"Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara program restrukturisasi mesin industri Tekstil dan Produk Tekstil (TPT) dengan kinerja ekspor TPT nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dengan 4 negara tujuan ekspor yaitu Amerika Serikat, Jepang, Jerman, dan Inggris serta periode tahun 2004-2012 dan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi estimasi EGLS weighting pada Cross-section SUR.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program restrukturisasi industri tekstil berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai ekspor TPT dan Variabel PDB negara tujuan ekspor secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai ekspor TPT nasional.

This study analyze the relationship between the restructuring program of textile industrial machinery and performance the national textile exports. This study using panel data with four export destinations which are the United States, Japan, Germany, and England in the period from 2004 to 2012 and using weighting EGLS Cross-section SUR regression analysis to estimate.The results show that textile industry restructuring program significantly influence the value of textile exports and GDP of export destinations is significantly has positive effect on the value of national textile exports."

"ABSTRAKThis research aims at studying an elderly employment model for the Thai automotive industry. Mixed methods with a sequential exploratory strategy were utilized. Grounded theory was employed by using in-depth interviews to investigate the characteristics of elderly employment in the Thai automotive industry. For this stage of the research, theoretical and purposive sampling was used to select 32 key informants from four groups of stakeholders: (1) elderly workers, (2) employers or human resource managers, (3) government officers, and (4) academics. The findings were then validated using a quantitative approach with structural equation modelling (SEM). A total of 308 elderly workers and human resource managers were surveyed regarding their opinion about elderly employment. Based on the survey, the elderly employment model in the Thai automotive industry, which is comprised of the approach to elderly employment, elderly employment preparation, and key success factors for elderly employment, was revealed to be a good fit. "

"Di era globalisasi, perusahaan harus fokus pada kualitas produk dan layanan untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif mereka. Penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001 penting untuk bertahan dalam persaingan yang ketat. Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang memiliki fluktuasi jumlah perusahaan yang menerapkan ISO 9001.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan ISO 9001 terhadap kinerja operasional dan kinerja bisnis industri manufaktur komponen otomotif. Studi literatur dilakukan untuk mendapatkan prinsip ISO 9001, kriteria kinerja operasional dan kriteria kinerja bisnis yang akan digunakan sebagai variabel dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis oleh para ahli di industri manufaktur.Metode statistik analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi linier berganda (multiple linear regression) digunakan untuk memperoleh hasil penelitian.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ISO 9001 memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kinerja operasional dan kinerja bisnis industri manufaktur.

In the globalization era, companies must focus on the quality of products and services to improve their competitive advantage. The implementation of ISO 9001 quality management system is important to survive in the fierce competition. Indonesia as a developing country has a fluctuating number of companies that implement ISO 9001.

The aim of this research is to examine the impact of ISO 9001 on operational performance and business performance of automotive component manufacturing industry. The literature study was conducted to obtain ISO 9001 principles, operational performance criteria and business performance criteria that will be used as variables in this research. The data was collected using questionnaire and analysed by experts in the manufacturing industry.

Statistical method of correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to obtain research result.

The result of this research shows that ISO 9001 has a positive relationship on manufacturing industry operational performance and business performance."

"Tujuan penelitian adalah pemanfaatan karet limbah industri crumb rubber sebagai bahan pembuatan pijakan kaki (footstep) suku cadang sepeda motor. Pada penelitian ini karet limbah yang digunakan divariasi 10, 20, 30, 40, dan 50 phr. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karet limbah industri crumb rubber dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi pijakan kaki sepeda motor. Semakin banyak pengguna karet limbah akan meningkatkan nilai kkerasan dan menurunkan nilai kuat tarik, perpanjangan putus, ketahanan sobek, dan pampatan tetap."
