"This study aims to examine the factors influence of IPO performance to IPO returns. This study tries to define an appropriate mechanism to determine the factors that can influence IPO return in Indonesia, as represented by the companies in Indonesia Stock exchange (IDX). Factors influencing IPO performance are representative by six variables, namely firm size, age of the firm, total share ofter to public type of investor, debt level of the firm and price ratio of offeringp price and earning per share. IPO returns factors are represented by one variable, which is short term return (initial return) . Data for this study were taken from compaines listed in IDX year 1996 -2006. Based on the research finding and analysis, it is found that the factors scrutinzed by the researcher (firm size, age of the firm, Total share offter to public, type of investor, debt level and price ratio) cannot influence the IPO return in Indonesia market: This possibly occurs because the invesment condition cannot can be influenced by the internal condition of the company. Furthermore, the investor especially outsider one, probably still has doubts on external conditions such unstable, economic condition, political condition, government regulation and security conditions in Indonesia thus, it is possible that external condition can influence the IPO return in Indonesia."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan kepuasan berpacaran dengan kebahagiaan subyektif dimoderatori oleh keinginan untuk menikah pada individu dewasa muda yang berpacaran berbeda agama. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 145 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur yaitu Relationship Assessment Scale RAS , Scale of Positive and Negative Experience SPANE , dan Satisfaction with Life Scale SWLS . Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan moderasi model satu yang dikemukakan oleh Hayes. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara keinginan untuk menikah dalam hubungan kepuasan berpacaran dan kebahagiaan subyektif pada individu dewasa muda yang menjalani hubungan berpacaran berbeda agama c = 0,047; t = 2,674; sig. = 0,008 .

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the correlation between relationship satisfaction and subjective well being moderated by willingness to marry among young adults in deferent religion relationship. Partisipants in this study is 145 persons. Measurement in this study using Relationship Assessment Scale RAS , Scale of Positive and Negative Experience SPANE , and Satisfaction with Life Scale SWLS . Data analysis using moderated model one which proposed by Hayes. The result of this study indicates that there is an interaction between the willingness to marry in the relationship of relationship satisfaction and subjective well being in young adults in deferent religion relationship c 0,047 t 2,674 sig. 0,008 .

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis pengaruh dari penerapan strategi komunikasi relationship marketing yang terdiri dari personal selling dan direct marketing serta pengaruh dari relationship outcomes yang terdiri dari kepercayaan, komitmen dan kepuasan hubungan terhadap keputusan nasabah didalam berinvestasi saham. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yang berlandaskan pada penelitian kuantitatif dan anaiisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat, multivadat serta analisis jalur. Penelitian ini dapat rnenunjukkan bahwa Personal Selling Kepercayaan dan Kepuasan terhadap Hubungan memiliki hubungan Iangsung yang signiiikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam berinvestasi saham.

This research aims to analyse the effects of implementing the communication strategy of Relationship Marketing, specifically, Personal Selling and Direct Marketing and the effects of Relationship Outcomes which consist of trust, commitment and relationship satisfaction on the customers’ decision in stock investment The research method used is quantitative method and for the analysis, the researcher undertakes univariate analysis, multivariate analysis and path analysis. This research found the significant direct effect of Personal Selling, Trust and Relationship satisfaction on customer decision-making in stock investment."

"Kesepian merupakan pengalaman subjektif dan aversif yang sering dikaitkan dengan dampak negatif terkait kesehatan mental dan fiisk, terutama pada mahasiswa. Internet dianggap sebagai penghubung yang tepat untuk memudahkan individu melakukan help-seeking. Terlebih adanya asosiasi terkait peningkatan penggunaan internet pada individu yang mengalami kesepian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kesepian dan online help-seeking berbasis internet pada mahasiswa (N = 270). Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan hubungan signifikan yang positif antara kesepian dan niat online help-seeking dengan cara mengunggah ke sumber anonim (r = 0,23, p < 0,01). Selain itu ditemukan juga hubungan signifikan yang negatif antara kesepian dan niat online help-seeking dengan cara mengirim pesan kepada orang terdekat (r = -0,29, p < 0,01). Kesepian juga ditemukan memiliki hubungan signifikan yang positif dengan perilaku online help- seeking dengan cara mengirim pesan kepada orang terdekat (r = 0,33, p < 0,01). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, pihak profesional dapat menyediakan layanan online sebagai sarana bantuan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa.

