One of the components that plays an important role in preparing the health condition of pilgrims is the promotion activities, especially during the departure period. Currently health promotion activities have been running well, but promotion advice given to Haj pilgrims has not been standardized because the promotion officer must memorize various coaching suggestions from various sources. This leads to new guidance officers having to search at various sources/literatures to be able to provide appropriate health promotion advice. This research intends to build a system to provide advice on health promotion on standardized departure times. This study uses a qualitative approach to obtain a picture of current coaching information system. The research data was collected using in-depth interview and document review. The information obtained is used as the basis for the design of the system using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with prototype method. This study produced a prototype system of health promotion advice in the form of web applications. This system will facilitate the officer of health promotion activity on hajj during the departure period to provide health promotion advice, because officers do not need to seek or memorize promotion advice from various sources. The promotion advice is based on the results of a second stage medical examination and measurement of physical fitness. Health examination data, fitness measurements and health coaching advice are stored in an online database, making it easier for search and data calling."

"How do trees help reduce violence? What do roads have to do with chronic disease? Prevention Diaries illuminates the unexpected (yet foreseeable) things that shape peoples health and provides the keys to realizing vitality and well-being in the United States. The author draws on thirty-plus years of experience to build the case for prioritizing health throughout society. From healthcare to business practices, urban development to agriculture, the book demonstrates that many of the illnesses and injuries that burden the United States are entirely preventable through common-sense solutions. Prevention Diaries provides effective alternatives to the United States reliance on a healthcare system that focuses on sickness and treatment and explains how health happens in communities and homes, not just at the doctors office. The US system is in crisis precisely because it systematically neglects prevention and wellness. This requires shifting the way society perceives and approaches health, exposing the overreliance on individual solutions rather than taking action to prevent disease and injury before they occur. Diaries shows why prevention is the solution. Telling individuals to be healthier wont succeed if they live and work in unsafe places that promote unhealthy products and behaviors. Working together to support community solutions that increase opportunities for health and safety-like safe access to parks and healthful housing-sets the foundation for a healthier country. Diaries makes it clear that as the United States works to ensure everyone can access medical services, it also must make health, not just healthcare, universally accessible and available."

Advantages of kangaroo mother care (KMC) is to reduce the incidence of hipotermia and shorten hospital stay. Training according to Kirkpatrick is an effort to improve knowledge, change behavior and develop skills.
Aim: Assess the evaluation of 1 year post-KMC training on trained health care personnel in Pasar Rebo General Hospital in East Jakarta in 2018.
Method: Mixed Method Qualitative research was supported by quantitative research on 12 health worker informants in Nicu, Perinatologi, Delima Room who had attended KMC training one year ago. In-depth interviews, group discussions to find out the skill of FMU officers and knowledge after training were supported by skill observation on check list and filling out the same questionnaire on the previous one.
Results: the results of interviews and discussions of groups of officers performing KMC skills directly using infants to their mothers, not supported by facilities and infrastructure KMC is supported by quantitative data there is no significant difference in KMC skills p = 0,504 health workers after one year after receiving KMC training . At the time of observation prior to the test there were 4 officers whose books and statements never read again after the training, the officer's knowledge result decreased only one officer who remained from the post test score one year ago and re-done with the same problem.
Conclusions: This study evaluates the evaluation of KMC training held a year ago and which is limited to the few respondents likely to be irrelevant."
