"Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi konstruksi wacana kesehatan reproduksi remaja pada@infinityGenRe, agen sosialisasi dan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja Program GenReBKKBN. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis wacana kritis (CDA) Norman Faircloughuntuk menganalisa teks-teks @infinityGenRe dan model Pengembangan SeksualitasBerbasis Keterampilan Miriam Arbeit untuk menganalisis pengembangan agensiseksualitas @infinityGenRe. Hasil CDA menemukan wacana kesehatan reproduksi@infinityGenRe menanamkan ideologi pembangunanisme dan ideologi gender tidak setara,yang dipengaruhi norma agama dan budaya masyarakat patriarkis. Nilai-nilai tersebutdikonstruksikan melalui praktik wacana dalam komunitas PIK R Rumah Remaja dan peran@infinityGenRe sendiri sebagai produsen. Pada konteks sosiokultural, yaitu konteks sosialdan konteks institusional, memperlihatkan adanya ideologi pembangunisme mengenairemaja dan mengkonstruksi gender secara tidak setara yang melanggengkan superioritasseksualitas laki-laki terhadap perempuan dalam wacana kesehatan reproduksi remaja@infinityGenRe. Pada model Arbeit, @infinityGenRe tidak secara khususmengembangkan agensi seksualitas remaja tetapi mereproduksi dan meneguhkan ideologipembangunanisme melalui ideologi kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan konstruksi gender.BKKBN dapat menggunakan evaluasi berjenjang untuk sosialisasi dan edukasi kesehatanreproduksi remaja melalui media baru, serta menambahkan submateri kesetaraan genderpada modul pelatihan

This study explores the construction of adolescent reproductive health discourse on

@infinityGenRe, an agent for the dissemination and education of adolescent reproductive

health of the BKKBN GenRe Program. This study employs Norman Fairclough's critical

discourse (CDA) analysis to analyze the texts of @infinityGenRe and the Miriam Arbeit

Skills-Based Sexuality Development model to analyze the development of the

@infinityGenRe sexuality agency. Using CDA analysis, this study found that the discourse

on reproductive health @infinityGenRe instills an ideology of developmentism and an

unequal gender ideology, which is influenced by religious and cultural norms of patriarchal

societies. These values are constructed through the practice of discourse in the PIK R

Rumah Remaja community and the role of @infinityGenRe itself as a producer. In the

socio-cultural context, namely the social context and institutional context, there is an

ideology of developmentism about adolescents and unequal construction of gender that

perpetuates the superiority of male sexuality over women in the discourse of adolescent

reproductive health @ infinityGenRe. Using Arbeit model, this study found that

@infinityGenRe does not specifically develop adolescent sexuality agencies but reproduces

and reinforces the ideology of developmentism through adolescent reproductive health

ideology and gender construction. BKKBN should use tiered evaluations for the

dissemination and education of adolescent reproductive health through new media, as well

as adding gender equality submissions to the training modules"

"ABSTRAKKesehatan reproduksi merupakan hak bagi setiap manusia namun belum adakebijakan publik program kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja disabilitas intelektual.Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan pengumpulan informasi untuk advokasikebijakan publik program kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja disabilitas intelektual.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain Rapid AssesmentProsedure. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 orang, dipilih secarapurposive dan snowball, yaitu berbagai pemangku kepentingan yang terkaitdengan isu kesehatan reproduksi dan disabilitas. Metode pengumpulan datamelalui indepth interview pada tahap analisis. Tahapan penelitian ini yaituanalisis; strategi pro aktif dengan membuat factsheet, press release sertapenyelenggaraan lokakarya; mobilisasi sebagai langkah awal dari membangunkoalisi; dan aksi advokasi melalui lokakarya. Hasil analisis didapatkan belumadanya kebijakan publik program kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja disabilitasintelektual karena bukan program prioritas dan hasil lokakarya diperoleh usulanrekomendasi yang selanjutnya dibuat dalam bentuk policy brief berupa melakukankajian perundang-undangan dan modul yang sudah ada terkait kesehatanreproduksi dan disabilitas dengan melibatkan semua pihak untuk berkoordinasi,modul psikoedukasi kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja tunagrahita yang sudah adaperlu masuk ke dalam sistem pemerintah serta penyediaan alat peraga kesehatanreproduksi di SLB C.