Loneliness is a subjective and aversive experience that is commonly linked to physical and mental health, especially towards college students. Internet is considered as a useful tool of connection which makes seeking help even easier. Moreover there is an association regarding the increase of internet use of the individual who experiences loneliness. The research that is conducted is a correlational study that aims to learn the connection between loneliness and online help-seeking through the internet among college students (N = 270). It is found in the study that loneliness is positively correlated with online help-seeking intention by posting to anonymous sources (r = 0,23, p < 0,01). Additionally, it is found that loneliness is also negatively correlated with online help- seeking intention by way of directly messaging close others (r = -0,29, p < 0,01). Furthermore, loneliness is also have a positive correlation with online help-seeking behaviour by way of directly messaging close others (r = 0,33, p < 0,01). These findings could help the professionals to provide the effective online tools for college students that might want to seek help."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola kerjasama pelayanan kesehatan dengan perusahaan pelanggan di RSPI Pondok Indah pada era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis konten melalui wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen terhadap delapan narasumber perusahaan pelanggan, satu orang perwakilan BPJS Kesehatan, dan dua orang dari RSPI Pondok Indah. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bentuk pola kerjasama koordinasi manfaat antara RSPI Pondok Indah , perusahaan pelanggan dan BPJS dalam era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional . Koordinasi manfaat ini dapat memenuhi keinginan masyarakat untuk memperoleh kenyamanan dan layanan kesehatan yang lebih tinggi dari hak nya sebagai peserta BPJS Kesehatan.

This research aims to find out form of relationship networking pattern between RSPI Pondok Indah and its corporate customers in universal coverage era. Research employs qualitative method using content analysis through in depth-interviews and paperworks review to eigth corporate customers, BPJS?s representative, and two executives from RSPI Pondok Indah. Research finding discovers suitable format of relationship networking between RSPI Pondok Indah, corporate customers, and BPJS named as coordination of benefits. Further more, this format able to fulfill the needs of community to gain higher health care services than their rights as members of BPJS and more comfort."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara tingkat apresiasi dan kualitas hubungan romantis pada dewasa muda yang berpacaran. Pengukuran tingkat apresiasi menggunakan alat ukur Appreciation Inventory (Adler, 2002) dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0.940 dan pengukuran kualitas hubungan romantis menggunakan alat ukur Partner Behaviours as Social Context dan Self Behaviours as Social Context (Ducat, 2009) dengan masing-masing koefisien reliabilitas cronbach alpha sebesar 0.930 dan 0.920. Responden penlitian ini berjumlah 434 orang yang terdiri dari 207 laki-laki dan 227 perempuan yang memiliki karakteristik berusia 20-40 tahun, sedang berpacaran dan memiliki keinginan untuk menikah.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tingkat apresiasi dan kualitas hubungan romantis pada dewasa muda yang sedang berpacaran (r = 0.337, p < 0.01). Dengan kata lain, semakin tinggi tingkat apresiasi individu maka semakin tinggi kualitas hubungan romantis individu tersebut.

This purpose of study was to find correlation between level of appreciation and romantic relationship quality among young adults who are dating. Level of appreciation was measured with Appreciation Inventory (Adler, 2002) which had cronbach alpha coefficient 0.940 and romantic relationship quality was measured with Partner Behaviours as Social Context and Self Behaviours as Social Context (Ducat, 2009) which had cronbach alpha coefficient 0.930 for report about the partner and 0.920 for self-report. Respondents on this research were 434 respondents which 207 males and 227 females. Characteristics of respondents aged 20-40 years old, in a relationship and have an intention to get married.
The result of this study showed that there was a positive significant correlation between level of appreciation and romantic relationship quality among young adults who are dating (r = 0.337, p < 0.01). This result means that the higher level of appreciation, the higher romantic relationship quality.

