, preparations before the laboratory skills learning, comprehensive laboratory management, sufficient laboratory facilities, and practical skill performance. MP2LE was then developed based on the qualitative study results, literature reviews, and expert panel. The model testing was held by using quasi-experimental design of pre-test and post-test within an experimental group of 89 participants and a control group of 84 participants. The study showed a significant difference between the two groups during two weeks of intervention in knowledge, attitude, skill, and self-efficacy. This research concludes that MP2LE is effective in improving students competency and self-efficacy."

"The future of music archiving and search engines lies in deep learning and big data. Music information retrieval algorithms automatically analyze musical features like timbre, melody, rhythm or musical form, and artificial intelligence then sorts and relates these features. At the first International Symposium on Computational Ethnomusicological Archiving held on November 9 to 11, 2017 at the Institute of Systematic Musicology in Hamburg, Germany, a new Computational Phonogram Archiving standard was discussed as an interdisciplinary approach. "Saat ini aplikasi di bidang audio sudah banyak menggunakan teknologi DSP. Salah satu contoh adalah beralihnya berbagai jenis efek audio dari bentuk analog menjadi efek audio yang berbasis dijital dengan menggunakan prosesor DSP. Hal ini disebabkan karena efek audio yang dirancang dengan bantuan DSP memberikan kelebihan-kelebihan seperti efisiensi perancangan dan fleksibilitas. Efek audio dijital dapat diterapkan secara real time menggunakan DSP Starter Kit TMS320C6713 dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma masing-masing efek tersebut dalam pemrograman bahasa C.
Pada skripsi ini, dilakukan perancangan 3 jenis efek audio, yaitu fuzz, echo, dan reverb. Ketiganya menghasilkan karakter output yang berbeda yang dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan FFT (Fast Fourier Transform). Analisis menunjukkan bahwa perancangan yang dilakukan telah dapat diimplementasikan pada DSK TMS320C6713 sehingga menghasilkan suatu board yang, dapat berfungsi sebagai efek audio dijital dan bekeria secara real time. Pada tiap jenis efek ditemukan adanya atenuasi yang besarnya berbeda-beda. Selain itu, noise juga muncul dengan intensitas yang tidak signifikan. Pada efek echo dan reverb dilakukan pengukuran besamya waktu delay dan sebagai hasilnya ditemukan bahwa waktu delay berhubungan langsung dengan variabel tertentu pada algoritma. Hubungan ini dinyatakan dalam persamaan matematis yang berbentuk linear.

DSP technology is widely used in many audio applications. One of the examples is the changing of analog audio processing into digital audio processing using the DSP processor. The reason of this changing is that digital audio processing give many advantages compare to analog such as designing efficiency and flexibility. A real time digital audio effect can be developed on DSP Starter Kit by using C algorithm of each effect.
In this paper, 3 type of audio effect are developed, which are fuzz, echo, and reverb. These effects produce different output character and several parameters such as attenuation, noise, and delay is analyzed using FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) method. Results show that the audio effect design can be successfully implemented on DSK TMS320C6713. A different value of attenuation (in dB) is founded in each effect and measured by compare the FFT graph between input and output signal. Noise also occur with insignificant intensity and will not disturb when the application running. In echo and reverb effect, the time delay between original signal and reflected signal is measured. As the result, it is founded that the time delay depends on some variable in the effect algorithm. This relationship can be expressed in linear mathematic equation."

"Voice scrambler dapat diimplementasikan secara real time dengan menggunakan prosesor DSP yang terintegrasi pada suatu stater kit, yakni DSP Starter Kit TMS320C6713. Metode voice scrambler yang digunakan dalam implementasi ini adalah dengan menggunakan frequency inversion. Frequency inversion adalah suatu metode yang mengubah frekuensi rendah menjadi frekuensi tinggi dan sebaliknya. Voice scrambler ini menghasilkan karakter output yang dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan garfik FFT (Fast Fourier Transform). Analisis performa dilakukan dengan menggunakan frekuensi sampling pada codec, yaitu 8, 16, 32, 48, dan 96 kHz. Dalam percobaan yang dilakukan didapat hubungan pengaruh besarnya frekuensi sampling codec terhadap performa voice scrambler. Hubungannya, semakin besar frekuensi sampling codec, maka akan semakin banyak jumlah frekuensi efektif voice scrambler. Sehingga dengan semakin banyaknya jumlah frekuensi efektif scrambling tersebut, menyebabkan semakin baik performa voice scrambler tersebut.

Voice scrambler can be implemented on DSP procesor using DSP Starter Kit TMS320C6713. The scrambling method used is frequency inversion. The frequency inversion is change the low frequency to the high frequency, and vice versa. Voice scrambler generate the output character, that can be analyzed by using FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) method. The Performance analysis using codec frequency sampling, that is 8, 16, 32, 48, and 96 kHz. The result of the experiment is the relationship between codec frequency sampling with voice scrambler performance. The relation is if the codec frequency sampling increase, then the sum of efective scrambling frequency is increase too. This point will be make voice scrambler better."
