"ABSTRAKFenomena pekerja tidak penuh merupakan bagian dari pasar kerja. Salah satu keuntungan dari pekerjaan tidak penuh adalah dapat mengurangi angka pengangguran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui profil pekerja tidak penuh serta faktor yang memengaruhi kecenderungan bekerja tidak penuh di Indonesia dengan data Sakernas 2016. Mayoritas pekerja tidak penuh adalah kelompok pekerja yang tinggal di perdesaan, usia 35-44 tahun, kawin, memiliki modal manusia yang rendah, bukan penyandang disabilitas, tidak memiliki anggota rumah tangga usia di bawah 10 tahun, bekerja di sektor pertanian, pekerja/tidak dibayar, sektor informal, serta upah per bulan kurang dari Rp 500 ribu. Hasil analisis regresi logistik biner menunjukkan bahwa pekerja perempuan, tinggal di perdesaan, berusia di bawah 55 tahun, belum menikah, berpendidikan rendah, tidak pernah mengikuti pelatihan kerja, memiliki pengalaman kerja, berstatus disable, memiliki anggota rumah tangga usia di bawah 10 tahun, serta bekerja di lapangan usaha pertanian dan sejenisnya berpeluang lebih besar untuk menjadi pekerja tidak penuh di Indonesia.

ABSTRACTThe phenomenon of part time workers is the part of the labor market. One of the advantages of a part time job is to reduce unemployment rate. The aim of this research is to find out the profile of part time workers and the factors which affecting part time workers in Indonesia with Sakernas 2016. Part time workers are female, living in the rural areas, 35 44 years old, married, have less of human capital, non disabilities persons, do not have household members under 10 years old, works in the agricultural sector, unpaid workers, informal sector, and monthly wages less than 500 thousand rupiahs. The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that female workers, living in rural areas, aged under 55, unmarried, low educated persons, never attending job training, having work experience, disabled persons, having household members under 10 years old, and working in agricultural sectors have greater opportunity to become part time workers in Indonesia."

"Skripsi ini meninjau secara Yuridis dan Sosiologis terhadap Mahasiswa peraih beasiswa yang bekerja Paruh Waktu di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Indonesia. Dengan bekerjanya mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Hukum Universitas Indonesia yang juga sebagai penerima beasiswa, suatu aturan diperlukan untuk mengakomodasi dan mengatur guna menghindari timbulnya persoalan-persoalan dalam proses kegiatan akademik perkuliahan dan kegiatan pekerjaan paruh waktu. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan penelitian yuridis sosiologis melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan statutory approach dan perbandingannya comparative approach dengan penerapan di masyarakat juga wawancara tujuh narasumber dan lima informan menunjukkan bahwa adanya penerapan secara sosiologis dari Peraturan Akademik di Universitas Indonesia, Peraturan beasiswa di Lembaga Pemerintah dan Lembaga Swasta, dan Peraturan di Lembaga Tempat Kerja Mahasiswa. Selain itu juga menunjukkan adanya aspek psikologis yang mendasari mahasiswa yang mendapat beasiswa memutuskan untuk bekerja paruh waktu dengan menentukan standar tertinggi dari pilihan yang mereka miliki.

This thesis observes Law Student who had part time job at Faculty of Law University of Indonesia from the perspective of Juridical and Sociological. Student did part time work also as an awardees, a law is needed to accommodate and regulate the problem between their academic activities and their part time jobs. This research is based on the Sosciological and juridical statutory approach with comparison to other regulations comparative approach . Based on the research method, this thesis is used an approach based on sociological research throughout the study of empirical studies and also interviews made to seven resource persons and five informants. The results shows that there is a sociological basis of the Academic Regulation at the University of Indonesia, scholarship regulations, as well as from their working place rsquo s regulation. It also shows the psychological aspect of the students who received scholarships about how they finally decide to work on part time basis and also about how they determine the choice which reflect their highest priority. "Penelitian ini membahas peran ama dalam pariwisata kota Toba di prefektur Mie, Jepang. Ama merupakan wanita yang menyelam sampai kedalaman 5 mdash;25 meter ke dasar laut untuk mencari rumput laut dan awabi siput laut tanpa menggunakan tabung oksigen. Kota Toba bertransformasi menjadi kota turisme berkat ama. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memaparkan bagaimana peran ama sebagai penjaga tradisi dalam pariwisata kota Toba. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ama berperan sebagai penjaga tradisi yang mengupayakan konservasi laut dengan praktik ramah lingkungannya dan turut berkontribusi dalam pariwisata sebagai destinasi wisata budaya dan ikon kota Toba.

