"Dalam menjalankan bisnis, sangat dibutuhkan sebuah perencanaan bisnis yang baik. Pengusaha, organisasi, atau perusahaan seringkali mengalami kegagalan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya disebabkan Salah satu alasannya adalah karena tidak adanya rencana bisnis yang memadai. Rencana bisnis dapat menjadi suatu alat yang efektif untuk berbagai macam bisnis dalam mengatur tujuan-tujuan kedalam suatu benluk yang saling berhubungan, khususnya bagi bisnis baru atau bisnis kecil.
Di dalam skripsi ini, membahas setiap aspek dari rencana bisnis bagi Bookstore dan Ritel FTUI yang rencananya akan dibangun di lingkungan kampus Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia. Aspek-aspek tersebut adalah rencana organisasi, rencana pemasaran, dan dokumen keuangan.
Hasil dari penelitian dan penulisan ini akan menjadi usulan rencana bisnis dan pertimbangan bagi Bookstore dan Ritel FTUI, apakah layak untuk dijalankan atau tidak.

In running business, a very good of business plan is required. Enterpreneur, organizational, or company oftentimes fail in running its business is caused by one of the reasons is no adequate business plan. Business plan can be become an effective appliance for assorted of business in arranging the target into a form that is interaction, especially for new or small business.
In this final paper, study about every aspect of business plan for Bookstore and Retail of FTUI that its plan will be founded in campus environment of Faculty of Engineering University of Indonesia. The Aspects is organizational plan, marketing plan, and monetary document.
The result of this writing and research will become business plan proposal and consideration for Bookstore and Retail of FTUI, if it's feasible to be run or not.

"Saat ini usaha bisnis perbankan sektor perorangan atau ritel telah memasuki era persaingan yang ketat, dimana hal ini menyebabkan bank dipaksa untuk memberikan pelayanan nasabah yang sebaik-baiknya. Tidak dapat disangkal bahwa ada beberapa insiden seperti bencana banjir, teror bom, sistem yang tidak berfungsi; yang dapat terjadi sewaktu waktu yang menyebabkan pelayanan nasabah tidak tersedia sebagaimana mestinya. Hal ini menyebabkan perusahaan harus mempunyai suatu mekanisme kerja yang dapat mengantisipasi insiden tersebut untuk menjaga kelangsungan bisnis. Mekanisme kerja untuk menjaga kelangsungan bisnis ini disebut sebagai Business Continuity Plan.
Dalam laporan ini penulis melakukan penelusuran terhadap suatu metodologi daur hidup yang menjelaskan tahapan tahapan yang penting dalam penyusunan Business Continuity Plan. Hasilnya terdapat beberapa tahapan yakni: Tahapan identifikasi proses bisnis yang penting bagi perusahaan, Tahapan identifikasi ancaman terhadap proses bisnis tersebut, Tahapan identifikasi batas waktu maksimum untuk setiap proses bisnis sebelum perusahaan mendapat impact serius, Tahapan penentuan resources yang dibutuhkan oleh proses bisnis dalam rangka mempertahankan continuity of business, Tahapan cara penetapan mitigation strategy, containment dan recovery strategy untuk process owners dan diakhiri dengan Tahapan petunjuk pembentukan dan pemeliharaan dokumentasi Business Continuity Plan dimana juga ditentukan siapa yang sebaiknya bertanggung jawab atas pembaharuan dokumentasi tersebut.
Dengan adanya metodologi diatas, dimana ada tahapan analisa identifikasi proses bisnis yang penting dan apa saja jenis ancaman yang dapat berpengaruh atas kelangsungan proses bisnis tersebut, hal ini membuat perusahaan mengerti proses apa yang perlu dijaga kelangsungannya untuk menjaga kelangsungan bisnis secara keseluruhan. Karena metodologi bersifat daur hidup dan secara jelas ditentukan siapa yang sebaiknya bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan Business Continuity Plan; maka Business Continuity Plan akan selalu ditinjau ulang dan diperbaharui secara berkala. Contohnya jika ada pertambahan proses bisnis yang baru maka Business Continuity Plan juga akan diubah, sehingga jika bencana terjadi sewaktu waktu, maka perusahaan selalu siap menghadapinya.

