"ABSTRAK
PT. Y telah menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan ISO 14001:2004 sejak tahun 2006 untuk mencegah terjadinya pencemaran di area PT. Y, namun pencemaran lingkungan masih terjadi. Pencemaran lingkungan umumnya terjadi karena perilaku pekerja yang tidak ramah lingkungan. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah menganalisis hubungan kesadaran lingkungan terhadap perilaku pekerja PT. Y; menganalisis hubungan sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 terhadap perilaku pekerja di wilayah kerja PT. Y; menganalisis hubungan sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 dan kesadaran lingkungan secara simultan terhadap perilaku pekerja PT Y. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 314 pekerja, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 194 pekerja menggunakan metode Slovin. Untuk pemilihan karyawan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian diolah dengan metode univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan yang lemah dan searah antara kesadaran lingkungan dan perilaku karyawan dengan nilai korelasi R = 0,23 . Hasil yang berbeda pada sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 dengan perilaku pekerja. Hasilnya menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 dan perilaku pekerja dengan nilai korelasi R = 0,39 . Sedangkan korelasi antara kesadaran lingkungan dan sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 terhadap perilaku pekerja menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai korelasi R = 0,56 . Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari hasil analisis tersebut adalah kesadaran terhadap lingkungan memainkan peran penting dari perilaku pekerja PT. Y terhadap Lingkungan. Program perusahaan seperti sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 tidak dapat berjalan secara efektif tanpa dukungan dari kesadaran lingkungan. Perusahaan harus meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan terlebih dahulu sebelum menerapkan program lain yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan di wilayah kerja perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
Environmental pollution is happening in working area of PT Y. It happens since worker rsquo s behavior is not environmental friendly. This research aims to find factors that influence worker rsquo s behavior as an effort to minimize environmental pollution. This study used a combination of the quantitative and qualitative method. Obtaining ISO 14001 environment management system data including knowledge, perception, and satisfaction. On the behavior of workers population in this study are 314 workers, with sample number are 194 Workers number using Slovin method. Employee selection is done by using simple random sampling method. Analysis method in this research is descriptive analytical. It used the relationship of one variable with the others on the population study tested using cross sectional design. This design could explain study validity of a model or hypothesis formulation and level of difference between the sampling groups at a given point in time. This research was conducted by survey method, observation, and interview using the instrument in questionnaire form. The result was processed by univariate, bivariate, and multivariate ways. The results showed a weak and unidirectional relationship between environmental awareness and employee behavior with correlation value R 0,23 . The different result showed on ISO 14001 environmental management system with worker rsquo s behavior. The results showed a moderate and unidirectional relationship between the ISO 14001 environmental management system and the worker 39 s behavior with the correlation value R 0,39 . While the correlation between environmental awareness and ISO 14001 environmental management system to Worker rsquo s behavior shows a strong relationship with correlation value R 0,56 . The conclusion is environmental awareness plays an essential role in worker rsquo s behavior of PT. Y on the environment. A corporate program such as ISO 14001 management System could not run efficiently without the adequate support of education on environmental awareness. The company should raise environmental awareness first before making or breaking other programs related to the environment in the company 39 s work area. "Tesis ini membahas tentang penilaian kualitas perairan dalam upaya pengendalian pencemaran di wilayah pesisir kota pekalongan. Pada umumnya wilayah pesisir Kota Pekalongan digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai lahan budidaya pertambakan, namun karena kondisi perairan yang keruh dan telah tercemar oleh beberapa bahan pencemar, kegiatan budidaya menjadi tidak maksimal dilakukan. Informasi terkini tentang kondisi karakteristik fisika, kimia dan biologi di perairan Kota Pekalongan dianggap masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan ketersediaan data parameter perairan di Kota Pekalongan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September 2012 yang ditetapkan secara purposive, berdasarkan baku mutu lingkungan yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah (KepMen KLH No.51/men-KLH/2004). Berdsarkan nilai TSS, TDS, DO, total fosfat, dan NH3 yang dibandingkan dengan baku mutu lingkungan dalam KepMen KLH No.51/men-KLH/2004, wilayah laut pesisir Kota Pekalongan sudah tercemar. Total beban cemaran tertinggi di muara sungai adalah TSS sebesar 8,317,79 mg/L. Adapun alternatif upaya yang perlu dilakukan adalah pengendalian pertumbuhan penduduk, penerapan teknologi melaui penerapan konsep 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle), pembangunan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) serta mengupayakan keberlanjutan pengelolaan sampah terpadu berbasis masyarakat.

