"Kasus DBD sampai saat ini masih mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena kurang cepatnya penyampaian kasus DBD kepada masyarakat sekitar. Oleh karena itu diperlukan cara untuk memberikan informasi secara cepat mengenai kasus DBD kepada masyarakat sekitar. Cara tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan layanan sms pada handphone. Proses pengiriman pesan dilakukan secara send to many yang memanfaatkan metode looping. Hal yang diperlukan adalah system database kelurahan dan system pengiriman pesan. Dari system kelurahan akan didapatkan nomor ID untuk setiap individu. Nomor ID inilah yang akan menjadi input pada system pengiriman pesan. Handphone hanya digunakan sebagai pintu gerbang keluarnya pesan. Dengan layanan send to many ini pesan dapat sampai di beberapa nomor tujuan dalam waktu yang relative singkat.

Nowadays, DBD cases still increase. This can occur because of less rapid delivery DBD case to the people around. Therefore it is needed a way to quickly provide information about the case to the people around. The way is done by using the sms service on mobile phones. The delivery message process is done using a send to many way which is using a looping method. The required thing are the database system and information system of DBD case. The database system products ID number of every individual. From ID number, we can get the individual information. Then, This number will be used as input into the information system of DBD. Handphone is just used as a gate to send a message. By Send to many service, a message will be received at the some destination number in the relatively short time."

"Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DBD) has become public health problem for almost four decades. The highest case took place in DKl Jakarta than the other provinces till year 2007 which 30.703 of overall eases, 82 of mortality case, IR (378.5) and CFR (0.3). The South Jakarta is the highest ease in DKI Jakarta which are 28 of mortality case, IR (551.69), CFR (0.3), tends to increase for every years.Consequently related study of risk factors of DBD case must be took using new technology of Geographic Information System (GIS) contributed fur mapping correspond to examination, analysis. and controlling of health services.
This study aimed to obtain description of epidem tology of DBD based on Geographic Information System (GIS) and related factors oi DBD case taking place in South Jakarta year 2007. Design of research uses ecological and serial of case study exploiting secondary data in Sudinkesmas, BPS Jakarta, and BMG. The data was analyzed in the manner of univariat, bivariat, multivariat and spatial.
Result of research of DBD case in South Jakarta on January - December 2007 found most man hit by this case about 53,9%, partially age of 5-14 years old with 26% proportion and 15-44 years old with 55%. The highest incident rate of 64 sub-districts is Mampang Prapatan with 1225/100.000 population. While the lowest incident rate found in Pasar Minggu sub-district with 3941100.000. Generally top of epidemy happened on February and March."

"ABSTRAK
Dalam sektor layanan publik implementasi TIK dekade terakhir membawa metode baru dalam memberikan layanan di semua tingkatan. Untuk terus menjaga kualitas dari layanan elektronik yang diberikan, maka lembaga/instansi penyedia layanan perlu melakukan evaluasi secara terus menerus terhadap layanan yang disediakan. Melihat dari studi sebelumnya ditemukan beberapa hal yang menjadi permasalahan, seperti dibutuhkannya model pendekatan holistik dan komprehensif untuk menilai proses penyediaan dan kualitas layanan elektronik dari perspektif pengguna serta menilai faktor dan dimensi untuk kualitas dari sebuah e-services, dan permasalahan evaluasi layanan berbasis elektronik yaitu terdapat instrumen pengukuran namun pengukuran kualitas kurang detail serta instrumen pengukuran yang masih kurang dipahami. Muncul sebuah pertanyaan yaitu bagaimanakah rancangan kerangka kerja untuk menilai kualitas layanan publik berbasis elektronik. Tujuan untuk merancang sebuah kerangka kerja pengukuran kualitas dari layanan publik berbasis elektronik. Dalam penyusunan kerangka kerja penggunaan metode seperti mixed mtehod, kajian literatur sistematis, analisis komponen utama dan fuzzy Delphi method, dan uji-t digunakan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah kerangka kerja pengukuran kualitas layanan berbasis elektronik yang terdiri atas tiga aspek dengan 22 faktor yang memiliki 55 atribut pengukuran. Dari hasil pengujian kerangka kerja dengan menggunakan uji-t berpasangan (paired t-test) pada dua buah layanan menghasilkan nilai probabilitas < 0.05 yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil dari dua layanan tersebut. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dalam konteks pengukuran kualitas layanan berbasis elektronik serta dikolaborasikan dengan kerangka kerja yang ada guna meningkatkan kualitas dari evaluasi yang dilakukan.