Consumer Bank business in Indonesia currently is entering an era of tight competition. The current situation forces the banks to provide excellent service to its customers. Outstanding service is no longer an option but is already part of the effort for the business to survive. On the other side, we may anticipate unforeseen circumstances such as flood, terrorism, system malfunction that can affect the facilities and systems on which the banks rely to serve their customers to be unavailable, and as the consequences this will create interruption to the services. Having known this situation, banks should have a plan to keep the business running during contingency situation. This plan usually called as BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN.
In this report, we will learn a life cycle methodology to develop Business Continuity Plan which divided into several steps: first step is to identify critical business process, second step is to analyze the risk, third step is to determine target recovery time, fourth step is to identify resources needed during contingency, fifth step is to determine the mitigation, containment and recovery strategy and last step is to develop Business Continuity Plan documents, including the guideline and responsible person to maintain the plan.
The steps to analyze what are the critical business processes and what is the impact if the business is not running, will make the business understand which processes need to be sustained during disaster, and be able to respond the threat as necessary when it happened. The life cycle characteristic of the methodology that require Business Continuity Plan to be reviewed periodically will ensure that the plan is kept updated. For instance when there is a new business process then Business Continuity Plan will also be changed. Hence when the disaster happened, the business is always ready to respond."

Dengan slogan "Every piece of life", Jigsaw akan menawarkan system terintegrasi dari berbagi material digital yang didasarkan pada sistem cloud. Jigsaw akan berfungsi sebagai jurnal online sehingga pengguna bisa melihat aktivitas mereka di dunia online dan offline. Jigsaw dilihat mampu untuk menciptakan posisi yang unik di market, dimana produk ini menawarkan pengguna nya untuk melihat kembali semua kegiatan masa lalu mereka di berbagai social media. Jigsaw menargetkan Generasi Y yang tinggal di benua Australia sebagai penggunanya. Kompetitor yang nantinya akan dihadapi adalah Blogger.com, Wordpress.com, Blog.com, Tumblr, dan Timehop. Dengan menggunakan beberapa teori marketing (seperti Product Life Cycle, Porter’s Five Forces Model, dan SWOT Analysis), pasar dilihat cukup attraktif dan menarik untuk dimasuki. Sumber pendapatan utama akan didapat melalui subscription. Sumber pendapatan lainnya akan didapatkan melalui branding, promosi, distribusi, dan dalam bentuk kerjasama.

This business plan will explore the development of a new product branded as "Jigsaw", to be sold over the internet. With the tagline of "Every piece of life", Jigsaw will offer the integration of various digital materials through a cloud-based system. Jigsaw will serve as an online journal service, subsequently letting users to track their daily online and offline activities. With core and augmented value offerings, Jigsaw will establish a unique selling proposition in the market, allowing users to revisit memories from the past in a simple way.Jigsaw has strategically segmented Gen Y and the Australia geographic region as its target market. Through the competitive analysis, it is discovered that there are a few major competitors such as Blogger.com, Wordpress.com, Blog.com, Tumblr, and Timehop. By using appropriate measures; PLC, Porter’s 5 Forces Model, and SWOT Analysis, the market attractiveness is found to be moderate. Jigsaw's revenue model proposes several ways to generate revenue. The primary revenue stream will be via a subscription for service. Secondary methods of generating revenue will be included in branding, promotion, distribution and partnerships.

"ABSTRAK
This study discuss business plan rubber plantation at Bangka next year. The reason is the capital to start rubber plantation in medium-scale at Bangka are still relative low and could bring a high return for a long period. Author expects from this study, author can get a lot of good information about rubber plantation, and it will come from business entity and local farmer that have a great experience. Author also gets information from the books, newspaper, and internet, which discuss how to manage rubber plantation, so it can minimize the risk of failure. There is a good opportunity in the rubber plantations business, because a high demand for natural rubber this time, also many parts of the rubber plant itself, that can be used or sold, so the author can maximize the income from rubber plantations. To implement this agribusiness project, author will establish a new company with a core business as rubber plantation company called PT.Binex. The author expect in a long run this company could become go public company, that can contribute significant not only for Bangka?s rubber industry, but also for national rubber industry, so it could bring employment for Indonesian people, especially in Bangka. In addition, the company is expected to provide a high level of investment (ROI) for the shareholder, higher than deposit rate of return. At the beginning, the company will be run as a family business, so the main management functions will become a job desk for the members of the family. To maintain and develop the company, author will need a good business strategy with a high competitiveness, so can bring competitive advantage for the company. The growth strategies are divided into two parts, namely internal growth strategies and external growth strategies. Therefore, author will try to apply some of this business strategy which accordance for rubber plantation. The conclusion from this business plan is prospect of a rubber plantation business actually is still good, although there must be a tidal experienced for author at beginning. Author has a long-term plan to develop PT.Binex not only as a rubber plantation companies, but also develop into a company that able to process natural rubber latex and other parts of rubber plants into finished goods. Author also hopes the corn plant, which is an additional commodity crops for the company, can provide a significant contribution, so that companies can maximize profits. Therefore, the author will learn more about products based on rubber and corn, so can be developed and processed into more valuable products that can be directly sell to end consumer."