The focus of this study is water quality assessment on control pollution effort in coastal areas of Pekalongan District. Generally, coastal areas of Pekalongan District was used as ponds culture, but as its waters condition and has been pollution by certain contaminant materials, its land culture activity has decreased and not maximally utilized. Recent information on physical, chemical and biological characteristic condition around Pekalongan District waters is limited. Therefore, parameter data availability was needed. Research was conducted in September 2012, which was determined as purposive, based on environmental quality standard enacted by government (Ministry of Environment Ministerial Decree No. 51/MEN-KLH/2004). Based on TSS, TDS, DO, phosphate total, and NH3 compared with environment quality standard in Ministry of Environment Ministerial Decree No. 51/MEN-KLH/2004, it realized that coastal areas of Pekalongan District were in polluted condition. Highest contaminant load total in outfall was TSS as amount 8,317,79 mg/L. Another alternative effort worth to be conducted is population growth control, applied technology based on 3R concept (reduce, reuse, recycle), Waste Water Plant, and conducting integrated communal solid waste management sustainability."

"[ABSTRAK
Kendaraan beroperasi di DKI Jakarta yang semakin didominasi oleh kendaraan pribadi menyebabkan pertumbuhan aktivitas kendaraan telah melampaui kapasitas jalan yang tersedia, padahal kapasitas lingkungan tersebut tidak boleh dilampaui untuk menjaga sistem lingkungan yang mendukungnya tetap berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini disusun untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sistem transportasi serta dampaknya pada lingkungan hidup, dengan membangun model sistem transportasi yang berkelanjutan berdasarkan teori mengenai sustainable developement, sistem transportasi dan system dynamics. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data, maka dapat dapat ditarik kesimpulan secara umum bahwa sistem transportasi yang ditandai oleh aktivitas dan emisi kendaraan bermotor tidak mampan di masa yang akan datang yang ditandai dari kapasitas jalan yang hampir mencapai batas maksimumnya. Skenario kebijakan yang dibangun di dalam penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa peningkatan peran transportasi publik sebesar 10% dapat menurunkan aktivitas kendaraan sebesar 7,14%.

