"Perkembangan teknologi turut berperan penting dalam bertumbuhnya ekonomi pariwisata, salah satunya adalah inovasi teknologi OTA. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan pasar OTA yang diprediksi akan terus meningkat dalam beberapa tahun kedepan, membuat kompetisi antar penyedia layanan OTA juga semakin ketat, sehingga memunculkan tantangan tersendiri. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pre-adoption, berupa persepsi awal pengguna yang memengaruhi actual continuance usage layanan pemesanan akomodasi dan transportasi pada aplikasi mobile OTA di Indonesia. Untuk meneliti hal tersebut, penelitian ini menggabungkan tiga teori, yaitu Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Information System Success (ISS), dan Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM). Sebanyak 543 data valid dari responden yang pernah menggunakan layanan akomodasi maupun transportasi melalui aplikasi mobile OTA diolah menggunakan Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) dengan alat bantu AMOS 26. Hasil penelitian tim penulis mengindikasikan bahwa faktor-faktor pada tahapan pre-adoption, seperti pre-adoption performance expectancy dan pre-adoption expected information quality memengaruhi expectation-confirmation yang kemudian memengaruhi faktor post-adoption, seperti post-adoption perceived trust dan satisfaction. Kemudian, satisfaction memengaruhi continuance usage intention pengguna baik secara langsung maupun bila dimediasi oleh faktor habit. Terakhir, ditemukan bahwa continuance usage intention memengaruhi actual continuance usage aplikasi mobile OTA. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi untuk memberikan wawasan terhadap perusahaan penyedia layanan OTA, sehingga penyedia dapat memenuhi ekspektasi penggunanya dan mempertahankan pengguna sehingga menggunakan aplikasi mobile OTA secara berkelanjutan.

Technology advancement plays an important role to the tourism economy growth, one of which is the innovation of OTA. Along with the predicted growth of the OTA industry in the upcoming years, the competition between OTA providers will also increase, thus creating its own challenges for its market players. This study aims to determine the pre-adoption factors that affects user’s actual continuance usage of the accommodation and transportation booking service on the mobile OTA application in Indonesia by proposing an integrated Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Information System Success (ISS), and Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM). A total of 543 valid data were retrieved from respondents who had used the accommodation or transportation booking service through the OTA mobile application. The statistical analysis was performed with Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) using AMOS 26 software. The results indicate that pre-adoption expectancies, such as pre-adoption performance expectancy and pre-adoption expected information quality impacts user’s expectation confirmation, thus determining user post-adoption perceived trust and satisfaction. The result further confirms that user satisfaction impacts both directly and indirectly (through the mediation of habit) to user’s continuance usage intention. Moreover, the findings suggest that user’s continuance usage intention has a strong influence to the actual continuance usage of the mobile OTA application. This study provides insights to OTA providers by guiding them to deliver services that meets user’s expectation, hence retaining their users through user’s continuance usage."

"Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli (PPJB) dan perjanjian utang piutang dengan jaminan  merupakan perjanjian yang umum ditemui di masyarakat. Kedua perjanjian tersebut mengandung dua hubungan hukum yang berbeda dan kedua hubungan hukum tersebut tidak dapat digabungkan satu dengan yang lainnya. Namun di masyarakat masih ditemui PPJB yang dibuat dengan latar belakang utang piutang bahkan PPJB tersebut dijadikan sebagai lembaga pengikatan jaminan utang piutang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlu diketahui akibat hukum terhadap perjanjian pengikatan jual beli yang dibuat secara pura-pura sebagai jaminan dari suatu perjanjian utang piutang serta kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum objek jaminan utang piutang yang diikat dengan perjanjian pengikatan jual beli dalam putusan Pengadilan Negeri Cibadak Nomor 34/Pdt.G/2021/PN Cbd. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian doktrinal dapat dikatakan bahwa akibat hukum terhadap PPJB yang dibuat secara pura-pura sebagai jaminan dari suatu perjanjian utang piutang adalah dapat dibatalkan karena bertentangan dengan syarat sah dari perjanjian dalam Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata yaitu sepakat yang mengikatkan dirinya. Tidak adanya kesamaan kehendak dan kesepakatan terkait harga jual beli dalam PPJB dan juga adanya bentuk penyalahgunaan keadaan oleh pihak kreditur yang menjadikan kesepakatan debitur menjadi cacat. Terkait dengan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum objek jaminan utang piutang yang diikat dengan PPJB pada kasus Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Cibadak Nomor 34/Pdt.G/2021/PN Cbd adalah dengan pembebanan hak tanggungan yang dituangkan dalam Akta Pembebanan Hak Tanggungan (APHT) terhadap tanah milik debitur. Pembuatan APHT merupakan bentuk perlindungan hukum eksternal dengan merujuk kepada ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang Hak Tanggungan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah sebagai lembaga pengikatan jaminan yang objeknya berupa hak atas tanah.