ABSTRACT
In the public service sector, the implementation of ICTs in the last decade brought new methods of providing services at all levels. To continue to maintain the quality of electronic services provided, institutions/service providers need to carry out continuous evaluations of the services provided. Looking at the previous studies, several issues are problematic, such as the need for a holistic and comprehensive approach to assessing the process of providing and quality of electronic services from a user perspective and assessing the factors and dimensions for the quality of an e-service, and the problem of evaluating electronic-based services, namely measurement instruments but quality measurements lack detail and measurement instruments that are still poorly understood. A question arises which is how to design a framework for assessing the quality of electronic-based public services. The aim is to design a quality measurement framework for electronic-based public services. In preparing the framework for the use of methods such as mixed methods, systematic literature review, principal component analysis, and fuzzy Delphi method, and T-test are used. The results of the research conducted produced a framework for measuring electronic-based service quality consisting of three aspects with 22 factors that have 55 measurement attributes. From the results of testing the framework using paired T-Tests on two services produces a probability value <0.05 where it shows that there are significant differences between the results of the two services. It is hoped that this research can add knowledge in the context of electronic-based service quality measurement and collaborate with existing frameworks to improve the quality of evaluations conducted.

"Film Send Me to The Clouds (送我上青云) adalah film drama komedi yang dirilis pada 16 Agustus 2019 di Cina. Film ini menceritakan tentang tokoh Sheng Nan yang merupakan perempuan lajang berumur 30 tahun dan belum menikah, yang harus berjuang menghadapi kanker ovariumnya. Kemudian, Sheng Nan dihadapi dengan petualangan baru yang memberikannya akan arti kehidupan. Penelitian ini akan menguraikan bagaimana perempuan modern dengan figur mandiri di Cina kini tidak lagi perlu untuk merasa bergantung kepada laki-laki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang penokohan Sheng Nan sebagai Leftover Women yang merepresentasikan karakter perempuan mandiri dalam film Send Me to The Clouds. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sheng Nan sebagai perempuan mandiri mampu menunjukkan sudut pandang positif dari fenomena Leftover Women di Cina. Melalui tokoh Sheng Nan dalam film ini, dapat diketahui bahwa fenomena Leftover Women merupakan bentuk nyata keberhasilan emansipasi perempuan di Cina.

Send Me to The Clouds (送我上青云) is a comedy-drama film released on August 16, 2019 in China. This film tells a story about Sheng Nan, a single woman who is 30 years old and unmarried, and struggle with ovarian cancer. Then, Sheng Nan is faced with a new adventure that will give her the meaning in her own life. This study will describe an independent figures women in China now adays no longer dependent on men. This study also aims to discuss the characterization of Sheng Nan as a Leftover Woman who represents an independent female character in the film Send Me to The Clouds. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The results of the study will show that Sheng Nan as an independent woman is able to show a positive perspective on the Leftover Women phenomenon in China. Through Sheng Nan's character in this film, it can be seen that the Leftover Women phenomenon is the success of women's emancipation in China."

"PT PQR adalah sebuah perusahaan perdagangan umum. Dalam menjalankan bisnis perusahaan, teknologi informasi merupakan hal strategis. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari struktur organisasi perusahaan yang memiliki ISC, fungsi korporasi yang khusus menangani sistem informasi dan teknologi. PT PQR membentuk PQR Digital, fungsi korporasi yang bergerak di bidang inovasi digital untuk mendukung unit bisnis lainnya. ISC membentuk Sub Departemen Digital Operation dalam rangka pelaksanaan tugas operasional terkait aplikasi-aplikasi digital tersebut. Belum adanya dokumen kesepakatan mengenai Service Level Agreement (SLA) membuat kinerja Sub Departemen Digital Operation tidak terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang
SLA terkait layanan TI di Sub Departemen Digital Operation. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam melakukan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara studi observasi, wawancara dan focus group discussion. Berdasarkan katalog layanan TI yang ada, dilakukan kategorisasi layanan untuk dipilih layanan yang dibuat SLA. Perancangan SLA dilakukan berdasarkan kesepakatan antara pihak pengguna layanan dan penyedia layanan tanpa mempertimbangkan pengaruh faktor eksternal dari pihak penyedia layanan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa tiga layanan TI dibuatkan SLA dengan berdasarkan kerangka kerja ITIL V3 2011.

PT PQR is a general trading company. In running its company`s business, information technology is a strategic thing. This can be seen from the organizational structure of companies that have ISC, a corporate function that specifically handles information systems and technology. PT PQR formed PQR Digital, a corporate function engaged in digital innovation to support other business units. ISC formed the Digital Operation Sub Department in the context of carrying out operational tasks related to these digital applications. The absence of an agreement document regarding Service Level Agreement (SLA) makes the performance of the Digital Operation Sub Department not measurable. This study aims to design SLA related to IT services in the Digital Operation Sub Department. Data collection methods used by the author in conducting this research were carried out by means of observational studies, interviews and focus group discussions. Based on the existing IT service catalog, service categorization is done to select services made by the SLA. The design of an SLA is based on an
agreement between the service user and the service provider without considering the influence of external factors on the service provider. The results showed that three IT services were made SLAs based on the 2011 ITIL V3 framework.