Active vehicle operated in DKI Jakarta that has been dominated by private vehicle is causing vehicle activity growth exceeds available road capacity, which is vital for keeping the environment well functioned. This research was conducted for analyzing relationship beween economic growth and transportation system and its impact on environment particularly road capacity and emission; achieved by building transportation system model using system dynamics. Based on result of research, it is concluded that Jakarta’s current system transportation is not sustained which is indicated by vehicle activity and emission reached its environment capacity. "Bahan bakar fosil merupakan salah satu sumber energi utama dan terbesar penggunaannya di Indonesia. Kebutuhannya pun dinilai cenderung meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Emisi dari pembakaran gas disebut dapat menimbulkan isu lingkungan. Selain dalam tahap penggunaannya, proses produksi gas juga perlu ditinjau peranan dan dampaknya terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hal tersebut lewat metode Life Cycle Assesment (LCA). Penelitian ini dibatasi oleh sistem gate-to-gate yang meliputi proses dari tahap produksi saja, dan digunakan untuk menentukan dampak lingkungan dari langkah produksi atau proses. Tinjauan proses yang dinilai dampak lingkungannya terdiri atas alur produksi gas dan kondensat serta produk samping air terproduksi.Analisa LCA proses produksi akan dihitung menggunakan peranti lunak SimaPro versi 9.0.049 dan berbasis pada neraca massa yang disimulasikan pada Aspen HYSYS versi 11. Data yang menjadi input LCA dalam penelitian ini merupakan data bahan baku, produk, produk samping, pemakaian energi, serta gas buang atau emisi pembakaran. Dari hasil penilaian dampak lingkungan, didapatkan nilai beban emisi yang dihasilkan dari proses produksi gas jual adalah 409,35 kg CO2/ton produk; 0,062 kg CH4/ton produk; 0,0062 kg NOx/ton produk; dan 0,0007 kg SOx/ton produk dengan total emisi ke udara dari proses produksi gas adalah 1,929 107 UBP/ton produk. Pada alur produksi kondensat dihasilkan beban emisi sebesar 0,206 kg CO2/ton produk; 4,05 10-5 kg CH4/ton produk; 4,37 10-6 kg NOx/ton produk; dan 9,96 10-6 kg kg SOx/ton produk dengan nilai total emisi ke udara dari proses produksi kondensat adalah 6,38 102 UBP/ton produk. Sedangkan pada hasil produk selanjutnya yaitu air dihasilkan beban emisi sebesar 102,981 kg CO2/ton produk; 1,566 CH4/ton produk; 0,157 kg NOx/ton produk; dan 0,018 kg kg SOx/ton produk dengan total emisi ke udara dari proses produksi air adalah 8,3410 107 UBP/ton produk. Kontribusi beban emisi terhadap lingkungan ini dapat diminalisasi dengan beberapa upaya seperti memaksimalkan efisiensi energi dari peralatan yang beroperasi di lapangan, injeksi CO2 sequestration, pemanfaatan gas H2S menjadi bahan kimia H2SO4 dan menggalangkan gerakan green electricity.

Fossil fuels are one of the main and biggest sources of energy in Indonesia. Their needs are also considered to increase from year to year. Emissions from combustion of gas are said to cause environmental issues. In addition to the use phase, the gas production process also needs to be reviewed for its role and impact on the environment. This study aims to identify this through the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. This method is a method used to estimate the environmental impact resulting from a production process starting from exploration to the final process and disposal to the environment, or commonly known as the cradle to grave approach. This study is limited by the gate-to-gate system which includes processes from the production stage only, and is used to determine the environmental impact of the production steps or processes. A review of the processes assessed for environmental impacts consists of gas and condensate production flows and produced water byproducts. Production process LCA will be calculated using SimaPro software version 9.0.049 and based on mass balance which is simulated in Aspen HYSYS version 11. The data which is input for LCA in this research is data of raw materials, products, by-products, energy consumption, and exhaust gas or combustion emissions. From the results of the environmental impact assessment, the value of the emission load generated from the sales gas production process is 409.35 kg CO2/ton product; 0.062 kg CH4/ton product; 0.0062 kg NOx/ on product; and 0.0007 kg SOx/ton product with total emissions to the air from the gas production process is 1.929×107 UBP/ton product. In the condensate production process, emissions load of 0.206 kg CO2/ton of product is produced; 4.05×10-5 kg ​​ CH4/ton product; 4.37×10-6 kg NOx/ton product; and 9.96×10-6 kg kg SOx/ton product with total emissions to the air from the condensate production process is 6.38×102 UBP/ton product. Whereas in the next product result, water is produced an emission load of 102.981 kg CO2/ton product; 1,566 CH4/ton product; 0.157 kg NOx/ton product; and 0.018 kg kg SOx/ton product with total emissions to the air from the produced water production process is 8.3410×107 UBP/ton product. The contribution of the emission load to the environment can be finalized by several efforts such as maximizing the energy efficiency of equipment operating in the field, CO2 equesterian injection, utilization of H2S gas into H2SO4 chemicals and promoting the movement of green electricity."
