"Penurunan fungsi tubuh dan kemampuan tubuh lansia membuat pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar menjadi tidak adekuat. Masalah yang paling sering disebabkan oleh hal tersebut adalah penurunan kualitas hidup lansia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi hubungan pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar dengan kualitas hidup lansia di Kelurahan Srengseng Sawah Kecamatan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan.Desain penelitian ini adalah studi korelasi dengan jenis penelitian analitic correlation melalui pendekatan cross sectional study dengan jumlah sampel 111. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengn cara purposive sampling. Uji bivariat dengan spearman rank, Multivariat dengan uji regresi linear ganda terhadap konfounding yaitu karaktersitik.Didapatkan hasil karakteristik umur (median=67,00), jenis kelamin perempuan (75,7%) dan pendapatan rendah (71,2%) merupakan konfounding dengan masing-masing nilai untuk umur p=0,00, jenis kelamin p=0,057, dan pendapatan p=0,130. Pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar dengan kualitas hidup mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan.Disarankan agar perawat dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia yang mengalami kelamahan atau kemunduran secara fisik sehingga tidak mampu dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar adalah dengan cara menurunkan dan mengatasi gejala yang dialami lansia serta meningkatkan persepsi positif terhadap lansia.

The decrease function and ability of the older persons body make the fulfillment of basic needs in adequate. One of the most factors is caused by quality of life decrease. When the older persons feels perceived physical weakness as limitation, so the perception of health will decrease too. This study aims to identify the correlation of fulfillment of basic needs with older persons quality of life in Srengseng Sawah South Jakarta.

Analytic correlation was used as design of this research with cross sectional study approach. This study used 111 samples, where as purposive sampling is applied in sample collection. In multivariate, paired linear regression is used to know characteristics confounding.

The result wereage, sex and income as confounding with p value 0.00 for age, sex with p value 0.057 and p value for income 0.130. There is correlation with fulfillment the basic needs and quality of life in older persons.

This study suggest to increase quality of life in weakness or physical decrease in elderly by overwhelming the symptoms and positive improvement of older persons perception."

"This review examines telemedicine practices, which are separated into teleconsultations and telemonitoring, that have applied information and communication technologies (ICT) for the delivery of health-care services to older persons in the Republic of Korea, Japan, Australia and China. The practices featured from the Republic of Korea and Japan are telemedicine pilot projects to manage chronic disease patients more efficiently and at lower cost. The projects included a health management curriculum, with emphasis on nutrition and exercise guidance. The participants in each pilot project found the services to be helpful in managing their health; the project evaluation findings also indicated several meaningful medical improvements. In Australia, a Home Monitoring of Chronic Disease for Aged Care Project was designed in 2014 to manage ageing patients with chronic diseases at home through various telemedicine devices. In China, the Ningbo Cloud Hospital was established in 2015 to control increasing health-care expenses and to resolve difficulties for individuals to see a doctor. More than 2,000 patients are now registered for online video consultations and prescriptions. The featured examples illustrate how the application of telemedicine to a health-care system not only promotes accessibility between doctors and patients but can save on construction costs for new facilities and the cost of supplying medical personnel in remote areas, which thus can help reduce national medical expenses. However, to initiate ICT-based health-care service delivery, governments in Asia and the Pacific need to first establish related policies that promote telemedicine."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan needs-supplies fit dan demands-abilities fit dengan dua bentuk dari kesuksesan karier subjektif yaitu kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan karier. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur Career Satisfaction untuk mengukur kepuasan karier dan Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire mengukur kepuasan kerja serta alat ukur Person-Job Fit untuk mengukur needs-supplies fit dan demands-abilities fit. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 197 responden dalam konteks organisasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa needs-supplies fit r = 0,54, p < 0,01 dan demands-abilities fit r = 0,53, p < 0,01 memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian juga menunjukkan hasil bahwa needs-supplies fit r = 0,51, p < 0,01 dan demands-abilities fit r = 0,44, p < 0,01 memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kepuasan karier.

ABSTRAKThe aim of this study is to examine the relationship between needs supplies fit and demands abilities fit on two forms of subjective career success, which is job satisfaction and career satisfaction. This is a quantitative study using Career Satisfaction measurement to measure career satisfaction, Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire to measure job satisfaction, and Person Job Fit measurement to measure needs supplies fit and demands abilities fit. This research was conducted on 197 respondents at organization context. "ABSTRACTInspired by the lump of labour theory, a large number of OECD countries have encouraged the expansion of early retirement policies in response to rising unemployment since the 1970.9. In reality, however; youth employment is found to be positively correlated with older persons employment, although this is simply the overall finding for all OECD countries because most studies estimate average effects. Less is known about diversity in the relationship between youth employment and the employment of older workers. In order to help fill the research gap in this area, this study explores the heterogeneity of that relationship across 20 OECD countries."

"ABSTRACTInternational humanitarian law and international human rights law seek to prevent people from going missing, and to clarify the fate and whereabouts of hose who do go missing while upholding the right to know of their relatives. When implementing international law at the domestic level, national authorities should plan carefully before engaging in any policy or legal reform that will address the issue of missing persons and the response to the needs of their families. This article seeks to present a general overview of the provisions of international law that are relevant to understanding the role of national implementation vivis the clarification of the fate and whereabouts of missing persons and the response to the needs of their relatives. It also presents the role that the ICRC has played in this regard and highlights three challenges that may arise at the national level when working on legal and policy reforms."

ABSTRACTThis research aims to understand the perceived income adequacy of olderpersons in Indonesia. Furthermore, this research also analyzes the effect of types of source of income on older persons? perceived income adequacy controlled by individual and spatial characteristics using raw data of SUPAS 2015. Most older persons in Indonesia have adequate perceived of income. The binary logistic regression shows that income+transfer is the type of income which most likely gives older persons perceived adequacy, followed by income. Meanwhile, transfer, as the majority type of income of older persons in Indonesia, conversely becomes the type of income which less likely makes older persons perceive adequate. Therefore, assuring older persons to have income and an effective transfer system would ensure the income adequacy of older persons in Indonesia"