"Republik Rakyat Tiongkok (中华人民共和国) menganggap Taiwan sebagai bagian dari negaranya dan berupaya untuk mewujudkan unifikasi. Sementara itu, isu unifikasi dengan Tiongkok Daratan masih diperdebatkan di Taiwan. Hubungan keduanya ditandai dengan ketegangan politik, ekonomi, dan militer selama beberapa dekade hingga tahun 1980-an mengikuti reformasi ekonomi Tiongkok yang memungkinkan terjalinnya hubungan dagang. Hubungan ini tidak selalu stabil, dipengaruhi oleh ketegangan politik di antara keduanya. Oleh karena itu, dinamika dagang menjadi tidak terelakkan. Pada tahun 2016, Democratic Progressive Party yang memiliki ideologi pro-kemerdekaan atau anti-unifikasi memenangkan kepemimpinan legislatif dan eksekutif di Taiwan. Tiongkok bereaksi dengan membatasi peredaran barang berlabel “Made in Taiwan” pada tahun 2018. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan ilmu sejarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor penyebab pembatasan peredaran barang berlabel “Made in Taiwan” pada tahun 2018 dan pengaruhnya terhadap hubungan dagang Tiongkok-Taiwan.

The People's Republic of China (中华人民共和国) regards Taiwan as part of its territory and strives to achieve reunification. Meanwhile, the issue of reunification with Mainland China remains a subject of ongoing debate in Taiwan. This relationship between the two entities has been marked by political, economic, and military tensions for several decades, until the 1980s following China's economic reforms that made trade ties possible. This relationship is not always stable, owing to political tensions between the two. Therefore, trade dynamics are inevitable. In 2016, the Democratic Progressive Party, which has a pro-independence or anti-unification ideology, won the legislative and executive leadership in Taiwan. China reacted by limiting the circulation of goods labeled "Made in Taiwan" in 2018. In this study, the author used a qualitative research method with a historical approach. The results of the study show the causative factors of restrictions on the circulation of goods labeled "Made in Taiwan" in 2018 and the impact on China-Taiwan trade relations."

"Kepribadian, teman sebaya, dan nilai profesional diprediksi dapat meningkatkan perilaku caring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian, teman sebaya, dan nilai profesional pada mahasiswa profesi ners. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional dan melibatkan 126 mahasiswa profesi ners di dua institusi pendidikan ners wilayah regional 5 Asosiasi Institusi Pendidikan Ners Indonesia (AIPNI) yang dipilih secara consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan sedang dan positif kepribadian, perilaku caring teman sebaya, dan nilai profesional keperawatan dengan perilaku caring mahasiswa profesi ners (p <0,001; r berturut-turut 0,483, 0,567, dan 0,742). Kepribadian caring berkontribusi 22,7%, perilaku caring teman sebaya 31,7%, dan nilai profesional 54,7% dalam membentuk perilaku caring mahasiswa. Peneliti merekomendasikan adanya mata kuliah ataupun program yang dapat menjadi sarana penguatan kepribadian caring dan nilai profesional keperawatan, serta pembentukan kelompok caring dan bekerja dalam kelompok yang dapat meningkatkan perilaku caring teman sebaya.