Tetapi hanyalah pemain yang sangat kecil di pasar furniture Philippina. Philippina menawarkan kesempatan yang sangat besar bagi export furniture karena tidak ada produsen furniture lokal yang kuat. Kebanyakan panel furniture yang terdapat di Philippina berasal dari Malaysia, Thailand, Cina dan sedikit dari Indonesia. Karya akhir ini membahas situasi eksternal dan internal yang dihadapi PT. CSF dan strategy-strategy terbaik apa yang selayaknya dilakukan PT. CSF untuk mengembangkan pasar di Philippina.

Final report discusses business plan to expanding panel furniture market to the Philippine for PT. CSF which is the leader panel furniture manufacturer in Indonesia but a very small player in Philippine furniture market. Philippines offer a big opportunity for panel furniture exporting since there are no strong local panel furniture manufacturers. Most of panel furniture in Philippine are coming from Malaysia, Thailand, China and some from Indonesia. This study analyzed the external and internal market situation faced by PT. CSF, and what best strategies should PT. CSF applied to expand the market to Philippine."

This thesis discusses a business plan in developing a system integrator division in the information technology companies engaged in enterprise business solutions. The author expect from this research, author can conduct an objective assessment of achievements to date, get a lot of good information about business planning and theory surrounding competitiveness, make an assessment of the portfolio and human resources and its capabilities, and consider the appropriate strategy for this business some next year.
The conclusion of this business plan turned out that their journey is so far was on the right path, but management still needs improvement. Running a business strategy with more focus portfolios election and its supporting tools, improvement and development of human resources, and plan for a gradual growth in harmony with the ability to sell and market absorption, becomes key to continuously grow and have a competitive advantage to remain a leading player in this IT field.

"Di Indonesia beraneka ragam jenis usaha oleh banyak kalangan telah dikembangkan, namun dalam pengembangan usaha perlu dilakukan perencanaan dan kelayakan usaha terutama pada kelayakan pasar dan kelayakan finansial. Perencanaan usaha yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ml adalah usaha makanan nngan Royal Crepes yang berlokasi di wilayah Pejaten Timur Jakarta. Permasalahan yang paling mendasar yang harus diselaikan pada usaha mi adalah (1) bagaimanakah Royal Crepes dapat mendiferensiasikan did dan kompetitor agar dapat menciptakan nilai Iebih dipasar dan (2) apakah usaha mi Iayak dijalankan berdasarkan aspek finansial. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah seperangkat metode yang biasa digunakan dalam perencanaan usaha, seperti analisis makro, analisis persaingan, analisis pasar, analisis internal yang meliputi aspek pemasaran, dan keuangan. Untuk memutuskan usaha tersebut layak secara finansial digunakan alat analisis Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitabilitas Index (P1), dan Discounted Payback Period (PP). Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut didapatkan bahwa usaha Royal Crepes memiliki kelayakan usaha dengan kriteria investasi sebagal berikut : (1) untuk skenarlo pessimistic prediksi penjualan crepes adalah 100 pcs per had menghasilkan nilai NPV sebesar (Rp. 4.748.745); DPP selama 9 bulan 24 had; P1 sebesar (0.7)!RR sebesar 6.81%, dengan keputusan investasi tidak loyak; (2) untuk skenarmo mostlikely prediksi penjualan adalah 200 pcs per had menghasilkan nilai NPV Rp. 5.161.513; DPP selama 6 bulan 22 had; P1 sebesar 1.3; IRR sebesar 16.10%, dengan keputusan usaha Iayak; dan terakhir (3) untuk skenario optimistic predisksi penjualan adalah 300 pcs per had menghasilkan NPV sebesar Rp. 15.147.224; DPP selama 5 bulan 25 had; P1 sebesar 1.88; !RR sebesar 21.89%, dengan keputusan usaha layak, sehingga secara keseluruhan dengan ketentuan tersebut investasi mi layak dijalankan. Sebagai kesimpulan penelitian, usaha Royal Crepes merupakan salah satu alternatif usaha yang mungkin dapat dijalankan dengan balk karena potensi yang cukup besar. Hal ml disebabkan usaha seperti ml masih relatif jarang dijalankan secara profesional oleh sebagian orang. Sehingga dengan hasil analisis kelayakan usaha, usaha ml mungkmn dijalankan dengan ketentuan seperti yang telah disampaikan pada analisis diatas. Yang membedakan usaha mi dengan usaha sejenis lainnya adalah konsep usaha yang bersifat keliling sehingga memudahkan konsumen untuk dapat menikmati jajanan ml dimana saja. Berdasarkan kelayakan usaha secara finansial usaha ml layak untuk dijalankan namun jika dibandingkan dengan perhitungan dan pihak franchisor yang memprediksikanjangka waktu pengembalian modala adalah 2- 3 bulan, maka usaha Royal Crepes ml tidak layak untuk diteruskan, karena setelah usaha ml saya jalankan temyata waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pengembalian modal kurang lebih mencapai 9 bulan. Saran yang dapat saya benkan bagi yang ingmn menjalankan usaha ml adalah (1) perhatikan faktor-faktor yang menjadi kunci keberhasilan usaha mi, antara lain lokasi usaha yang strategis, dengan memiliki tempat yang potensial dekat dengan target pasar, dan kemudahan untuk dijangkau oleh pelanggan, produk makanan yang lezat dan bersih serta pelayanan yang berkualitas. (2) strategi yang yang thusulkan adalah strategi diferensiasi, karena usaha mi harus memilikl perbedaan dalam pelayanan, yaitu kemasan usaha yang dibuat menarik dan semakin memperkaya aneka rasa dan produk yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode Royal Crepes. (3) ketika menawarkan usaha mi sebaiknya franchisor lebih jelas lagi menggambarkannya, benkan secara lengkap kebutuhan awal untuk rnemulai usaha ini, seperti paket usaha yang dibutuhkan, kebutuhan akan bahan baku, biaya promosi dan training dan lain sebagainya. Sehingga para franchisee tidak akan merasa dirugikan ketika mereka memutuskan untuk mengambil usaha ml. Selain itu peianjian awal seperti biaya penginman bahan baku dicantumkan dengan jelas, apakah akan dibebankan kepada franchisor atau dibebaskan jika memesan diatas jumlah minimum pemesanan.