ABSTRACTReproductive health is a right for every human being yet there is no public policyfor concentrating reproductive health for adolescents intellectual disability. Thisstudy aims at collecting information for advocacy on the issue. This study used aqualitative research with Rapid Assessment Procedure design. The informants inthis study amounted to 12 people were selected purposively and employedsnowball, procedure a number of informant were selected consist of differentstakeholder. Data were collected through in-depth interview on the analysis stage.Stages of this research is the analysis; pro-active strategy to create factsheets,press releases and organizing workshops; mobilization as the first step of buildingcoalitions; and advocacy action through workshops. The results of the analysisindicated no public policies for reproductive health programs for adolescentsintellectual disability because is not a priority program and the results of theworkshop obtained by the proposed recommendations were subsequently made inthe form of policy briefs be reviewing legislation and existing modules related toreproductive health and disabilities by involving all parties to coordinate,psychoeducation module reproductive health for adolescents intellectualdisability existing need to get into the government system and the provision ofreproductive health props in SLB C."

"Masa remaja merupakan suatu periode transisi antara masa kanak-kanak dan masa dewasa, merupakan waktu kematangan fisik, kognitif, sosial dan emosional yang cepat untuk mempersiapkan diri menjadi laki-laki dan perempuan dewasa. Permasalahan yang paling sering terjadi pada masa remaja saat ini adalah masalah kesehatan reproduksi. Metode yang tepat diperlukan untuk menyampaikan informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi kepada remaja salah satunya dengan menggunakan smartphone. Aplikasi android merupakan salah satu fitur pada smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas aplikasi kesehatan reproduksi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian Quasi-eksperimental ini menggunakan pre-post dengan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok intervensi terdiri dari 42 responden sedangkan kelompok kontrol 59 responden. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa dari dua Sekolah Menengah Pertama di kota Depok. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji repeated anova,friedman, independent t test, Man whitney. Hasil uji statistic menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan sikap remaja pada kelompok intervensi yang diberikan edukasi android dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (p<0,001). Edukasi kesehatan menggunakan aplikasi efektif dalam mempertahankan pengetahuan remaja setelah diberikan edukasi kesehatan tentang kesehatan reproduksi (p<0,001).

Adolescence is a transition period between childhood and adulthood when physical, cognitive, social and emotional maturity grow rapidly to prepare for being adult men and women. The most common problem for existing adolescence is reproductive health problems. The effective method is needed to convey information about reproductive health to adolescents like using smartphone. Android application is one of the features on a smartphone. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of reproductive health applications on adolescent knowledge and attitudes about reproductive health. This quasi-experimental study uses pre-post with a control group. The intervention group consisted of 42 respondents while the control group 59 respondents. The sample in this study were students from two junior high schools in the city of Depok. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using repeated anova test, Friedman test, independent t test, Man Whitney test. Statistical test results showed that there were significant differences between the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents in the intervention group given android education compared to the control group (p <0.001). Health education uses effective application in maintaining adolescent knowledge after being given health education about reproductive health (p <0.001)."

"ABSTRAKKaum muda di Indonesia masih tereksklusi dari pemenuhan hak kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi HKSR . PKBI memfasilitasi gerakan kaum muda untuk pemenuhan HKSR dengan memobilisasi sumberdaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mememahami bagaimana PKBI memobilisasi gerakan kaum muda untuk pemenuhan HKSR. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Untuk memahami Peran PKBI dalam memobilisasi gerakan kaum muda, penelitian ini menggunakan teori tipologi organisasi masyarakat sipil, teori tipologi LSM serta teori mobilisasi sumber daya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PKBI memfasilitasi gerakan kaum muda dengan memobilisasi sumberdaya internal dan eksternal. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan tipologi PKBI sebagai LSM cenderung mengalami perubahan pada setiap era. Penelitian ini juga menemukan isu kunci yang memperlemah gerakan kaum muda yaitu kapital sosial antar aktor internal dan eksternal serta belum optimalnya penguatan agency aktor gerakan.

ABSTRACTYoung people in Indonesia are still excluded from the fulfillment of sexual and reproductive health and rights SRHR . PKBI facilitates the youth movement for the fulfillment of SRHR by mobilizing resources. The purpose of this study is to understand how PKBI mobilizes the youth movement for the fulfillment of HKSR. This study uses a qualitative methodology. To understand the role of PKBI in mobilizing the youth movement, this research uses theory of civil society organization typology, theory of NGO typology and theory of resource mobilization. This research shows that PKBI facilitates the youth movement by mobilizing internal and external resources. The results of this study show the typology of PKBI as an NGO tended to change in each era. The study also found key issues that weaken youth movement, there is social capital between internal and external actors and agency of movement actor."