Personality, peers, and professional values are predicted to enhance caring behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship of personality, peers, and professional values with caring behavior in nursing students. The research design was cross-sectional and involved 126 nursing students from two nursing education institutions in the 5th region of the Association of Indonesian Nurse Education Center (AINEC), which were selected by consecutive sampling. The findings of the study indicated a moderate and positive relationship between personality, the caring behavior of peers, and professional values of nursing with the caring behavior of nursing students (p < 0.001; r respectively 0.483, 0.567, and 0.742). The analysis revealed that a caring personality contributed 22.7%, peer caring behavior 31.7%, and professional values 54.7% in shaping students' caring behavior. The researcher proffers recommendations for courses or programs that have the potential to fortify the caring personality and professional values of nursing, in addition to the establishment of caring groups and the cultivation of peer caring behavior within professional contexts."

"Kemampuan melakukan bimbingan merupakan bagian dari tugas seorang manajer dalam melaksanakan fungsi manajemen yaitu fungsi pengarahan. bertujuan mengetahui hubungan karakteristik perawat pelaksana dengan kemampuan kepala ruangan melakukan bimbingan yang dipersepsikan oleh perawat pelaksana. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain cross sectional. sampel sebanyak 100 perawat, dan cara pengambilan dengan simple random sampling.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan kepala ruangan melakukan bimbingan masih kurang= 60% dan analisis bivariat chi square menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara karakteristik perawat dalam mempersepsikan kemampuan kepala ruangan melakukan bimbingan. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah agar teknik bimbingan dilaksanakan sebaikbaiknya dengan metode bimbingan yang efektif, dan diharapkan bagi kepala ruangan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membimbing melalui pendidikan, pelatihan dan seminar tentang bimbinganagar staf bisa menerima manfaat dari pemberian bimbingan.

Nurse coaching is among the most important duties of a first line manager in conducting his/her daily duties. This research aims to find out a relationship between nurse's characteristics and first line manager's ability to do individual coaching according to the nurse's perception. This is a cross sectional study where 100 nurses were randomly sampled from the hospital, RSH-Jakarta. The collected data were then analyzed the results shown the ability of first line manager in conducting individual coaching is less=60% and using a bivariate analysis with chi-squared test.
The results shown that there is no relationship between nurse's characteristics with the ability of first line manager in conducting individual coaching. The results imply that individual coaching should be done systematically and to achieve the goal, it is important for first line managers to keep their knowledge updated by attending available seminars and trainings in hospital room management on patient care.

"Dalam konsep pemasaran relasional, menjaga hubungan yang baik dan kuat dengan wisatawan dianggap sebagai determinan utama dalam membangun loyalitas wisatawan terhadap suatu destinasi wisata. Tourist relationship perceptions yang terdiri dari service fairness, destination image, dan service quality merupakan faktor-faktor yang dianggap dapat memengaruhi relationship quality wisatawan dengan destinasi wisata dan selanjutnya memengaruhi loyalitas wisatawan terhadap destinasi wisata.
Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tourist relationship perceptions, relationship quality, dan destination loyalty. Sebanyak 140 responden yang pernah berkunjung ke Kawasan Taman Nasional Komodo dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir berhasil dikumpulkan dan data kemudian diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling SEM.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa destination image dan service quality merupakan faktor-faktor penting yang memengaruhi destination satisfaction dan trust toward destination service providers. Selanjutnya, destination satisfaction memainkan peran yang sangat vital dalam menentukan dan memengaruhi loyalitas wisatawan.

In the relationship marketing concept, maintaining a good and strong relationship with tourists is considered as a key determinant to build tourists destination loyalty. Tourist relationship perceptions, which consisting of service fairness, destination image, and service quality are considered as factors that can affect tourists rsquo relationship quality with a destination and further affect tourists rsquo destination loyalty.
This quantitative research aims to analyze the relationship between tourist relationship perceptions, relationship quality, and destination loyalty. A total of 140 respondents who have visited the Komodo National Park Area within the last one year were collected and the data then processed using Structural Equation Modelling SEM method.
The result shows that destination image and service quality are important factors affecting destination satisfaction and trust toward destination service providers. Furthermore, destination satisfaction plays a vital role in determining and affecting tourists destination loyalty.