This study discusses the role of ama in Toba City Tourism in Mie Prefecture, Japan. Ama is a woman who could do free diving until 5 mdash 25 meters into the bottom of the sea to picks seaweed and their prize catch, awabi abalone . Toba city has transformed into a tourism city because of ama. The purposes of this study is focuses on the explanation of ama rsquo s role as guardian of the tradition in Toba city tourism. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The result of this study indicates that ama has involve as guardian of the tradition which seeks marine conservation with their sustainable practice while also contributes in Toba rsquo s tourism as cultural tourism destination and city icon."

"Peneliti menguji model teoritis berdasarkan aspek penipisan dan pengayaan konflik peran di mana manfaat berbasis kerja dan tuntutan berbasis kerja pada peran pertama (pekerja) memengaruhi fasilitasi dan konflik pada peran kedua (siswa), kemudian poin kedua di atas memengaruhi keterlibatan dan kesejahteraan dalam peran kedua. Peneliti juga meneliti apakah fasilitasi dan konflik bertindak sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara manfaat dan tuntutan dengan keterlibatan dan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 290 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa yang bekerja di Indonesia, mayoritas adalah responden perempuan (63,4%, usia rata-rata 23,4 tahun). Dalam studi ini, manfaat berbasis kerja memiliki efek positif pada fasilitasi universitas kerja; Fasilitasi yang dirasakan oleh siswa yang bekerja berpengaruh pada keterlibatan dan kesejahteraan dalam peran kedua.

Researchers tested a theoretical model based on the aspects of depletion and enrichment of role conflict in which work-based benefits and work-based demands on the first role (workers) influenced facilitation and conflict in the second role (students), then the second point above affected involvement and well-being in the second role. Researchers also examined whether facilitation and conflict act as mediators in the relationship between benefits and demands and engagement and well-being. This study involved 290 respondents who were students working in Indonesia, the majority were female respondents (63.4%, average age 23.4 years). In this study, work-based benefits have a positive effect on the facilitation of university work; The facilitation felt by working students has an effect on involvement and well-being in the second role."

"Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana mahasiswa pekerja menghadapi konflik peran atas konsekuensi dari peran gandanya di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam dan observasi di media sosial, studi ini akan memaparkan perjalanan mahasiswa pekerja di Indonesia diikuti dengan beragam dinamika yang harus mereka hadapi. Mahasiswa pekerja sebagai agen aktif tidak hanya diam melihat pergerakan struktur yang ada, tetapi memiliki cara-cara khusus untuk mulai bertindak, mengambil bagian, memutuskan hal sesuai dengan kehendaknya, dari apa yang disebut sebagai agensi dan didasari oleh intensi dalam diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa pekerja memiliki bentuk-bentuk negosiasi dan manajemen solusi ketika menghadapi konflik peran yang terjadi, yang berkaitan erat dengan kontribusi teknologi melalui kebijakan yang muncul pada masa pandemi Covid-19, seperti Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dan Work From Home (WFH)

The study sees how working college students face the inter-role conflicts over the consequences of their multiple roles in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. By using in-depth interviews and observation on social media, this study will describe the journey of working college students in Indonesia, followed by the various dynamics they have to face. Working college students as active agents are not only silent in seeing the movement of the existing structure but also have particular ways to start acting, take part, and decide things according to their will, from what is called the agency and based on their intentionality. The result shows that working college students have forms of negotiation and solution management when facing inter-role conflicts that occur, which are closely related to the contribution of technology through policies that emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic, such as Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) and Work From Home (WFH)"