In Indonesia many kind of business have been developed by any kind of businessman, but developing a business we need to do the planning, and feasibility study specially on market feasible and financial feasible. Business plan which develop on this study is beverage of Royal Crepes located in Pejaten Timur Jakarta. Main problem from this study is (1) how Royal Crepes can make the differentiation from the competitor to create the extra value in the market, and (2) does the business feasibile to run based on financial aspect. Some tools are used for business plan. These tools are macro analysis, competitive analysis, market analysis, internal analysis include marketing and financing aspect. To make a decision about feasible or feasible related with financial, we used financial tools such Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Pro fitabilty Index (P1) and Discounted Payback Periode (DPI). Based on those result, show us that Royal Crepes is feasible to implement. The result coming from three criteria, those are: (1) For Pessimistic Scenario sales prediction are lOOpcs a day the NPV is (Rp. 4.748.745); Discounted Payback Period 9 month 24 days; P1 is (0.7); and IRR 6.81%; by this criteria, the business is not feasible to implement. (2) For Most-Likely Scenario sales prediction are 150pcs a day, NPV is Rp. 5.161.513; DPP is 6 month 22 days; P1 is 1.3; IRR is 16.10%; by this criteria, the business is feasible to implement. (3) For Optimistic Scenario sales prediction are 200pcs a day, NPV is Rp. 15.147.224; DPP is 5 month 25 days; P1 is 1.88; IRR is 21.89 %; by this criteria, the business is feasible to implement. For overall criteria, investment in this business is feasible. As a conclusion, Royal Crepes is an alternative business which possible to implement because this business have big opportunity. It because this business are rarely run professionally by some people. So that with the result of the feasible analysis, this business is possibly run with rule which have been submetted above analysis. Which differentiate this business with others are the concept is moble so that facilitate consumer to be able to enjoy this beverage everywhere. Based on business feasible related with fiancial the business are competent to run but in comparison with the calculation from the side of franchisor which prediction the return of capital is 2-3 months, this business improper to be continued, because after / run this business in reality time required for the return of capital more or less reach 9 months. Suggest for investor or businessman who will run this business are (1) Notice for aspects on the key success factor, paying attention the factors becoming key success of this business, for example strategic location, owned potential place close to market goals and amenity to be reached by customer, serve clean and delicious food product and also service which with quality. (2) the proposed strategy is strategy of differentiation, because this business had to have difference in service, that is the tidness of made business draw and progressively enrich multi various product and developed product use prodigal method of Royal Crepes. (3) when offering this business franchisor better clearer giving the picture of the business, giving completely early requirement to lunch out this, like required business package, requirement of raw material, expense of and promotion, employee training and others, so that all franchisee do not feel getting disadvantage when thems set mind on to take this business. Besides early agreement like expense delivery of raw material mentioned clearly, do will be charged upon franchisee or free if ordering above minimums amount of order."
