"Dalam proses komunikasi terjadi penyampaian informasi, yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat yang efektif dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada anak. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah kecemasan dengan menggunakan komunikasi terapeutik. Komunikasi terapeutik antara perawat dan anak adalah hubungan kolaboratif yang ditandai dengan tukar-menukar perilaku, perasaan, pikiran, pengalaman dalam membina hubungan intim yang terapeutik. Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan perawat dalam penerapan komunikasi terapeutik: persepsi pendamping klien anak usia prasekolah. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 56 responden (perawat dan pendamping klien) yang diambil melalui teknik non random sampling dengan metode quota sampling. Alat ukur berupa kuesioner pengetahuan dan penerapan komunikasi terapeutik. Analisis data menggunakan Chi-square. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pengetahuan perawat tentang komunikasi terapeutik (96,43%) dan penerapan komunikasi terapeutik baik (87,5%). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan perawat dalam penerapan komunikasi terapeutik pada anak usia prasekolah (p=0,14).

In the communication process accurs the delivery of information, which can be used effective tool in providing nursing care to children. One of the ways to overcome anxiety issues in children was by using therapeutic communication. Therapeutic communication between nurse and child is a collaborative relationship characterized by the exchange of behaviors, feelings, thoughts, experiences in fostering a therapeutic intimate relationship. Purpose: This study is to describe the relationship of nurses’ knowledge in the implementation of therapeutic communication: perceptions of caregivers of preschool-aged Children clients. The sample of this research is a total of 56 respondents who were taken through non-random sampling technique with quota sampling method. Measuring tools in the form of a knowledge and implementation about therapeutic communication questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi-square. This study shows that nurse knowledge (96,43%) and implementation of good therapeutic communication (87,5%). Statictical test result showed a significant relationship between the knowledge of nurses with the implementation of therapeutic communication in children age of preschool in the hospital (p=0,14)."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang komunikasi interpersonal dalam pengambilan keputusan organisasi berdasarkan karakteristik anggota Majelis Wali Amanat UI, dengan melakukan studi kasus pada periode 2007 – 2012 dan 2014 – 2017. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan paparan tentang komunikasi interpersonal yang terjadi dalam Majelis Wali Amanat Universitas Indonesia (MWA UI), serta hambatan komunikasi interpersonal dalam pengambilan keputusan MWA UI. Setiap organisasi tentu saja akan menghadapi hambatan dalam proses komunikasinya, hambatan ini tak hanya berasal dari luar organisasi namun dapat pula berasal dari dalam organisasi, seperti perbedaan karakteristik diantara anggotanya. Komunikasi interpersonal dalam MWA UI ini perlu di dukung pula oleh lima kualitas umum yang ada didalamnya seperti: Keterbukaan, empati, sikap mendukung, sikap positif dan kesetaraan yang ada diantara anggota-anggota MWA UI. Dengan terpenuhinya lima kualitas tersebut, niscaya perbedaan karakteristik diantara anggota MWA UI dapat disikapi untuk menjadi hal positif yang dapat membangun organisasi.

This thesis discusses the interpersonal communication in organizational decision-making based on the characteristics of members of the UI Board of Trustees, by conducting (case studies in the period 2007 - 2012 and 2014 – 2017). Study was a descriptive qualitative research. Methods of data collection were interviews, observation and documentation studies. Results showed exposure on interpersonal communication that occurs in the Board of Trustees of Universitas Indonesia (MWA UI), and interpersonal communication barriers in decision making in MWA UI. Each organization will certainly face barriers in the communication process, barriers not only come from the outside of the organization, but can also come from within the organization, such as the differences between the characteristics of its members. MWA interpersonal communication in this UI needs to be supported also by the five common qualities in it such as: openness, empathy, being supportive, positiveness and equality that exists between members of MWA UI. With the fulfillment of these five qualities, certainly differences between the characteristics of UI MWA members can be addressed to be a positive thing to build an organization."