Binding Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) and debt and receivables agreement with collateral are agreements that are commonly encountered in the community. The two agreements contain two different legal relationships and the two legal relationships cannot be combined with each other. However, in the community, PPJB is still found which is made with the background of debts and receivables, and even the PPJB is used as a binding institution for debt and receivables guarantees. Based on this, it is necessary to know the legal consequences of the binding sale and purchase agreement made under the guise of collateral for a debt and receivables agreement as well as the legal certainty and legal protection of the object of the debt and receivables guarantee that is bound by the binding sale and purchase agreement in the Cibadak District Court decision Number 34/Pdt.G/2021/PN Cbd. Using the doctrinal research method, it can be said that the legal consequences of PPJB made under the guise of collateral for a debt and receivables agreement can be canceled because it is contrary to the legal conditions of the agreement in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, namely the agreement that binds him. The absence of a common will and agreement regarding the purchase and sale price in the PPJB and also a form of abuse of circumstances by creditors that makes the debtor's agreement flawed. Related to legal certainty and legal protection, the object of debt and receivables guarantee bound by PPJB in the case of Cibadak District Court Decision Number 34/Pdt.G/2021/PN Cbd is the imposition of dependent rights as outlined in the Deed of Encumbrance of Dependent Rights (APHT) on land owned by the debtor. The creation of APHT is a form of external legal protection by referring to the provisions in the Law on Dependent Rights that have been determined by the government as a guarantee binding institution whose object is in the form of land rights."

Berbeda denganpenelitian sebelumnya, tingkat undervaluation pada penelitian ini diukurberdasarkan residual dari regresi persamaan Ohlson (1995) yang dilakukan perperiode dan secara panel. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa tingkatundervaluation dan ketersediaan kas meningkatkan kemungkinan perusahaanmelakukan pembelian kembali saham. Selain itu, penelitian juga menemukanbahwa ketersediaan kas memperkuat pengaruh tingkat undervaluation terhadapkemungkinan perusahaan melakukan pembelian kembali saham. ABSTRACTThis study investigates the effect of undervaluation and cash holdings on likelihoodof share repurchase decision using Indonesian listed companies? data from 2009 ?2015. Contrast to previous studies, this study measures the undervaluation usingresidual of Ohlson (1995) models based on yearly and panel regression. The resultof this study shows that undervaluation and cash holding increase the likelihood ofshare repurchase decision. Furthermore, this study also found that cash holdingstrengthen the effect of undervaluation on likelihood of share repurchase decision.The study suggests that future research avoid direct application of price to bookratio as a measure of undervaluation since it contains measurement error. Findingof this research can be applied in investment strategies and developing condusiveregulation for stock repurchase policy."

TikTok represents a new form of marketing communication technology due to its features and attributes. Drawing on the Elaboration Likelihood Model and the concept of self-relevance, the present study explores the impact of perceived personalization and auhenticity of TikTok content on perceived convenience, viral behavioral intentions and purchase intention. The results show that the personalization of TikTok content is negatively related to perceived convenience and authenticity of TikTok content is positively related to perceived convenience. Overall, the results of this study provide new insights and practical implications for both content creator and advertiser sides."