"Kurikulum berbasis kompetensi di PSKU Universitas Mulawarman dilaksanakan mulai September 2007, menggunakan problem-based learning atau PBL yang merupakan strategi pembelajaran berdasar problem. Dalam tutorial PBL terjadi proses belajar secara kolaboratif memanfaatkan sumber pengetahuan kolektif untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran semua anggota kelompok. Partisipasi mahasiswa dalam tutorial mungkin dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu kinerja tutor, kualitas problem, dan komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keterkaitan antara kinerja tutor, kualitas problem, komunikasi interpersonal, dan partisipasi mahasiswa dalam PBL di PSKU Universitas Mulawarman. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada akhir uji coba PBL, diikuti oleh mahasiswa kedokteran tahun pertama dan kedua yang dibagi dalam 15 kelompok secara random pada 25 Mei 2007. Tiap mahasiswa mengisi kuesioner tentang kinerja tutor, kualitas problem, dan komunikasi interpersonal sesuai dengan persepsinya.
Partisipasi mahasiswa tiap kelompok dinilai oleh observer sesuai dengan daftar tilik. Analisa statistik dilakukan dengan regresi linier menggunakan STATA 6.0. Dari 110 mahasiswa, sebanyak 64 orang yang mengikuti uji coba, dan seluruhnya bersedia mengikuti penelitian ini. Kinerja tutor menunjukkan hubungan dengan partisipasi mahasiswa (coe//szen/Coef.=0,66;95%CI=0.38-0.94). Unsur non-sugestif (Coef.=0,76;95%CI=0,15-l,38) dari kinerja tutor mempunyai pengaruh paling kuat terhadap partisipasi mahasiswa diikuti oleh unsur non-asertif (Coef.=0,77;95%CI=0,14-l,40). Komunikasi interpersonal juga menunjukkan keterkaitan dengan partisipasi mahasiswa (Coef.=0.67; 95%CI=0.05-1.30). Koefisien regresi yang positif menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara unsur non-asertif dan non-sugestif, serta komunikasi interpersonal terhadap partisipasi mahasiswa. Sedangkan kualitas skenario menunjukkan hubungan yang lemah dengan partisipasi mahasiswa.
Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan unsur non-asertif dan non-sugestif dari kinerja tutor, serta komunikasi interpersonal yang baik akan meningkatkan partisipasi mahasiswa dalam tutorial PBL."

"Perkembangan teknologi, memberikan peluang luas bagi pebisnis untuk membuka usaha. Saat ini, potensi startup memberikan motivasi kepada pebisnis di Indonesia untuk memperluas bisnis mereka. Tahap awal pembentukan startup dianggap krusial, di mana keberlanjutan tim tergantung pada pembangunan keanggotaan, identitas, proses, dan komitmen. Penelitian ini memusatkan perhatian pada peran komunikasi internal dalam startup di PT PGA dengan menggunakan perspektif Communicative Constitution of Organizations (CCO) sebagai dasar teori. PT PGA adalah perusahaan yang berfokus pada pengembangan dan pemasaran merek di industri kecantikan dan perawatan pribadi. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus, pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi ke bawah dan horizontal muncul dalam proses adaptasi, menciptakan suasana kekeluargaan dengan fleksibilitas, komunikasi informal, serta dukungan antarpribadi. Penataan diri menunjukkan otoritas atasan memainkan peran penting dalam pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, keterlibatan anggota dalam kegiatan organisasi dan membangun komunikasi terbuka dilakukan untuk mencegah masalah dan memastikan pemahaman tugas. Koordinasi kegiatan mengatur peran atasan sebagai konseptor dan pengawas, serta komunikasi horizontal dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan memberikan dukungan. Dalam penentuan posisi lembaga, bawahan bertanggung jawab dan berkoordinasi dengan atasan terkait informasi atau masalah dengan pihak eksternal di PT PGA.

The development of technology provides extensive opportunities for entrepreneurs to start businesses. Currently, the potential of startups motivates entrepreneurs in Indonesia to expand their businesses. The initial stage of startup formation is considered crucial, where team sustainability depends on the development of membership, identity, processes, and commitment. This research focuses on the role of internal communication in startups at PT PGA using the Communicative Constitution of Organizations (CCO) perspective as the theoretical foundation. PT PGA is a company that focuses on developing and marketing brands in the beauty and personal care industry. The researcher employs qualitative research methods and a case study approach, gathering data through in-depth interviews. The results indicate that downward and horizontal communication emerges in the adaptation process, creating a family-like atmosphere with flexibility, informal communication, and interpersonal support. Self-organization shows that the authority of superiors plays a crucial role in decision-making. Additionally, members' involvement in organizational activities and building open communication are conducted to prevent issues and ensure task understanding. Activity coordination regulates the role of superiors as conceptualizers and supervisors, with horizontal communication in problem-solving and providing support. In determining the institutional position, subordinates are responsible for coordinating with superiors regarding information or issues with external parties at PT PGA.
